Cons: "Boarding process seems standard - always takes a long time to board and disembark. Older planes have screens with poor touchscreen responsiveness and poor resolution. I was surprised to see that the short-haul flights had better screens than the long-haul flights. I was on a 3 1/2 hour flight each way from Dubai/Delhi with beautiful screens but the long-haul each way from Dubai/Seattle had the crappy screens."

Pros: "I flew from Bali to Doha and then Doha to Dulles after an 8 hour layover. Both flights operated a Boeing 777. The planes were spotlessly clean both flights. The menu choices were amazing and the wine selections were very good. What made the difference was the attentiveness of the cabin crew. I would particularly like to commend the purser and the flight attendants on flight 707 DOH-IAD for their assistance and willingness to go above and beyond the call of duty"
Cons: "Flight 707 was supposed to have the new Qsuites in Business Class, so it was disappointing that without prior notice the airline switched to an aircraft with normal (but quite good) business class seating. Nevertheless, the purser and the flight attendants made the flight memorable in a very positive way."
Pros: "From boarding to landing, I had a great flight. Flight was from NYC to Jakarta via Doha. Flight on a b777 to Jakarta and b787 to Jakarta. Plane had plenty of legroom and nicely designed entertainment system. Service was world class. About every hour or so, a crew member would ask if we wanted drinks. Food was great, had 3 choices of entrees for each meal."

0ur assigned seats were given to other individuals when we boarded the plane. We were given new boarding passes with new seats all the way at the back of the plane. The reason given to us was that there were issues with the seats. We found out that there were no issues, and someone else's were seated on those.

My baggage was not with the same flight I travelled
The check in process was a disaster. There no clear lines and there were people everywhere, pushing and cutting in line. There was no communication about flight delay and our flight arrived 5 hours late. Causing us to run to our next flight. Our luggage did not make the flight

The fact it was 15 hours of dryness, put a damper on the flight. Also, there was a prayer to “allah” that came on the info system, and the plane was chanting. Very uncomfortable. Probably will not fly this airline again."

The staff of the Kuwait airways should coordinate with the passengers continuing their journey right from the time the passenger gets down from the flight. We faced problem in locating the office of the kuwait airlines at Kuwait. 4. The gap is too long between the flights. 5. No details in some of the gates regarding the flight details. 6. The snacks served at Kuwait airport can be slightly different. 7. How to use toilets have to be informed to the passengers as some of the passengers may not how to flush."
