Once seat in front of me was back I could not retrieve anything stowed under my seat. No room to bend. Awful. Also plane seemed worn. The magazine rack in front of my seat was brokenness one side and kept falling forward on my knees. Had hoped to sleep during this redeye; not a chance."

The entertainment was excellent, however the screen lit up repeatedly for announcements about an offer of connectivity while we were all trying to sleep. Those who had wished to avail of it had probably done so long before. It was quite annoying and intrusive."

Cons: "I was not permitted to check in online through any website (BA, Are Lingus etc.) then I was not permitted to self-check in at a kiosk. By the time I was able to check in all that was left was a middle seat. I asked about upgrades and was told I would need to pay full price for one of those tickets. The seats are veryyy cramped, the entertainment system was outdated, the food was gross and wine was expensive."

Was under the impression i was paying for a British airline flight, not Aer Lingus - feels like a budget airline at a premium price - broken everything from chair to very poor seat design and situating, bathroom door was broken and was exposed to the toilet the whole flight -flight attendant service and attitude was beyond lousy. - never will i book from kayak or webjet every again."

Asked for an extra blanket and was told no, even though I saw many when I was leaving the plane. Young daughter was shivering while trying to sleep. Really bad experience."

Cons: "My American partner's passport expires 2 months after our return to the US. Unfortunately, the French issued a year ago the following rule: to enter France, the foreign passport must not expire at least 3 months after the return date. British Airways let us fly to London, explaining this to us, how it would be on us if there were problems further down, and that we would have to get our luggage in London. We chose to fly thinking it would be OK, we had listened to an online person who had had the same problem and the French later told him they would have let him in, also I am myself a dual citizen of France and the US, plus I am autistic, an invisible disability (in my case) that makes it impossible for me to travel alone. I usually do not even say it since not much is understood -by those who do not have it- on how to accommodate it However in London BA did not allow my partner to go on. Due to the fact yesterday was Easter Monday, the American consulate in London was closed. We have spent the night in a nearby motel and now, the next day, I am waiting alone back at the airport with our 2 large suitcases while my partner is at the American consulate. We are poor, do not have phone, currency or charger for England, and I do not do well with stress, so it is difficult. Now we cannot easily reach one another. We hope to be able to fly on a standby basis (that's what BA told us we could hopefully do) later today. Sorry for this long letter, I hope it does not bore whoever reads it (if it is even read :). Pros: "Waitied.. in the okanevdir 40 minutes! Because couldn’t get the jolly to work for the steps Had to walk steps with my elderly mother with our carry on in the pouring rain.. then miss our flight to Milan had to wait 3 hours for the next flight ... which was also delayed."

Cons: "Paid for seat upgrade for "twin" seats on the side. Armrest did not move up, seats were tiny, and the side storage cabin that was one of the perks of the upgraded seating was dirty. For that matter the entire plane was dirty. Food was disgusting. The entire plane was understaffed; multiple people had their call lights on at one time. It was a miserable flight."
