Flights were terribly delayed. I was at At,anta Airport for over 4 hours waiting for my connection.

My flight consistently said it was on time and the plane didn’t arrive until after 30 minutes after take off and nothing was announced to passengers

The flight was canceled two hours before departure, it took over five hours to rebook us on another flight.

First, the flight was schedule to leave at 12:08. Delayed to 12:38. It is 12:58 and I am sitting at the gate. The staff are not communicating with us (just tell me it’s gonna be five hours if that’s the case, quit hufflepuffing around like you’re trying to board us when the plane isn’t even here and you don’t know where your crew are. I’m still waiting for any communication about the further delay. This is a rebooked flight from a cancelled flight yesterday, when the airline failed to fulfill its fiduciary responsibility to hotel and cover transport for overnight cancelations. Asking about the food on the flight? What food?!? Delta doesn’t serve meals unless you pay for them and you really want me to give delta a high rating for passing out processed snacks (fun size!)? Can we be for real. Delta is cementing itself in history as one of the cheap, stingy, outdated, glory days are over airlines, and it shows. I took this flight knowing delta was going to provide below level service but this is beyond burgers!! I can’t believe a multi billion or dollar company looked straight in my eyes yesterday and I told me this wasn’t their fault and there for the extra cost in hotel and hundreds of dollars in Ubers are MY RESPONSIBILITY. The only thing I am at fault for is believing delta is reputable company worthy of my dollars. I’m not even sure I want to be compensated unless it is cash because I would rather die never traveling again than to put money in their pockets.

The flight was great. The crew were a little terse about the size of my bag. It fit fine.

I know it was not in Deltas fault. But numerous delays and cancelations. I requested a hotel voucher and was told they weren't available. The lady on my hotel shuttle did receive one from American. Why the difference?

Flight was delayed. Had to get rebooked. Diamond medallion but stuck in a crappy seat. Rebooked flight then got delayed again. Then when we finally boarded, we waited another hour for a new crew. Then landed in JFK and sat for another 40 minutes waiting for a crew to come to the gate to be able to deplane. Hot mess all around, which unfortunately is becoming the norm for Delta

Terrible flight Delayed for over an hour without a reason Told all over head storage was full. It was not. Made to check our bags. What a terrible experience. Fly American.

Older plane and it came with Fleas and flea bites!

There were issues with the first segment but what really bothered me overall is that you rebooked me and put me in a seat away from my wife and then put her in another booking or boarding group. I don't like having to monitor every little thing you guys do in order to get what I paid for in the first place.

Delays!!! Serious delays. I was told by a member of staff in LGA that I would miss my DEN to LAX flight connection, so I was put on a later flight. Due to delays I would have been able to have made my original flight, where I was sat in business class - seat 1A: I was put on my original flight but bumped from business - 1A to economy 33C. I want a refund for paying business class but only flying economy

This flight was 2.5 hours delayed due to crew issues. This meant that we arrived after 2 AM. Very very inconvenient and we were not really kept well informed.

The new Airbus A231neo has neat tech but the economy seats are so tight together that I always had my shoulders against one passenger or the other. I was very miffed that Basic Economy REQUIRES check-in of bags other than your personal carry-on; if you want to offer low-cost airline prices and then add services for a fee, just let me carry on my duffel. Hell, I could have put my carry on IN the duffel and called it a day but the gate agent would not let me; I ended up paying $40 for the risk of losing my bag. Not the worst flight, but far from the best.

Brutal delay of 24 hours on first floight the 3 hours in Chicago . Tiny seats , screaming child behind me kicking the seat … couldn’t be worse

Horrible! I paid for a straight flight from Chicago to London. A week before trip it changed and now I had a connecting flight. Our flight was delayed an hour and a half because our flight crew was still flying in from CA. Forty passengers ran from one plane to the next. The next United Airlines flight was delayed two to three hours because of mechanical difficulties. They had to ready another plane which took time. I missed my scheduled excursion in London. 😢

Boarding was efficient. Crew was not pleasant and skipped me during a round of beverage service. Older plane with no seat back screens and I couldn’t connect to wifi or their entertainment offerings.

Lufthansa placed a 300 lb passenger in the aisle seat and I was stuck in the middle leaning sideways with no arm rest or ability to sit up straight and fully use my seat (due to encroachment-the seats are very narrow) the entire flight.

Delayed departure of one hour and half, inflight entertainment NOT functioning. Plane did not crash and I arrived alive, so I guess it was a good flight.

This was a long flight - 6 hours - and nothing is truly comfortable for that long... but the flight crew was friendly and attentive. The airport in the Azores is small but we weren't there long enough to explore any amenities.

There is one flight a day and it was canceled with no explanation

Flight was ok. Food on way there great a pork dish way back tuna and pasta was not good. Flight attendants were great. Wish they had more soda options like ginger ale seltzer water. Good experience overall. Worst part of trip was car rental Klass company car broke down we were on side of road late night 4 hours awful awful experience all they wanted was 500 euros for help to come absolutely horrible experience we were scared side of highway they offered zero help!

Coming from USA it was nice to be treated nice for a change. Even though our flight was pretty short we were served breakfast. On time flight with very caring staff. Please teach American carriers how to treat people.

More space between seats and in bathroom. I don’t think there was any entertainment offered. If there was, I wasn’t aware.

Every meal/snack included something with ham/pork - even the cookies had "swine fat" (which we only knew because we thoroughly checked the ingredients). There were no vegetarian options, and we had not been given the option of pre-selecting a meal when purchasing our tickets or checking in. That made for a VERY long flight. We were fortunate that we had brought our own snacks as back-up.

Waited in line for hours just to get a boarding pass which would not print at the kiosk or load on my iPhone. Waiting again for about 45 minutes to get through passport control. Poorly managed airport. The flight and crew were great and the flight was very comfortable.

I booked and paid for my original flight with E-Dreams. Also made seat selections. Got an email a few days later saying my return flight had be cancelled?? Called E-Dreams and they said it was the airline that cancelled (Sato)? Told to rebook the return flight myself? Cost was double the original flight and was booking me on the same flight as I originally booked?? Called back, the agent agreed to cancel my flight to the Azores and AGREED to a full REFUND. The agent advised me to re-book the flight on my own. Did so and ended up with the EXACT same flights as originally booked?? Have only received a PARTIAL REFUND. Still out approximately $300 dollars?? Is this a SCAM. How do I get the remaining REFUND?? Regards, Brett Parry

I wasn't able to log into the onboard wifi entertainment, but I fell asleep on the flight anyway.

A bit disappointing. Our business class seats were not cleaned from previous flight. They were also missing headphones and bottled water. Dining options were not always available.

The flight from MAD to LIS was absolutely horrible since they didn't allow me to board the flight I had paid for. It turns out TAP has a rule hidden deep in their terms of services that if I miss any of the flights in my multi-city plan they will automatically cancel all the remaining flights. I don't know if this is unique to TAP or common practice, but it seems quite ridiculous that I pay for a flight plan and due to unforeseen circumstances miss one leg of that plan that all remaining plan flights be terminated.

The flight was delayed causing me to miss my connecting flight

they canceled the flight. I was at the airport a total of 8 hours. had to fly out the next day. No compensation so far.

They took 8 hours and eventually cancelled the flight. Compensation has been very lackluster and communication has been slow and terrible.

Flew Business with a forced upgrade. dint like how the bidding went . Then at the airport the seat was less than I paid. Not fair The flight crew was great, friendly and very kind. The flight to Lisbon from Paris was quite pleasant. However, charging several Euros for each item of food left something to be desired. Further, there seemed to be no complimentary drinks, even water.

All of my clothes were completely soaked and wet when I got to my destination. The airline was careless and left my bag on the runway during a rain storm. Very disappointing! On the connecting flight in Lisbon we were made to wait on a bus crammmed in for 20min and standing. Unacceptable Very poor experience and most of my belongings ruined!

It was disappointing to have to pay for soft drinks/ water. The sandwich I wanted was not available. Servig happened to late in the flight.

Not good. Long lines for checkin. Cramped seats. Would only give one tiny cup of water. Had to use people movers. Won’t fly TAP again

I bought the ticket through Iberian, but I was unable to check in using my code. American wouldn’t let me check in and Iberian counter was closed.

Basically a smooth ride to Madrid. There was a little hiccup with boarding but it worked out. Overall great experience!

First flight was 5.5 hours delayed, the notification came within 2 hours of the flight (bags already checked in). connection missed- no one working on getting us on an alternate flight, knowing where our luggage will be. It was chaos figuring out how to get to our final destination. Customer service throwing us into nowhere on the phone- all while we have 2 small kids on us. It will take the whole vacation to recover from this experience. I am scared how the return flight will go in August. Check-in staff (not sure if they are airport hires or iberia hires- beyond rude, especially in Madrid.) On-plane staff, food and entertainment were good.

The service was great and the people are professional. The service was excellent. I will definitely be recommending them to all of my friends.

The check in was a disaster - they don’t follow their own baggage rules. The layovers are unrealistic and Iberia doesn’t help with their own connecting flights. They lost our kids child seats without any recourse. We will never fly Iberia with our family again.

The seats were comfortable. The food was pleasing. The movie choices were great. The crew was kind and professional.

No WIFI for the flight When told the breakfast item was cheese and tomato, did not mention sun dried tomotoes - totally different flavor and not what I wanted. Flyer for items for sale but none were offered.

When I bought the ticket, right away I got a problem, I had to cancel. Unfortunately never ever I will use kayak or Iberia again. When trying to cancel kayak told me to talk directly with the airline, the airline talked to me through whatsap and told me to deal through kayak. Both of u never took responsibility in helping me out. You kayak did not want to deal with me. I called my credit card and now we r disputing the charge bc u have a pathetic customer service.
