Pros: The crew was perfect
Cons: No wi fi on the plane.
Cons: Our request for vegetarian meals got lost after a glight was cancelled.
Cons: Departure time was almost 2 hours late and the communication of the cabin crew regarding this issue was poor. Almost an hour went by without an update.
Pros: The entertainment options were great.
Cons: Seats are so cramped. I'm 5'3" and could use either arm rest because both people on either side spilled into my seat.
Pros: On time, no hassle.
Pros: The flight departed on time and arrived early. The crew were all courteous and kind even to the man who was sitting next to me who seemed quite demanding.
Cons: I am small but the seats seemed a bit too tight. The plane itself seemed a bit outdated.
Cons: Everything very good
Pros: Friendly attendants, entertainment variety
Cons: Comfort, food could have been better.
Pros: Crew and food were great.
Cons: Old plane. Seats were super tiny and uncomfortable. Couldn’t sit in the same spot for longer than 15 min without getting sore.
Pros: Very little
Cons: Flight was very crowded. Flight crew kept bumping into my seat and never apologized
Pros: Crew was very nice. Food was good and tasty.
Cons: Plane seemed a little worn, which surprised me since it was an A380. Not that old. I had purchased an upgrade to a seat with more legroom, only to find out there was no USB plug for charging my phone. All standard seats have them. Would have been nice to be warned about that.
Cons: wine selection divider between seats
Cons: They lost my luggage :(
Cons: The fligh Washington delay more than a hour
Pros: The CDG airport is very bad in terms of finding your connections, the flight to CDG from LAX had a very old entertainment system and was hard to use.
Pros: Good quality flight
Cons: But delayed and lost baggage
Pros: Service and crew are great
Pros: Good selection of movies
Pros: Cheap ticket
Cons: The fact that you cheapskates don't allow credit or refund is downright usury. I didn't take that flight because of medical issues that caused me to cancel my trip 2 weeks in advance. I pleaded with you to be able to take a credit, to no avail. You lost a customer.
Cons: Tiny uncomfortable seats.
Pros: Great service, decent food
Cons: There was no WiFi on the plane
Cons: Because of change in plane..bad choice of seat for long legs of husband...then late in Atlanta and very late into DC
Pros: Great food (Economy class). Good Service
Cons: Not enough bathrooms on Economy class area due to aircraft design.
Pros: Enjoyed my food, especially tasty for airplan fare!
Cons: Not enough leg room
Cons: I did not like that i was in the bulkhead and there was not sufficient overhead storage for us. The bin was only big enough for 1 backpack. 2 of the 3 of us in that row had to go 2 rows back to store our luggage. This is very inconvenient when deboarding because I have to wait for many others to pass before I get a chance to walk towards the back of the plane to get my luggage.
Pros: I like traveling with AirFrance in general.
Cons: Terminal too far to go to loggage, walking about more than two miles after a long trip is not very easy AirFrance should have a better terminal at Charles-de-Gaulle!!! Have some missing stuff in my luggage!!!!
Pros: We got to the desk to check in and there was one person being served in front of us. He finished with him, turned and left the area through the dooor. No one came to help us for 15 minutes. Then they came out to answer the phone and said we were 10 minutes past the cut off and we could not fly.
Cons: Staff just walked away while we were in line, the rudeness and mean attitude, they blamed us for being too late after ignoring us and made us late, they didn't offer an alternative flight until we asked. Overall, horrible customer service. Never been treated so rudely by people in the airlines industry in my entire 42 years of flying!
Cons: Flight was delayed 3 times and when I was finally put on a flight that was leaving, they failed to check the connection in Paris (Left me 10 minutes to get from the aircraft to the other plane!) I was moved to SAA in the end after a truly traumatic time in Johannesburg. This is not the first time I have suffered at the hands of Air France sadly. Needless to say, I wont be booking with Air France again.
Pros: Flight was smooth
Pros: Charmingly nice crew and involving captain
Cons: the delay of the flight, the drinks we had to pay in the lounge, some poeple got a 25$ compensation coupon and we didn’t. The connecting time was about 1 hour and the luggage was not put on the plane to beirut
Pros: Punctual, not crowded.
Cons: Even though the plane was far from full, passengers were allowed only 1 carry-on item (no personal item), contrary to policy published online by Air France. This policy applied even to people with Economy Premium for the rest of the trip (which allows 2 carry-on suitcases, not a useful feature if one cannot begin with this number to reach the transoceanic flight).
Pros: Good cabin, but very conjugated :|
Cons: Too much of hassle checking in as the airlines partners with a couple of other airlines like Jet Airways, WestJet & Aircanada. The food was just okay and the cabin crew refused to serve extra butter. When you are serving extra bread, make sure you serve the butter as well. How could someone eat bread by itself?
Pros: On time after latish start
Cons: Staff took carryon bags even for skypriority even tho lots of room in overhead, allegedly to speed deplaning. Nowarning to repack. Infuriating and stubborn staff!
Pros: The crew nice people, boarding was fast and pleasant, the flight was pretty good
Pros: Being able to have my meal at the airport before my flight so that I could sleep in comfort.
Pros: Staff was responsive, effective and pleasant; Nice selection of digestifs too. Food was decent and, in airline level, even good.
Cons: The audio system is outdated with unreliable touch-screen that makes it frustrating to navigate.
Pros: That it was a night flight
Cons: No airconditioning, no food choice, no space.
Cons: The leg-space is very narrow The chair is very tiring No entertainment at all Food was tasteless But most surprising was that we were on stand by for our connecting flight. Though we bought the tickets months ago and we got our luggage checked in all the way to the final destination.
Pros: Crew was friendly and polite, both beverages and an excellent lunch was offered.
Cons: A delay was not ideal but nothing to worry about since the flight arrived on time.
Cons: I think I caught a stomach bug on one of the 3 legs of this route. More likely on last 2, i.e. Mumbai to RDU, as I fell sick almost 10-12 hrs after my last flight meal.
Pros: The service and food were excellent plane was clean.
Cons: No entertainment system
Pros: The food was good.
Cons: I feel comfortable flying when I can see out the window so don't force me to close my window shade. The flight attendants kept forcing me to close my shade. Also new planes would be nice. Sick of flying on outdated technology.
Cons: I was forced to rebook my 3rd leg after taking trains in the middle.
Pros: Disorganised and slow
Cons: Couldn't organise a booze up in brewery. Baggage offload took forever
Pros: I am a 70 year old woman with reduced mobility. The flight attendants made sure that I was given an aisle seat and they helped me find a seat with two empty ones next to me. The crew could not have been kinder.
Cons: There is nothing I did not like.
Cons: Wheel chairs for my ill and aged parents was not provided
Pros: I like service of AF
Pros: Panamá airport is a disaster, unorganized and dirty
Cons: Panamá airport
