Delayed, toilets did not flush, pilot parked to far away from Gate
Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.
Safe made to destination. Late to start at GVA for icy reasons but we fought our next fly.
I just think it’s unfortunate that Airlines have completely abandoned the idea of serving any kind of decent or even real food on flights, not even on a four hour flight!? Those days are gone, I guess.
Yet another flight in which beverage and snack service was skipped. Other that that, firmly mediocre. Landed early, to gate late due to congestion at the gates. Airline's fault or airports fault: unknown.
Miserable. They moved my seat, but canceled the next leg of my flight. I resolved the issue at my transfer, but that resulted in lost luggage that has taken days off my schedule with no resolution. Worse, they fail to interface effectively with Lufthansa, forcing me to bounce between two equally useless help desks. The apps are unable to handle the situation, the bag dropped off the tracker, and while the call centers are polite, they do not provide written information to assist with cross-airline communication.
Both flights delayed. 2nd flight over 3 hours late mechanical issues
l really enjoy very much the flight was very pleasant
left on time, reasonable boarding process arrived early luggage came out quickly
I like flying first class, and United has a nice one
Some of the crew was sassy and not super helpful. The food was okay, but it seems like they were all unprepared compared to my flight I did from JFK to Frankfurt
We were in premium economy seats that appeared to be locked in plae, No reclining. My aching back.

Lufthansa flight LH04414 from Munich to Washington DC, was fine. Efficient and safe!
I wish the plane had pod seating for business class. I had a window seat (8K) and I had to climb over the person sitting on the aisle when I needed to get up. Also there is no partition between the seats for privacy when sleeping. The Asian airlines have much nicer business class seating. Their seats are wider for better comfort when sleeping.
Bumpy ride, not Lufthansa‘s fault. Crew managed a situation over a back rest to far down well. It was two iles behind me. The person putting the seat down, against the other person’s knees, was quite rude and belligerent and needed to be told in a no nonsense matter to stopp. Male flight attendant did good job.
Patrick and the whole crew were amazing! Hope to have this team for all my European trips.
Booked seats (paid extra) online and found they didn’t exist on the flight. We were then separated from the rest of our party. Given seats in the very back of the plane. We will not fly Discover or Lufthansa again. We will not book flights or travel through Kayak again!
Had a few open seats and could use it for a great rest ful journey
It was very good. Service was friendly and efficient, and food was good.
