$491 Find Cheap Flights from Leipzig to the United States - Compare and Save

I liked the flight, the attendants, and the comfort. But the gate for boarding was poor. Even the elderly had to climb down many many steps to the bus and climb up to the plane.

Cancelled 90 min AFTER Departure! We had to deplane and wait another hour plus for the flight to be shown as cancelled for the customer service team. There were many many angry customers.

Good and they are leaving at time and arriving on time

Horrible airport ever. We stood in the security check line for more than an hour. It was past boarding time and we were still waiting in line for the security check. With 2 children and a medically ill person we had a very stressful transit.

Flight cancelled. I was rebooked without discussion or options. Had booked a flight with a bed and when I was rebooked, the flight had a recliner seat. Felt cheated.

We missed our connecting flight in Frankfurt do to security and all hell ensued then.we got rebooked to Washington got there round 10 am ish didn't find out till 630 we were rerouted to United!! Then we started getting updates

Movie selection was nice and chicken with rice dinner was good. I did not like the pizza thing they served for breakfast/lunch. It was like a hot pocket but mostly bread. A small sandwich or cheese and cracker snack and fruit etc would have been much better. Also they did not announce trash pick up so a lot of trash was left by everyone when departing.

Too tight connection. Lufthansa staff pulled 12 of us out of passport control that had tight connections and took us about 1/3 mile AWAY from our gates and put us in another slow, long line. Needless to say all of us missed our flights and the Customer “Service” staff was rude and not helpful at all. Was rebooked from a direct flight to one w a 6hr layover. Asked about an other option that was on my app and was told to book it myself online (which would be $300 extra pp!!). Got rebooked again w a tight connection which was also missed. Rebooked into middle seats that didn’t recline for 9 hr flight!! No compensation (and we paid for seats!) Ended up taking 26hrs to get home from Europe to North Carolina! No longer a fan of Lufthansa—2nd time having these kind of issues w them!

Pretty poor across the board - flight details wrong/delayed into Lufthansa app. Seat changes made without notification. Boarding delayed (ok, that happens) but all comms in German (for flight to UK, where 85% of passengers were English). Outright fraud attempted at gate, denying 1 piece carry-on of smaller than correct size and 1 piece personal item, again, smaller than correct size. Rude gate staff. Security checks perfunctory - unattended bag not acknowledged by staff..then put on aircraft unclaimed by staff.

The flight was half an hour late, as happens these days always in Europe. Otherwise, fine. Friendly crew.
