The meals were ok,but we weren't given any beverages with the food, only after everyone was served food, maybe short staffed but that's not proper
The flight was close to on time. My suitcase was not loaded in Bangkok and was delivered 24 hours later.
Pros: "Crew was super nice and the food was good (for plane food)! Really appreciated that they had snacks and chocolate on hand for hungry passengers throughout the flight. A 17 hour plane ride is never the best, but Singapore Air made it as pleasant as possible. Also, we booked on Kayak and was routed through a third party vendor JustFly, which I was a little worried about - but our booking went off without a hitch."

Cons: "I had to ask 3 times for an arrival card from the crew. Bread was dry. There should have been a breakfast served prior to landing, but no food service after 1 a.m. though flight arrived at 7:40 a.m. Timing of meals was not convenient for me at all. They wake you up at 1 a.m. for your main dinner. I would have preferred to sleep until 5 a.m. then have a good breakfast. The amenity kit in Business Class was substandard when compared to other airlines"
Pros: "Everything is perfect, the crew services are very warm and professional, I strongly believe that Singapore airlines is the best in world as I tried many airlines but I don’t see like their them, I will strongly recommend and I will be their customer for any flight to Far East inshaallah."
Cons: "I recommend if they can provide paid massage service ( not complementary)at the suits class for long trip because there’s enough space to do it , I’m very glad to congratulate them for the level of service they reached ."
Pros: "Amazing crew! They handled a full flight with screaming indisciplined kids and clueless adults with grace. Entertainment was great as usual"
Cons: "Singapore food and drinks quality has deteriorated significantly. Flights are always packed with uncomfortable seating. These days you get amenities only if you ask."
Pros: "The help desk employees who helped me rebook my flight."
Cons: "After rushing to catch my connecting Singapore flight, their desks were closed and there wasn’t an employee in site. Given that airlines can see connecting fights it would have been great to have someone stay back to either give me a boarding pass or help me rebook! UNSATISFACTORY!"

Cons: "We went in LGA to the Baggage drop off and the employee there was super rude. On the flight to New York with Delta we had to check our carry ons at the gate because it wasn't enough room for bags in the airplane.so we asked when we checked our one suitcase if we can/should check our carry ons to avoid having to do it at the gate. The delta employee told me sure no problem. He checks in my one suitcase I purchased gives me the tracking paper and says ok have a good flight. I asked him so what is with our carry ons and he told us that that would cost 25$ and we can't check those in at the drop off?!?We ended up taking the carry ons with to the gate and then off course there wasn't enough room on the airplane that we had to check it in. And surprise it was free?? We had never issues with Lufthansa, icelandair etc. with checking our bags at drop off to not needing to carry it around and than still end up to check it at the airplane. Every airline has been more than happy that we volunteer to check our bags that they don't have the trouble at the gate."

Cons: "Five minutes before the scheduled boarding time, it was announced the flight was delayed by 1 hour 25 minutes. I am almost certain this was not weather-related, according to flight trackers. I understand that weather delays are essentially out of airlines' hands. However, if the delay is caused for other reasons like "mechanical issues", or any other errors or miscommunications within the airline itself, then they should be held liable. My time is worth money, so any delays not weather-related should result in a reasonable refund based on the duration of the delay. An apology doesn't placate customers' frustration and inconvenience due to delays."
Pros: "The flight attendants were very nice and the boarding crew. From the time I walked up to the counter at LGA to the time I exited the plane in CLT, I was treated so kindly and with such respect. Kudos to the Delta Crew."
Cons: "The FLIGHT!!!!! There were delays. Scheduled take of time was 6:59 PM. We took off at 735 PM. Once I was on the plane, I started kicking myself in the you know what because I knew immediately I was scammed. I had purchased a 1st Class ticket for $400+, only to find that my comfort would be the equivalent of that if I purchased a ticket in economy. My long legs would still be cramped. For the past few years, I have been purchasing 1st class for it's spaciousness. On this flight, on the RCJ700, I did not fly comfortably. The space was very tight, and I was able to stretch my legs as if I sat in economy. This was by far, my most uncomfortable flight ever. SMH; A WASTE OF MY HARD EARNED MONEY!!!!!"

Pros: "China Southern CZ657 SFOCAN on a 777-300ER. Seating configuration in economy is a comfortable 3-3-3. They use some memory foam-like material for the seat padding and it is very comfortable. The crew was professional and friendly throughout."
Cons: "The price for this trip was just under $500 roundtrip CNXSFO. The food was nothing to write home about but during the flight, they offer endless Cup of Noodles and finger sandwiches and the vegetarian ones are very tasty."
