Flight was extremely delayed and they didn’t feed us for a 4 hour delay

Plane took off 90 mins late, on board entertainment was not working, cabin crew was not frequent.

OK. Needed more information on baggage details with different airlines and airport baggage pickup Also, it appeared they offered free WiFi on their info publications but none did.

Great until k found out they never got my check bags onto the plane.

Boarding from the SFO lounge is a big improvement. Although the first class dining room inside the lounge is becoming very crowded.

we originally had premium economy seats when we booked, but because we were forced to re-book because the first leg of our journey was delayed for several hours, we had to fly economy. Less room, less comfortable.

The first leg of our booked flight was severely delayed, and by the time I could get to an agent to see about re-booking, it was impossible to arrive in time to board for the final leg to Reykjavik. We were flown by American Airlines to Heathrow but didn't arrive in time to take the British Airways flight. BA only flies once a day to Reykjavik, so we had to purchase an absurdly expensive flight through Icelandair out of Gatwick to arrive in time for an excursion that started at 9 a.m. the next day. Our luggage got lost in the meantime and wasn't found for several days.

Flight was fine. We were in business class, so lie-flat seats were appreciated. Kids were in premium and said it was nice. Flight was delayed by 3 hours, so we missed everything we had planned in London the first day.

Flight on time and priority boarding worked. I travelled economy although business was available as no flights are cheap these days and at least with BA loyalty card I get a baggage allowance for nothing. That made the flight comparable or even cheaper than the ‘budget’ alternative. As for catering and entertainment - not on a BA short haul economy ! At least we were offered biscuits and water! Catering for economy short haul has been reduced to the minimum - no tea or coffee or other drinks than water (from a large bottle with a paper cup on offer). They will say this is better for the environment, which it is, but proper waste management is still needed for empty packets etc. so actually it’s a money saver.

Late again. 3 out of 4 late. One cancelled flight and one lost bag.
