The return flight was 1 hour delayed for no obvious reason.

It was a nice, smooth flight. The staff was highly professional and courteous. No major issues here.

I liked the idea of having in-flight entertainment from my own device but it was difficult for me to acess the lan app due to the lack of WiFi access

Boarding was easy. clean plane, crew was very friendly. I was very concerned though, when we banked left and did a complete circle in the air. An explanation from the captain would have been terrific. I made sure I was the last one to leave the plane and asked him about it when I saw him at the exit. He told me what happened but I would have liked to know while it was happening. Besides that, the coke and pretzels were divine. :)

Arrived twenty minutes late. AA refused to accept responsibility for this and compensate me, even though my transportation had departed without me as a result of their tardiness.

AA changed my flight plans which resulted in a 4.5 hour layover in Philly. The gates were filthy, there is not much selection for in-flight food and nothing for entertainment. I couldn't even find an outlet that worked at the gate.

After a 2 hour check in line in the airport lobby, we ran to the gate, only for there to be absolutely no info available. Flight was then cancelled, 2 hours later. Re booking was an absolute nightmare. I will never fly LAN airlines again.

Really friendly flight attendants. Gave us emergency row seats with no extra charge. actually served snacks w/o charges.
