Cons: "I tried to print my boarding pass at home the day before the flight, with an error message "please see an Alaskan Clerk". I also tried to get my boarding pass via phone with the same error message. I also tried to go through Cathay's website, no luck. Cathays customer service is closed on Sunday, and Alaskan customer service said they cannot help me. I arrived 2 hours before my flight from SLC to LAX via Alaskan Airlines, and they were unable to print my boarding pass in time to make my flight. I waited 2 hours in line with other people also leaving at 6am, almost all of us missing our flight.... I am extremely disappointed and would like a refund for this trip. I ended up purchasing another one-way ticket to HKG, and will take the return flight home from Cathay."

We had to sit in the airport for 8 hrs, i barely had any money left and had to use it on food and snaks while we waited. The staff was very rude. I had asked them different times what was going on, because the time of departure kept changing and what were my kids and i supposrd to do, and they just said sorry and dont know what to tell you. After spending my last bit of money on food for my kids and i, I was told by another passanger that the airlines were giving vouchers for food. They never once in the 4 or 5 times i talked to them, offered or told me about the vouchers. It was a terrible experience all around!! We landed in portland at 330 am and had to still drive 3 hours home. we didnt get home until 630am. Ridiculous!!!! I was and am still very upset about the whole thing. Also the staff that was so rude in SaltLake City, every time i would see a concerned or upset passenger go up to talk to them, as soon as they would walk off the staff was over there giggling with each other about it. So Very RUDE!!! Another passanger said that Alaskan Airlines has habbit of having problems with delays . If this is the kind of experience that comes with flying Alaskan, then i will never fly with them again.!!! or go througj expedia"

The flight should have been free after such an inconsiderate gesture on your part. Instead, you send me a gift certificate that obligates me to spend more money with you in order to redeem it, and then within a certain period of time. If I have choice in the future, I'll lean toward a different airline than yours. You clearly do not value my time nor my business."

Cons: "My roundtrip flights with delta were all delayed at least 2 hours. That's what you pay for for a cheap flight. There were no inclement weather and the staff didn't give a reason for the delay."

Cons: "Really wished we had tv's like we had on our flight to SLC. It really helps with those who have anxiety to distract their minds. Wifi is expensive therefore I chose not to use it"
Pros: "I paid only $100 more round trip to DTW from SLC then I would have with other carriers, minus the hassle of connecting flights and paying fees that they don't tell you about up front (like $25 for a carry-on bag, oh and a another $12 per leg for a window seat). My experience, like my previous Delta experiences was absolutely enjoyable. From the quick boarding, super friendly gate agents, and flight crew, to the free on board entertainment, Delta has won me over once again. Oh and did I mention how great it is to board a flight, relax and watch a good movie, take a small nap, and deplane at your destination! Awesome!!"

Cons: "We did not board at the scheduled time, although I believe we arrived on time. The crew was demeaning and singled out individuals who were causing the aircraft to not move. It was in a very pretentious manner, not like southwest personnel who have similar antics but with a playful tone. The plane is a small one where bags don't fit overhead and many head bumps occur. We arrived fine which mean the flight was successful but it was not very enjoyable."
Cons: "Enforce your baggage size and number limits. A significant number of passengers take bags onboard that are oversized."

Pros: "Everything was great from the check in process to the de-planing in Detroit. When we checked in at SLC the agent used my last name, which showed me the extra mile Delta staff will go to make the travel with them professional and curious. The flight left on time and when we arrived in Detroit our bags were already there waiting for us. Couldn't have asked for more!"

Cons: "The attendants on this flight were gossiping right behind us and we heard them talk about ignoring calls from people during our wait on the tarmac at LAX. Again we were in the last seats in the plane and this time it was stinky."

I had to have someone purchase a ticket last min out of costa Rica so I could check in. When I got to CR they didn't even ask me for my ticket or proof"

Cons: "We traveled with an infant who sat on our laps. We were never asked about the infant traveling until we went to check in at the desk and were told we needed to pay taxes for the baby at a rate of 10% of the cost of the ticket. But because we were doing it on the day of the flight, 10% was almost $200! We did not receive good customer service from staff, who simply told us we "should have known to investigate this." We have never been asked to do this when flying with a baby before! This was after an hour and a half of already waiting to check in our bags. We were waiting so long and dealing with this issue for so long that we almost missed the flight! A terrible experience. Also, the web check in line took even longer than the line of people who had not checked in online beforehand! It was so slow, it added to us almost missing our flight. It was a waste of time to check in online, especially since they gave us new boarding passes when we checked our bags in anyway. We also had trouble finding both of our reservations, even though we booked them together as a family, so we ended up with seats that were not together. When we had an issue, we were given an attitude by the staff checking us in."

La señal para llamar por teléfono usando mi propia proveedor. Es un aeropuerto del siglo pasado que ya es hora COPA que tiene su centro de operaciones pongan de su parte para hacer más placentero la estadía en ese aeropuerto; aeropuertos como el CR o el de Bogotá no más sale uno del avión y hay excelente wifi que le permite a uno estar en contacto con la familia."

I had to run from one flight to another, and my previous one only served breakfast, so it would have been really nice to have a veggie option. I put poor on entertainment because there was none, but it was a short flight, so not a big deal. Rest was great!"

Después, tuvimos que esperar en la pista unos 20 min más, todavía sin aire acondicionado. Finalmente, pasamos casi todo el vuelo con los platos vacíos de la comida en nuestras mesas. JUSTO cuando el piloto dijo "prepara para aterrizar", pasaron corriendo para recoger la basura. En total, fue un vuelo muy incómodo. We boarded 20 min late. They made us wait on the plane, a completely booked flight, for 30 min without air conditioning (in Panamá, where the temperature is insufferable)! Later, we had to wait on the runway another 20 min, still lacking air conditioning. Finally, we spent almost the entire flight with our empty meal trays sitting in front of us. RIGHT when the captain announced "flight crew prepare the cabin for landing", the crew ran through to pick up the trays and trash. In total, it was a very uncomfortable flight."
