Delayed and once landed waited very long for the luggage
Nice managed … it was a smaller plane, so the seating wasn’t as comfortable.
The Southwest airline was ok. A big thank you to Kayak team (David), who worked with me on Sunday afternoon to rebook my travel from Burbank, CA, to CVG. My original flight on Sunday was delayed, so I had to cancel Sunday flight and rebook my travel to Monday. Could not have done it without help from David from Kayak team. Ante Soda GE Aerospace
Very poor service with connecting flight. I missed the connection because of a delayed flight and significant delay in getting my bags in order to make the connection. The ground staff where unhelpful and rude!
The flight was fine. Seats were very comfortable. Attendants were very friendly -
Comfortable. Easy. No problems. Just wish they had gf options for snacks.
I am very please with the service received from Southwest. Although there was a refuel stop in Fl before we got the Baltimore. The service and kindness of the staff was excellent.
Was good. I miss the free 2 checked bags. That was part of what made Southwest special
Crew and drinks were great. They lost my bag and were not helpful. Instead they simply told me “maybe you should’ve came earlier”.
Flight was on time and I was glad this direct route existed.
The flight to Houston the agents were not very helpful
In Liberia airport 5 min before our departure the airport was closed for takeoff for 30 min. Upon arrival to IAH we didn’t have any available gate and waited taxing another 40 min. As a result we arrived for 1+ h later. The walkway to the passport control in IAH is about 1-2 ml long. After the passport control you have to pass the security check again. Only 3 out of 16 checkpoints were open and the line was enormously long. As a result, even though we supposed to have 2.5 hrs gap in between the flights we missed our transfer. United rebooked us for the next available flight early morning and provided free hotel and meal vouchers through.
The staff was nice, however boarding taking 2 hours. That’s insane. Overall very bad experience, a lot of turbulence and when landed in Chicago was horrible. I don’t think I’ll flight with UA again.
It was good, although we could not get our preferred seats, we did enjoy the whole experience from Costa Rica. I still don't understand why our luggage is not the first to come out at the band.
Movie selection is good. Crew did not understand mileage program and were no help. Sick later. Food?
I love United was disappointed we had a two hour delay, however the Pilot did say safety first.
Since when do I have to pay for my checked bag? I have a United Explorer mileage plus silver card and I was charged for my checked bags. This also is an international flight. So I would like an explanation to be clear before I choose an airline please?
I was at the back of the plane with earphones, and I could still hear the chatty flight attendants; I wasn't able to sleep at all.
Boarding was terrible. My wife uses a wheel chair and she was in an incredibly hot closed metal cargo box for close to 20 minutes before getting on board
737 Max was leaking water into the cabin through the windows. Overhead bins opened on landing. Bad bad plane.
Terrible experience flying with American Airlines. Too many delays and cancellations.
The crew was very kind, but no in-flight entertainment monitors and a 2 hour and 30 minute delay was extremely frustrating.
The flight was fine. This survey is not. There is no option for N/A so items which don’t apply to my experience still must be rated. In those instances I give a “3” rating which ultimately skews the results.
First world problems, but still… We were seated in first class and asked for a cocktail on a very short, 50 minute flight. After our drink order was taken, a half hour went by, and we noticed that every other person in the small plane had been served except for us. We got up to ask about it, the drinks finally came, then were taken away three minutes later since the flight was so short. Really strange situation, on the other hand, we were in Utah.
When I'm on a 5hr 22 minute flight I expect food to be purchased. Especially when American makes a very tight connection time where u have to run to make the long flight. Chips and nuts are unacceptable and being told you should be in first class to get a meal is also unacceptable. I didn't change the flight times American Airlines did.
A thousand choices for movies and nothing to watch. I avoid 'R' rated shows and others with violence and sexual content, which results in a handful of flicks to view and I have them already.
Flight attendants on American Airlines are rude very harsh with their time of voice. Nearly identical experience as spirit airlines. However, from Spirit Airlines, you expect this level of mediocre service. You do not expect this from the big three..
Smoothe flight. Pilot and crew did a great job. Uncomfortable seat in this jet, felt worn out
The plane had maintenance issues and didn't leave after 72 hours
The staff were very nice! However when our first flight got delayed an hour, the second connection flight was not delayed and the layover was only 40 minutes. When we rushed and made it to our gate for the connection flight, the gate said it had moved to another section of the airport. We barley made it to the connection flight, and overall we were very stressed. We asked about taking a later time for the second connection flight, but the other option was much later and we would have to wait at the airport for 9+ hours. I just wish American Airlines could have moved the second connection flight to a later time too for its customers, and thank you for taking the time to read my review.
