Cons: When boarding was delayed due to extra security (drug sniffing dogs) it would have been appropriate to make announcements for passengers needing to board immediately, allowed to identify and moved to the head of the line. We were there an hour and a half early with no luggage to check and we missed our flight by minutes. We actually saw our plane with the doors closed. Frustrating!

Pros: It was easy to get to the gate. The gate crew called out seats A-E as Amazing, Brilliant, ... Excellent.

Cons: Completely disorganized, no consideration for the elderly or infants. ALWAYS LATE! We had to be bussed to our plane and they kept up on the buss for 20 mins with no air It was so bad that one woman fainted on the bus!! Would never recommend this airline and I won’t be flying with them again.

Cons: The flight frequently arrives about an hour before customs desks are opened, so passengers are forced to wait inside the airplane after landing until the customs desks are open.

Pros: Leg room on the regional jet actually was better than that of a larger plane.

Cons: We were summoned to the gate area with an announcement that boarding would start in 5 minutes; this turned out to be L-O-N-G before boarding began. After standing around for at least 30 minutes with no information as to what was happening, departure time was delayed several times. This was around lunch time; when I finally decided to buy lunch in the terminal, the departure time was changed again to an EARLIER time, and I had to board without food.

Cons: The whole business of charging for drinks and mediocre food in economy, while they tout that business will get a full meal. BA is NOT Ryanair, or is it?

Pros: Nothing. I was offloaded minutes before boarding by BA without any explanations. The staff was not helpful in any way. BA is suggesting either non recept of payment or credit card fraud. Both reasons are totally bogus.

Cons: Proper communication by both BA and local handlers at the airport in Iceland.

Cons: I purchased ticket stating business class for both legs, but the first leg of my trip did not have a business class cabin at all. I did not get what i paid for!!!! My seat back IFE did not work at all. Boarding experience was terrible and took forever. The lounge MEX was overcrowded with non-functioning wifi

Cons: That was the most uncomfortable seat I’ve ever had to fly in. I’m on 5’7 and I was really stuck. Luckily the guy sitting next to me was my same size. I feel bad for someone who’s tall or large. No WiFi and you couldn’t charge your phone. Also the tray table was broken and my drink kept spilling on me.

Then the crew kept trying to be funny and I don't know if it was to distract us from the fact that we were leaving late or some other reason but they were communicating loudly over the intercom for non flight related things and it was annoying
