Onboard, the TV (ICE) and internet were struggling to keep up with user demand. Did not load or connect sometimes. Different crew members had same standard answer - try later. While sleeping in Business class, I was woken up twice by a rude crew member (Velma Ndubi). She even refused to tell me her name because she did not want me to complain. Her attitude ruined the flight for me."

My fellow passengers from my flight were also not allowed onto the plane, and while we were arguing (including being told that the plane was full) other passengers from an even later flight were allowed on board! Instead I had to wait many hours in the terminal (because apparently there were no hotel rooms available!?) to get a flight to Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (!!!?) where I could get a Cathay flight to Hong Kong. This meant I arrived 14 hours later than scheduled. Absolutely abysmal service, with no sympathy and no responsibility from any employees."

Cons: "With the exception of one Asian cabin crew, others were cold. Food has worsened on Lufthansa. Portion and quality are not as good as 1 year ago. I find the seat average in comfort for premium economy. If only the seat would move forward, I keep sliding off it. Cathay Pacific has a much better seat."

Pros: "Boarding was a bit hectic loading an A380 and that was probably the worst part. Service was very pleasant but a little scarce. Premium Economy was better than most. Food was not that good and ranked with the boarding."

Pros: "Great film choices, short flight time - no delays. The flight was relatively full but I experienced no discomfort and the food was good. I think they ran out of one option but this didn't bother me as it wasn't my choice."

Pros: "I flew in the A380 bulkhead at row 50 from Munich to Hong Kong. Have flown premium economy with Lufthansa before, it was no different from before. The service is efficient. Entertainment was fine and had an interesting selection in their world cinema section."
Cons: "A pretty standard experience and nothing which makes you feel special. Other airlines might offer an upgraded meal in premium economy or a special cocktail, but not on Lufthansa."

Pros: "The staff was communicative and genuine. The food was decent. Even though the flight arrived late I felt ok about it due to the direct communication of details about the situation. I was stuck in the extremely cramped space of seats just in front of the lavatory making the seat in front me 5 inches from my nose when reclined but the staff was sympathetic offering to ask the passenger in front of me to redress their seat more upright and also allowing me to spread out across two seats to compensate."
Cons: "While the staff compensated for the more than standardly cramped seating arrangement, I think the row of seats just in front of the lavatories should be either better designed or designated not usable. I am only 5’3” and 125lbs but still was faced with a mere 5 inches in front of me when the passenger in front of me reclined his seat. I couldn’t even stand in order to exit the row and had to crawl over the seats to my side. This had me thinking how dangerous this row could be in case of an emergency. Please consider designating these seats either not to be used or optional for passengers."

Pros: "The crew was friendly and the boarding process was fast and simple. No food just snacks and what they had was good. Once I got to the airport there was a wheelchair at the gate and it was great because we were on the opposite side if the airport for our next flight and he was very nice to talk to as we were walking."

Cons: "Seat comfort. Entertainment. Toilets far from the premium zone. Meal choice. Wine choice, headset. All sub par compared to other airlines in the premium economy space. In particular, Qantas is much much closer to business class than to economy class in it's premium economy product. Lufthansa is just not delivering value to this segment."

Cons: "I am disabled and we called the 24 hours in advance as requested to book seats with more leg room, accommodation for my autistic son's service dog, and special meals for my two children. None of these things were done as were booked even when presented with confirmation number provided by the central booking office. To top it off my daughter is allergic to peppers and her allergen free meal contained peppers."

Cons: "The person behind me kept pushing my seat back.. guy next to me kept elbowing me. Seat space is way to small, need more room to move. I'm only 130 lbs. can hardly wonder how a bigger person can handle those tiny seat spaces. Also, those seats are so uncomfortable with the way they contour one's back. No support and very very uncomfortable, I had mid back tension pains the entire 12 hour flight."

Pros: "Very efficient service! Debarkation at MUC very fast and efficient for making it easy for connections to other flights. Nice crew!"

Pros: "The crew was outstanding, friendly and helpful. The entertainment options were great with lots of current movie and tv listings. the food was pretty good. We received two meals and frequent beverage service. The seats were pretty comfortable, though when the seat in front of you reclined the space was greatly reduced."
Cons: "We had to pay to get seat assignments. it wasn't cheap and then they changed the seats we'd chosen to seats at the very back of the plane. The boarding process is chaotic, at least compared to American practices."

Pros: "Flying Lufthansa is a much more enjoyable experience than the US based airlines. The seating is alway going to be cramped but the crew is a lot nicer than any of the US based carriers. The flight reached right on time."
