Crew did not try to board people quickly to get us out of San Diego. 5 more minutes might have made a difference."

I always fly First Class for the extra room and perks of crew service. Crew spent most time in galley chatting. Not a bad flight by any means but I guess I have been spoiled by superior service on all of my other weekly Delta flights."
Pros: "accommodating and friendly staff food and drinks were good -I had a layover that was boarding before we had reached the terminal and the staff let me know and guided me about how to get to the other flight and let the other flight crew know so I wouldn't lose my flight. Super appreciative of this. :)"

Also I would imagine that during Covid-19 these companies would do a better job of not overbooking flights but all of my flights with American this past weekend were overbooked. Which delayed us even longer as they searched for volunteers to adjust their flights. In today's age of technology the idea that they are still overbooking planes makes no sense to me in the slightest. I will be walking, driving or taking a boat before I fly American Airlines again."

Almost like the doors over the wheels were stuck. Again kinda unnerving. Once airborne everything was smooth."

If you find a reasonably priced flight you don't have to worry about paying extra for baggage or stomach during the flight. On the flight home, I realized that they have bigger seats, your bags ( 1 personal, 1 carry-on, and 2 checked bags) are "free" and they give you a little snack to hold you for maybe and hour. Overall I prefer Southwest because of all the benefits you get while flying with them but it doesn't mean I will never fly United again."

In other words, UA is accomodating stand-by passengers before accomodating customers who have purchased tickets. Try sitting in a middle seat after two overseas flights... especially as a tall person with no knee space and a super-uncomfortable seat with the headcushion area reaching only your neck. Those seats were clearly made for folks under 5'8"-5'9"."

Then at the end of the flight they had a big commercial-like announcement to push their credit card. It was very tacky."

Kiwi.com never offered me the option to purchase a bag; I had to go to Frontier's website to do that (confusing enough, but also, I shouldn't have to use two websites). However, to purchase a bag, I had to pay an $88 booking fee because Kiwi.com couldn't check me in. The nice young woman at Frontier check-in counter in SLC took mercy on me and only charged me $45 for my bag instead of $60. Their customer service was chat-based and VERY slow (not to mention they had no way to actually help me). I contacted them twice; once to cancel the flight (they charged a $20 fee to do so, which I thought was illegal within 24 hours) and once to deal with the bag fee issue. I would NEVER use kiwi.com again."

Pros: "Horrible...AGAIN. I even bought a seat in row 2 in hopes of better comfort and a nap. No way. Crew SLAMMED drawers and doors andb turned bright lights off and on the whole way. In addition, the seats are just as uncomfortable up front in rows 1 & 2 as the rest of the plane. I'm short so more leg room wasn't what I was going for. Guess it's too much to expect a more comfortable seat, even when paying for it. Worst of all the flight was grossly delayed AGAIN...1 3/4 HRS. My last return flight from SLC to ATL was over 2 hrs delayed and by the time we arrived, the airport was closed. We had to be hussled out a back door (just tough if anyone had to use the bathroom), down a flight of stairs and across some distance to wait to be loaded ont to busses with wet seats , then driven to baggage claim. This time, the train closed down at T gates and we were detoured down to south terminal baggage claim...but needed to be in north baggage claim. Furthermore, the baggage crew must have taken a break in the middle of unloading bags. I waited nearly ONE HOUR for my bag, and there were still a good 30 or more passengers waiting for theirs when I got mine."

As there were unclaimed suitcases on the carousel from the Denver flight the day before. I also realized for $20 more i could've flown my favorite airline by time you add up all the extra fees they charge you. They claim you get a carry on and a personal bag for free but thats not true. I ended up paying another $35 to check my bag and the prices of snack were outrageous. Very disappointed in how this was handled."

I thought when I bought the flight I was getting a deal but after everything is added in it was $80 more. They have totally dropped their plans so they can fit more people as well. None of their seats recline and they are all rock hard. I have flown in more comfortable military aircraft."

This has become truly asinine. The plan was a newer A320, however the seats were so close together that my knees hit the back of the seat in front and I'm only 5" 10". Taller people were sitting sideways! Seats did not recline!"

Cons: "I set the dates for our trip for April 12 to April 15, for some reason when I got the email confirmation the trip was set for January 15 to 18; I had to call Spirit Airlines and ended up paying EXTRA $ 70.00 dollars to get the right dates and another couple friends were doing it at the same time and the same happened to them"

When I asked for help the desk attendant said I can look on my phone for available flights. So I didn't feel like the staffed cared at all. The flight back went without a delay but the airplane felt very cramped and with no entertainment to distract us from our 4 hour flight. When I did finally order a coffee and muffin the flight attendant staired at me like I wasn't speaking English. And passed everything to me 1 by 1 in the most awkward uncomfortable way. I don't know how exactly to describe it but it was incredibly strange and not very professional. Over all I won't be flying with this airline again."

Cons: "I have traveled around the world as an auditor. I am no rookie to the game. I laughed when they informed me my carry on was $54 since my flight was purchased for $45 (one way to New Orleans). I was in the boarding area 1 hour prior to loading (Not fully paying attention). I was standing 30 feet from the gate 20 minutes before boarding time (paying full attention) and did not realize they had already loaded the plane. They said they called my name 3 times which means I couldn't /didn't hear them. My bags left without me. I ended up buying a ticket on delta because I had to link up with my family for a reunion. This was one of the most memorable crappy experiences of my adult life."

Then the flight from Vegas to New Orleans was delayed 2 hrs at 2pm then site 2 hrs at 5pm until it was finally canceled at 10pm. After I spent 3.5 hrs standing in line I was re-booked a non direct flight the next day with another airline,and they put me up in a hotel for 2hours until my next day of flying to Denver, Houston, and then new Orleans. I was originally supposed to arrive in new Orleans via a direct flight Sunday night but ended up not reaching my final destination until Tuesday afternoon."

The steward woke me up at midnight to ask if I wanted to purchase a coke. My return flight was delayed all day then canceled. Services were less than professional and filled with hidden fees."

They were entertaining, so pleasant, joking and engaging with customers all while being professional and efficient. Better service than the "premier" airlines that I have recently flown. We were more inclined to order drinks and food onboard because we were in good spirits and felt that we didn't need to wait until touchdown to allow vacation to begin. Cons: "Bummer that the seats don't recline (but for short flights, not terribly bad) We had a layover on both legs of the trip, however were unaware that we would not be switching planes. We had to choose to run off the aircraft to grab a sandwich etc vs waiting 3 more hours to eat. When we decided there was enough time, we made no stops, walked off the plane and to the first food booth we saw, and we walked back to the gate and sat to eat our food. Only after watching someone else run onto the jet bridge, did I ask the gate attendant (who was 5 steps away from me) if we needed to board. She casually said "oh yea, we're going to close the gate in 2 minutes" !!! there was no overhead page/announcement/ or her asking if we were on that flight (when she had seen us de-plane and ask her directions, and could tell on her flight logs that some people were still to board). We were super lucky not to miss that flight and I wish we felt that she was working in our best interest. --This was the only lacking part of our flight. --maybe on boarding tickets, you could ** and state that both legs are on the same aircraft? So we could plan ahead? -- perhaps train gate attendants to page prior to gates closing if not all passengers are on board (like all other airlines do) Thank you for considering changes and feedback"
