One of the most pleasurable regional jet flights I’ve had. Super quick boarding - ultra pleasant crew and really smooth flight, departure and landing. Excellent job, crew!
Aisle seat other passenger kept bumping into my shoulder as they walk by with no regard or sympathy to apologize for bumping into me

They have this tiny little frame no reasonable carry-on could possibly fit into. Over and over again I see people including myself and my traveling companion’s having to check their carry-on bag because their “too big” this is nonsense. These are standard size bags. It’s more than enough space on board the plane. In a way in which the gate check individuals handle this interaction is a palling you’re insulting demanding and don’t give you a chance to rearrange your luggage so I can go into their absurd dimensions"

Cons: "Gate agent spoke so ridiculously fast and swallowed so many sounds that it was virtually impossible to understand most of what he was saying. Most importantly we all missed that our roll-on bags wouldn’t fight in the overhead bins. As a result many people pulled their bags on and fought and struggled to force their luggage above, only to give up. The on-board agents recognized early the problem and then proceeded to allow many other passengers to stroll by them with their large roll-on bags, only to delay the boarding process and frustrate everyone. When making their safety announcement the flight attendant was clearly competing for fastest speaking human and rushed through at blazing speeds. In all my 30+ years of travel, I’ve never heard anything like it."

We entered our passport info including our expiration dates and we’re given no warning. We even had our boarding passes prior to showing up at the airport. We will not use Kayak in the future and will book direct through the airline moving forward."
Cons: "The plane was so hot, by the time we landed everyone was literally dripping from sweat. It was so uncomfortable that it was cooler outside of the plane even though it was 83 degrees when we landed."

Streaming movies is still of a mystery to me, not an intuitive experience in any sense of the word. the sites AA provides to answer one's questions don't give any real guidance on 'how', just state what, kept pointing me to the app which doesn't have any menu item to view movies. took me well over ten minutes to find any helpful information."

Arrival at the main terminal required climbing a flight of stairs. No in-flight food service offered except a choice between one cookie or one cracker."

Waiting time for retrieving these on the ramp at the destination was excessive."

Airport services saved my day by carting me to the connecting flight TO SLC from Denver as there was only 15 minutes to get from one end of the concourse to the other. A little difficult to run there at my age. Any chance of allowing people with connecting flights disembark first instead of last in this situation?"
Cons: "Due to inclement weather conditions no liquids were served. Small bottles of water would be great - less likely to spill over in bad weather and thirst would also be quenched. Lack of luggage space for those of us with the correct allowance hand luggage instead of all the extra large pieces because people don't want to go to baggage claims or pay for baggage. Truly their suitcase not paid for is the same as mine paid for. Difference is the inconvenience of having to keep my hand luggage at my feet because of the larger pieces filled by passengers in group 1, 2, and 3 over my designated seat area."

The United people would have happily stuck me with an overnight hotel so I could take their flight the next morning. I asked for the AA routing that worked for a same-day arrival. They happily agreed."

Also, our flight is scheduled to take off at 5:05am, and there were NOBODY at the counter to help any customer for bag drop less than an hour before the flight. There was a huge line and everybody was rushing through the bag drop line at the last minute and running to the gate in order to make the flight. Terrible!!! Seats were cramped, no entertainment and water will cost you $3! Definitely will not fly Spirit again!"

You must pay $40 for a carry-on and they say $31 for a checked bag but that's a lie, they still will charge you $40. They inundate you with offers and even try to charge you to pick a seat. They don't page passengers for a final boarding call. They boarded and left the gate early leaving 10 passengers stranded. They never put our bags on the flight and told us to pick them up at baggage claim but charged us anyway for the checked bags. They were rude, ignorant and unprofessional. We were told so many different stories about rebooking and credits that we just rebooked completely with Southwest."
Cons: "They nickel and dime you for everything. By the time you've paid $42 for a bag (or a carry on), the ticket price is the same as the next cheapest flight. If you don't print your boarding pass at home, that is $10; if your bag is too heavy, that is an extra $30; if you want water on the plane, that is extra; if you want a seat assignment, that costs extra. 45 minutes before we landed the flight attendant went on a sales pitch about getting a Spirit credit card. It was unbelievable. Oh, and the seats don't recline at all. I will NEVER fly this airline again."

It impressed me how his sense of humor didn't dry out even though it was so late at night. I didn't get his name but he was the only tall, latino flight attendant that night! Cons: "It started with my flight being delayed a literal 6 times throughout the day, it was the last flight of the day. I checked in the night before and saved my boarding pass as a PDF since I don't have a printer. When I arrive over an hour before my latest and most stable delayed time, I'm not allowed to print a boarding pass at the kiosk and am directed to speak to someone at the desk, but lo and behold, they've already left for the night. TSA tells me they can't let me through because of course Spirit boarding passes aren't scannable. When I speak to the Spirit rep in baggage claim as TSA suggests, she tells me she can't help me, can't print the boarding pass, and that I had to call reservations to REBOOK my flight because I was "late" for a flight that I already checked in for and was still over an hour away from leaving as far as I was updated. Two other men were in the same situation and we basically had to beg people in Southwest to let us print our boarding passes so we could get on the flight. I was successful but I don't think my comrades were because of course when they logged in to Spirit, they no longer had access to the boarding pass, despite also checking in online earlier. When I get through security and the gate, I find out the flight is leaving 40 min earlier than any flight status update reports. NO notification anywhere. I was so hesitant to fly Spirit knowing their history with others but I was going on a < 36 hour trip wanted to save $. Spirit will never receive my business again. They intentionally create systems to inconvenience people and provide poor customer service."

Pros: "$75 from NYC to Detroit. How can one beat that? It would cost me more if I drove there myself in my miata. Flight was scheduled for 1 hour 35 minutes, got their in an hour and ten. Awesome"
Cons: "You must travel light, but then @$75, how can I complain."

Cons: "No services, pay for carry on bags, no leg room, no seat recline."
Cons: "The airlines played with the customers...the plane coming for us to take was late...we had to wait, but the airlines left one person on to process us all to keep us waiting. It was terrible. The tacky constant charges was awful. I had to pay $50 for my bag. I tried to check in the night before...the website was unusable...so it cost more for the bag at the airport...charging more for carry on is outrageous. I changed my" paid for' seat and got charged an additional $5. I WILL NEVER FLY YOUR AIRLINES AGAIN...unsatisfied by my experience round trip. I like to know what I am paying for when I make the reservation.........I do not like the surprise charges!!!"
