Cheap flights - that’s about it for the positives..

- Clear policy to split people up unless you pay for seats. They. Seem to deny this but it’s as obvious as it gets. Makes boarding much slower as people try to switch seats - They check in 50% of hand luggage bags on every flight - why not offer the chance to check in small bags for free up front rather than make people scramble for valuables after being forced to check in hand luggage - Very poor seats - uncomfortable and cramped

There was not a lot to like

I think standing in line for so long before boarding is ridiculous. Also, according to the gate staff my husbands bag ,which was smaller than mine, required a baggage fee as did mine. €110! On the return flight my husband was able to get his bag through and it fit just fine. He noticed mine would have fit as well. But another €55 for mine. Not much of a bargain.

There is reallly nothing to like. It’s just a flight similar to a bus ride.

It’s a low cost no frills airlines. It’s just like riding on a bus, so there is really nothing positive above t th experience. The worst part is the lack of directions to check in bags. At Gatwick, I had to pay for my bag in a completely different location and being the receipt to the counter. The website was ambiguous and it appeared as if one bag checked was free. Of course, that’s way too optimistic because nothing is free on the bus...I mean Ryan Air.

Ryan Air charged my husband and I FIFTY Euros EACH for not checking in online before coming to airport. However, they were very sneaky and misleading, bec. they sent us an email saying that we must check in 2 hours before flight time -- here are their exact words: "Online check-in is up to 2 hours prior to departure. " so we got up at 4:30 am to get to airport exactly 2 hours before to check in online, but online check-in was closed. then at the counter they told us we had to pay 50 Euros each, extra for not checking in online.

Left late (and therefore arrived late) due to starting the boarding process late and slow boarding. I wouldn't go so far as to say the attendants were rude, but they were not friendly, either. I Booked the flight 4 weeks ago non stop flight from Prague to Budapest. At the airport 15 -20 foreigners (non czech speakers) received no notice that the Prague to Budapest flight was cancelled 1 hour before official departure. Czech airlines boarded us in another flight to Kosice Airport in Slovakia and from there we would depart to Budapest. The pilot thanked us in English about our understanding for the "cancellation" and this is where I realized the change. In the meantime, the other foreigners were getting ready to exit the flight to Kosice thinking they reached Budapest. I had to stop them and inform them about the change in every language I could use. This added 1:25 hr of flight + 20 minutes in the airport in Kosice unnecessarily. Last but not least: The size of cabin luggage is much smaller than the american standard, therefore expect that your luggage will probably need to be checked in with additional payment (both mine wouldnt fit by 2 cm due to the rollers...100$ at entrance).

The gate # was never posted on the flight boards so we had to run to the gate when we happened to hear the boarding announcement. We had to pay 60€ at the gate for an "oversized" carry-on, which was standard size on all other flights. Priority boarding was announced then all the gate crew left, leaving everyone else sitting there. The plane and flight were fine (if you ignore the sales pitches for perfume, raffle tickets, etc), but I could have done without the stress leading up to it.

Prices are per person and are for e–tickets and include all taxes & fees in USD.

We attempt to get accurate prices, however, prices are not guaranteed.

Here's why:

We’re not the seller.
At KAYAK we don’t set the prices, so it’s not possible for us to guarantee what other companies are selling.

We compile tonnes of data for you
Our service lets you quickly and easily compare results from hundreds of travel sites at once. In this sense, KAYAK is a search engine and we can't guarantee prices we find.

Why aren’t prices accurate 100% of the time?
Prices on airline seats, hotel rooms and car rentals can change frequently. Several people may also be trying to buy the same travel option simultaneously. As a result, you may find, on occasion, that certain prices are no longer available.

If you have more questions or if you have a bad price to report to us,
please send us an and someone from our team will get back to you promptly.
