United first class - no food
On time. Efficient on and off plane. Didn’t hassle me about my carry on.
Arrived on time, even after delayed departure
1 hour into the flight until the internet worked. Crashed 2 hours prior to landing. Horrible to fly cross country with no internet.
The personal entertainment is always great on United
This was a comedy of errors of United being terrible at their own airport. The first plane essentially had a check engine light that they couldn’t figure out. Finally got us a second plane but then got delayed because they couldn’t get catering to come service the plane. The food on the plane looked like it has sat outside for hours. The oils in the hummus and bruschetta has seperated. Good try United but if you can’t get it right at your base how do you expect to get it right anywhere else.

The plane departed and arrived as scheduled. Flight attendants weee courteous and responsive.
I was cramped in Seat B.
Teeny little plane but easy (early i think!) boarding process and nice flight attendant.
We were in quite a long line to take off and when we arrived in bmore there was no one to manage the jet bridge and we sat for a little while. Seems like these issues should be easy to solve - you know when the plane is arriving for over an hour!
The crew members had a good attitude, pilot in particular
Two cancelled flights, a dozen delays, and 14 hours of travel later I finally had to rent a car and drive home.
Relatively comfortable plane, great movies (I watched four!), good timing between meals/snacks.
These planes are always SO cramped. We paid to be in the section with 9 seats across instead of 10 which was worth it but wish that they would just give everyone slightly more space - seems humane for such long flights! The group boarding on these huge planes always seems chaotic. Also it seems like it would honestly make more sense to start at the back and move forward. Would have less waiting for people in front of you to get settled. Wish the last snack had a piece of fruit or something with a bit more healthy aspect.
