Cons: The seat it’s narrow comfortably , not too bad!

Cons: Some people were not wearing th mask correctly and flight attendants did not enforce the mas policy.

Cons: Flight was delayed 90 minutes but the bigger issue is that after we boarded the crew told us that some paperwork needed to be signed but we didn’t leave the gate until 40 minutes later. The crew including the pilot never informed us as to what was going. Terrible communication. Also, in regard to myself, I was sitting in an Exit Row and the flight attendant came over to ask unless individually if we were willing and able to handle our responsibilities. Before each of us was ready to answer he said OK, turned around and left. What would have happened if we had a problem and someone in the Exit Rows had a concern?

When I asked the person at the desk what gate I was to board at, he looked up the information as if I was asking him for the access code Chase's bank vault. He didn't even write it down even thought he had a pen in his hand. Apparently, at customers, we are not suppose to get this information and it's a burden on the employees to give it. Again the flight was late and while I know it was due to weather, we were seated in the plane and sat at the gate for more than an hour. Apparently, we were not cleared to be given an update. Once again, the speakers at the seat didn't work. Apparently, this is a constant problem with JetBlue

Cons: Experienced terrible delays (16 hours) and a cancellation on my initial flight (spent the night at LaGuardia) then had to take a taxi at 3 am to JFK to catch a flight which was also delayed, causing me to rebook. The return flight had 3 delays. I have never, ever experienced such terrible service and delays on an airline. In addition, the airplane on the return flight was dirty. It was a horrible overall experience! I don’t know if I will ever fly JetBlue again!!!

Cons: A woman was boarding the plane with two babies and clearly struggling to get to the back of the plane. When she could not handle it anymore she asked one of the flight attendants to help her. She was refused assistance by her. Then the flight attendant came to the front of the plane laughing uncontrollably say, "OMG, did you see her having a meltdown...she was asking me to help." She proceeded to laugh for the next 20 minutes repeating that the woman was helpless. I was disgusted by the flight attendant's behavior and attitude.

Also none of the windows on any of these small planes line up with the actual positions of seats and it sucks.

Cons: My flight was delayed, which would have caused me to miss my connecting flight. The customer service person was not at all helpful, and told me there were no other flights available on any airline until the next day. However, I was able to go online and book another flight immediately...which means that she was either being disingenuous or actively undermining efforts to get me home in a timely fashion. Very disappointing and as a SkyMiles member would have thought there would be some level of common courtesy dealing with a non-weather related delay that drastically impacted my travel plans.

Cons: The connecting flight from Atlanta to NY was rescheduled for an hour and fifteen minutes later, boarding for the delayed flight started late, closed doors were another 20 minutes late, spend another hour or so waiting for confirmations, during which no AC is on because of a malfunction on the plane with the electricity unit. Due to rough air conditions, no in-flight service, or very limited one - and all of those are fine by me, and not the airlines' fault at all. But then, during all these unexpected conditions, I can't even use the in flight entertainment system as i use Bluetooth earphones, and to get earphones I have to buy them for 2$. To earn excellent service, inspite of all the delays, AC malfunction and unpleasantness all you had to do was give those 2$ earphones for free. I have another flight with SkyTeam coming up and I do hope it won't be as unpleasant as it is a much longer flight.

Cons: The flight was scheduled for 7:45 pm. Due to the storm the day before, my flight out of Miami was cancelled and I was told that the flight out of W Palm Beach was my only option. I paid $150 for an Uber at 4 pm. At 6:37, I got an email with news of a two hour delay. I would’ve appreciated an earlier notice. But much worse was the boarding experience. As half the passengers had boarded, someone announced that we had to have everyone boarded and seated in 5 minutes, or else the crew would time out, and we’d have to stay in WPalm. This set off a frenzy, with seated passengers yelling at the people boarding to hurry!! I was told by the pilot while exiting in LGA, that we made it by 30 seconds! It could’ve been handled so much better!

Pros: Very nice flight and attentive staff. Enjoyed the view of NYC as we flew up the East River, then looped over Nassau County to approach LGA.
Cons: The male flight attendant who handed out the complimentary drinks and snacks acted a bit strangely. I was very thirsty, and I asked him if I could keep the rest of the can of soda. He neither said yes nor no, but rather completely ignored what I said and just poured my drink and moved on. I was a mildly annoyed, but figured maybe it was policy and he was shy and didn't want to debate the matter. When he took care of the older couple behind us, however, things got really strange. He asked them whether they wanted pretzels or peanuts, but they misheard him and asked for a ginger ale. I happened to know that he did have ginger ale, since my wife had just gotten one, but rather than just pouring the old folks a drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" They misheard again and asked him whether he had a diet ginger ale. Again, rather than just pour them the drink, he repeated himself. "Peanuts or pretzels?" This went round and round a few more times -- like a poorly designed computer UI that refuses to accept anything except the correct input -- before the old couple finally figured out the disconnect and picked their snacks before their drinks. Very weird.

Pros: We were traveling with a 4 month old lap infant, and the crew went out of their way to warm bottles and be friendly in general. The plane was clean and comfortable, and on this leg of our trip the entertainment system actually worked!
Cons: The only bad things were those that were totally out of Delta's control: weather delays and absolutely nasty and rude TSA agents who seemed to understand neither the concept of their Pre-Check system (no dedicated lines and no priority) nor the fun of traveling with an infant.

Were the aircrafts not designed to accommodate a full flight's worth of luggage? anf then when I went to go to my seat, the air stewardess told me to progress down the aisle so someone that they knew could pass through, causing a delay in me getting to my seat as well as losing my overhead luggage space as someone else passing utilized it instead. Now I am in my seat with both my carry on and personal item stowed below. So was I comfortable ? No. Was I upset and annoyed, on top of being tired? Yes. They need a better system.

Felt frostbite, couldn’t move fingers, and have a sinus headache. absolutely appalling this is NY and USA - yet we can’t have car services pick up pasengers outside the door of the airport, instead require to walk 7 minutes and stand in a freezing air tunnel airport garage. Cons: Took off late from Minneapolis only to announce that there was something wrong with the plane, no explanation as to what but that we had to circle to burn off fuel before returning to Minneapolis. Switched to a flight to D.C. with a connection to get to LGA. As soon as we sat down on that flight an announcement was made that we wouldn't make our connecting flight. Got to D.C. and asked to switch to go into Westchester instead of LGA which we were denied. So changed to another connecting flight to LGA that didn't take off on time. Offered nothing for any of the inconveniences. Etc.

Cons: When I arrived at the gate, the flight was on time, but no aircraft was at the gate. The gate attendants left at the time we were supposed to Board, then the departure time changed on the board and no announcement was made. Another gate attendant told me that the aircraft was at DYT, but the reason for delay was crew rest. As the delays continued, 3 in all, we were told that the aircraft was at DYT but we were waiting on a crew to be flown in from Charlotte. Not sure how AA messed up their crew rest schedule on domestic regional jet carrier. Either way, a new gate attendant arrived to take over, and continued to tell us we were waiting on crew. Then the story changed to waiting on aircraft and crew. By the time the 3rd change in departure had been made, and we were still waiting on aircraft and cre, AA failed to continue to update the departure and arrival times. Once we boarded around 9:00pm the boarding time still showed 8:10pm. Then we sat on the runway awaiting departure for approx 40 minutes before taking off. Very poor communication And customer service.

Because of this, I pulled my shoes out and put them in a collapsible bag that fit under the seat in front of me along with my small personal bag as I had done on my previous flight. However, the gate agent would not allow me to board the plane and would not listen to my explainations at all as I tried to keep the boarding process moving along. She kept repeating "you have 3 bags" and made me steep out of line and check my carry-on (which I would then have to pick up at baggage claim). When I asked why I couldn't get out on the jetway like she had done for other passengers she said, " I only did that for airline employees" (quick happened to be a flight attendant from Spirit). My overall experience on both flights to and from Detroit was that the gate agents and flight attendants were the most unhelpful and rude airline employees I have delt with and I will stick to my preferred carrier, Delta, for my future flights back and forth to Detroit. They certainly make me feel like a valued customer when I fly them, which I did not feel with American.

Pros: The staff did their best to compensate for the 4 1/2 hour departure delay, getting us Panera sandwiches and snacks.

Cons: The flight attendants were highly rude and i felt as if i was discriminated on. I was sitting in the back and the flight attendant who was suppose to assist us made us feel like i was a bother to her. First of all she just rudly dropped biscuits on my table didnt ask if i wanted and then I had to ask her for coffee, she didnt ask me if i wanted something to drink. Finally she brought my daughter and I some coffee. i ask for sugar and she said im very busy you have to wait....eventually she gave me one packet of sugar. I had to ask for another sugar for my daughter , so when i ask she gets upset and tells me i have to wait but there as a white who ask for assistance and she was very polite to her.

Cons: I am missing two items that I had in my checked bag and my clothes and belongings were all messy as if it had been gone through. I am very upset that these items were likely taken by whoever went through my bag.

Cons: Flight attendant called cops on passenger sitting next to me to be escorted off the plane for no reason!

Cons: Flight was cancelled we were re-routed and didn't get there until 24hours later.

Cons: we waited an hour for the bags to arrive on the carousel. What's that about? Get it together and have the bags out in time. We're just sitting here waiting for them over an hour - there are no other arrivals in this terminal. What's going on?

Pros: Just being able get home.
Cons: After madly rushing to get to the gate, we found out 5 minutes before scheduled boarding time that there would be a 15 minute delay in boarding. After that, we were told there would be another 30 minute delay. Once we were on board and the cabin doors were closed we were told there would be another 55 minute delay. Also, LGA is such a mess these days due to construction and would have been nice to get an email notification beforehand about it. We barely made our outgoing flight!

Cons: Without any explanation...American Airlines cancelled my reservation! I needed to be sent back to poor quality hotel for a night and take a different flight out the next morning. American Airlines was supposed to provide transportation back and forth from the hotel however a car never showed up at the hotel to pick us up and I needed to get my own taxi at the last minute (American did however reimburse me for the taxi fare at the airport). I never received an explanation as to why my reservation was cancelled and was never offered any type of compensation for such a major inconvenience. They dd ultimately waive my 25 bag fee but it wasn't very easy to even get that from them. I felt that they should have been more empathetic towards my inconvenience and offered me any type of compensation to make up for such a horrible experience. When I asked about possibly being upgraded to first class they told me absolutely not! A little graciousness can go a long way, American Airlines showed that they could not care less about my inconvenience (other than Rodrigo at the counter the next morning who actually showed he was truly sorry for the situation and at least ended up moving me to a row with more legroom). Other than this, I was extremely disappointed with this experience and how it was handled.

Pros: Very efficient boarding, comfortable coach seats, good crew
Cons: No food! except pretzels and sandwiches for purchase. I didn't purchase a sandwich but on the outbound flight, the two guys next to me did and were both vocal about their disappointment with what they received for $9. And they were strangers who didn't talk to each other the rest of the time, so I think they meant it. Also, entertainment: they had a movie on the pop-down screens, and 4 free movies to stream to your device using on-board Wifi, as well as 2 TV shows. So maybe I'm being harsh. But it was a transcontinental flight and they didn't have headrest screens loaded with movies. Is this only for international flights? The movies were bad, or at least not appealing to me ('Keanu' and 'Zoolander 2'). It was possible to pay for additional movies, but who wants to do that? It was sort of the EasyJet model, where you get good basic service but pay for everything additional that one gets for free on Delta. Maybe that was reflected in the price I paid for the ticket, but I was expecting that AA would be in the same league as United and Delta. One nice perk: free wifi for T-Mobile customers, including me.

Pros: I like that the crew was professional and courteous.
Cons: That I was there and hour before my flight and my seat was given up. I didn't like that people are allowed to retract all the way making my flight uncomfortable.

Pros: The gate crew in Roanoke were professional and helpful. The next day's flight was on time and uneventful.
Cons: The flight attendant was unfriendly at boarding. He did not say or play any pre-flight safety announcements. We were told the flight might have to refuel in Richmond due to major weather delays in LGA. When we were landing they said they expected a refuel and a quick turnaround in Richmond. On the plane after landing, I learned via my phone's internet the flight was cancelled. They never announced it on the plane. At the final moment before we disembarked, the crew told us to be sure to take our belongings. When we landed, Flightaware showed delays of 45 minutes at LGA. AA never took responsibility for the problem though the gate crew mentioned they canceled the flight because the crew was going to be over their maximum hours. AA really couldn't plan to allow for up to an hour delay? I feel disrespected and even deceived. Although it was clear that flight attendant really needed to get off that plane. At the gate, we were told there were no available flights to NYC and were stranded overnight in Richmond. AA did offer a hotel pretending it was a courtesy since they claimed the problem was weather related and not theirs. We chose to stay with relatives and were told AA could only provide transportation from the airport which we did not need. We often have problems and cancellations on this route from when it was branded a US Air route to the present, but this was egregious.

Cons: I was sitting two rows from the bathroom and the entire time the bathroom reeked of urine. It was unbearable.

Cons: More communication from the boarding staff. The delays kept increasing. Due to weather, we were delayed 4 hrs. They only decided to accommodate everyone with water and snacks 3 hrs into the delay.

Cons: They had no room for my carry on, I had to place it under my seat making my legs very comfortable.

Pros: We landed in NYC -- although it was first announced as Dulles.
Cons: This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device.

Pros: The flight attendant was super awesome. She was personable and had a great attitude. I didnt get her name, but she was by far the best! Blonde lady, smelled wonderful, very refreshing and funny conversation...(Ua1412 to LaGuardia) yeah yeah! Amazing!
Cons: I wanted the salami and cheese crackers but the flight wasn’t given any, so I chose the veggie smash/pita bread/quinoa/almond thing. Not too bad, but definitely no match for salami and cheese crackers. You know?

Cons: We were forced to use another airline and we landed in NYC about 5 hours later.

Cons: Cabin crew seemed cold and distracted I was done of the last to board because I came off a connecting flight. And I was made to check my carry-on at the gate, however when I boarded the plane I saw plenty of overhead room. The carry-on bag that I had to check was scoffed.

Cons: They didn't get me to New York. Our original aircraft was stolen to use for another flight. So we needed to wait for another plane that wasn't due until 90 minutes after our scheduled departure. This second plane had maintainence issues. After 4 hours waiting I got on a Delta flight.

Cons: Pilot admitted error. They did not even know what was going on. 3 hours late due to last min maintenance after the plane had been on the ground since last night. No supervisor came even though we asked the captain to contact one. We were ignored. Total clusterfuck. Pilot was courteous and professional but front desk was Frazzled and incompetent. We were hugely inconvenienced and missed our obligations with no offer of compensation. Then when we finally get on the plane they kick us off!!!!!!!!!! Now they are saying a 630 departure for a 2 pm flight. This is beyond acceptable and I am about to call the local news and am sending them video of your gross incompetence. I want to be contacted at 815-527-1935 immediately. My time is valuable and no part of this delay is acceptable. I want full flight vouchers for this debacle

Pros: Easy boarding process, clear instructions and fast.
Cons: Crew members seem totally uninterested in their jobs- no personality/no interaction at all.

Pros: Friendly gate attendant. Flight was early into LGA. Going through check in and security was a breeze in Denver, even with the long lines, a lot faster than what was expected.
Cons: Wouldn't allow me to connect to the "free" entertainment. The leg room was lacking even for someone at only 5'7"

Pros: Air Canada seats were much more comfortable than the United flight seats.
Cons: I had to leave the terminal and pass through security again. United did not let me reserve my seat on Air Canada. They did not even tell me where my connecting flight could be found.

Pros: I liked that they thought that tic tacs is a solution to a 14 hour delay. Screw you, United.
Cons: Since I missed this connecting flight by 8 hours, the best united could guarantee was a flight 2 DAYS LATER. I had to sleep at the airport. No food vouchers, no compensation. Waited in Uniteds line for 3 hours just to talk to someone. They lost my luggage which I had PAID to check; it was sent to the wrong airport. They guanteed luggage delivery by Thursday night. It arrived Saturday morning at 3am.

Pros: Despite delay, flight arrived at gate on time.
Cons: Insufficient meals available for the passengers. Flight time was moved back twice and then up. It can really cause problems for people when departure times are moved up. In flight programs were good but no headphones provided. Good thing we brought some!

Cons: The air hostess were horrible!! It felt like they didn't know what they were doing. We sat for hours. I had a messages that the fight was delayed before they announced it. The first gate cancellation was never announced. New passengers boarded and it was a free for all . Those passengers lied about seating and pushed their way on. We believed them until one said that United offered them an earlier flight and choice of seating.

Cons: There was no gate agent until about 6 minutes before the flight was scheduled to take off and when got there they were rude to customers and dismissive.

Then, United sent me back to customer service to get a release to get me checked bag, I gave up and took a cab to Union Station. Through it all, United's customer service was horrible. I thought American was bad, but United beats them for worst customer service.

Pros: i was moved from my flight the day earlier to this one because i was sick. thank you! flying 6 hours while sick is the WORST. and i had a window seat!

Cons: The only snack available was a mix that had dairy. Other airlines, like JetBlue not only have a selection from which to choose, but at least one option is vegan.

Cons: Flight attendant asked if my boyfriend was my son, then went from son to husband to friend. I told her boyfriend. We are 2 years apart in age. Flight attendant was pleasant but she should have just kept her mouth shut if she was unsure. Our relationship status is none of her business. She meant well & is pleasant bur I was on call before & did look tired. Asking if my boyfriend was my son did not help the situation.

Pros: The flight was smooth for such a small jet and the attendant was so pleasant and kind. I was very pleased with the experience over all.
Cons: It was just a personal preference. The snack was an Asian mix and it was something I didn't care for but honestly it hardly impacted the experience at all.

Cons: We were delayed over an hour going to NYC and were delayed 3.5 hours going back to Chicago. Terrible and exhausting.
