Flight was delayed “due to earlier delays of that plane”, so we were nearly three hours late.
Very easy ! Use the kiosk and bag drop and right to security within 10 min
United didn’t even try to hold the flight for me. They knew I had a tight connection and when I arrived at the gate less than 10 mins after final boarding the flight had already gone. The gate agent wasn’t even notified that I was on my way. She was told I wasn’t at the airport
Everything went well except the turbulence what no one have a control of but pilot and crew handled very good!
I don’t understand the purpose of the orange “priority” tag on my bag. This tagged, my bag is last or near to the last bag to come down the carousel at IAH.
I still prefer Delta, but Delta doesn’t fly to State College PA.
This flight was delayed multiple times and eventually canceled around 2-3ish. Original take off time was around 10:30am. By 3, there were no other options out of Houston, so stuck in Houston for from 3pm - 11am the next day.
Nothing bad to say about the actual crew or airline. It was nice to have a complimentary FULL can of soda, as well as a snack. Blankets and earbuds were also provided at no cost for this red eye flight. I especially appreciated the free WiFi and movie selection with the Bluetooth option. It helped the flight pass more quickly. No matter who you fly, boarding and disembarking are always SUCH a pain. As I mentioned, this is on the passengers and not the crew!!
Flight attendants rude and impolite… flight delayed by almost 5 hours.
Ok so apparently the new policy on United Airlines is that customers in the main cabin should NEVER be served more than once and besides picking up trash there should NEVER be another interaction with the customer for any reason.
We were delayed due to a mechanical issue, but the gate staff and then later captain were giving thorough and frequent updates. Ended up being delayed about an hour, but we did get out, so it was overall a good flight!
My luggage never made it, I booked business class only to find out I’m sitting in the back. Very disappointed with the reservation
I found the seats ergonomically uncomfortable forcing the body to seat slightly hunched. For a short flight I worked on adjustments but for a longer flight, it would be difficult.
I cancelled this flight 2 days before departure but I followed your texts and emails and IF you were correct this flight turned into a nightmare.
The seats. The seat in front of me was awful and when the guy sat down, it flew back and hit my head when I was putting my backpack under the seat, It didn't make for a pleasant experience,

Left early arrived early..right amount of talking from pilots..of course had to love the biscuit and water!
As we approached Denver, we encountered quite a bit of turbulence. I know this can sometimes be the case as I frequently fly this route but not on American. My gripe: Usually a pilot or co-pilot alerts passengers to the possibility of turbulance ahead of time. This did not occur nor did he communiucate during what was a pretty rough ride.

I was assigned an aisle seat but when I boarded the plane a person was already sitting in my assigned seat. The flight attendant was ready to help me get my original assigned seat, but I chose to simply take that person's assigned seat in the next row back in the middle seat. I didn't want to make a fuss, just wanted to ensure that I didn't accidentally create a domino effect of accidentally taking another person's assigned seat, etc. While the middle seat is not the most comfortable, it was a quick easy flight and I'm grateful that the flight attendant was ready to help me out.
