Fiji has restricted the entry of all travelers who are not nationals of Fiji. With the exception of, in some cases, foreign nationals with work and residence permits. Entry is not currently permitted for tourism or temporary visits.
Prior to traveling, all Permit Holders must request Fijian Immigration Department for authority to travel. All request to be email to email@example.com with the following supporting documents: Passport Bio-Data Page; Permit Letter or Stamp; and Travel Itinerary.
Dual citizen will need to provide evidence of their Fijian Citizenship status. They will be required to provide one of the following evidences at the check in counter: A valid Fijian Passport, Citizenship Certificate of country of residence.
Once approval is granted, they must take a mandatory pre-departure COVID-19 test. Travelers must have a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 RT-PCR test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure and must email the test result to firstname.lastname@example.org before traveling.
All travelers are subject to a mandatory 14-day quarantine in a government designated border quarantine facility. Foreign nationals are required to pay the full cost of quarantine and testing. A COVID-19 test will be again conducted at the quarantine facility.

Plus wheelchair had armrest broken off."

After boarding we sat in the plane without moving to the runway for 30 minutes just making the 8 hour flight even longer. The gate at the Lisbon airport was overly small and restrictive with everyone crammed in and unable to leave after initially entering."
Pros: "Flight was not full. We flew on a Tuesday in September and maybe that is a good time to fly. Also, there was slightly more room in our seat than expected. I am 6'1' and 216 lbs so air travel in coach generally approaches medieval torture for me."

Gate staff lied about the status of the plane, updating the boarding time to 10 minutes and then announcing that the plane was still in the hangar. Passengers would have been much happier to hear the truth of a 2h delay so that we could get food/drink. Instead we had 2h worth of promises that the plane was leaving in 10 mins. No effort was made at being nice--no free snacks or whatever would be nice to make people feel cared for. But what's worse was the flight attendants. I don't even feel like getting into it--just suffice to say these are people who should not be working in the service industry. I saw them being rude to a number of people and it made an already bad experience (with the 2h delay) that much worse. It's not that hard to be polite to people. AA should do more to hire caring, kind staff who create happy vibes even through stressful times."

Cons: "Seat 20f It was very uncomfortable and freezing My legs were sore after the journey. Besides until 30 seconds before actual boarding time the members didn't inform about the delay. Everybody had formed lines and we see people getting out only then."
Cons: "We booked a BA flight from Pittsburgh to Glasgow, through Philadelphia. We intentionally chose BA because we anticipated good service. We later learned that the flight was serviced by American. Our original flight was delayed one day because we missed our connection due to weather on the East Coast (after six hours at the airport). American re-ticketed us for a flight the next day. After several misstarts in Pittsburgh, we arrived in Philadelphia with minutes to spare. After running to the gate, we were then greeted with what turned out to be a four hour delay. Then, upon return, we learned that our seat selections/priority boardings were all deleted because of the re-ticketing on the on the flight out, and we spent hours on the phone and at the airport trying to get things sorted out and ensure that we had a return flight. One of the worst trips ever in my experience."

Pros: "The flight was delayed by more than two hours which caused us (me, wife, 4yo, and 7mo) to miss our connection from LAX to HNL. We had to stay the night in LA and take a morning flight to HNL. But despite the delay, the gate agent in Charlotte did a good job of updating people and remained very polite even when it was clear people were getting frustrated and starting to get sharp with him. Pilots did a good job of trying to make up as much time as possible. I can't remember how much time they shaved off but I think it was more than 20 minutes. Customer service in LA was solid too. Went to CSD to get our tickets changed. They had already changed our flight to a 8 AM flight. We asked if we could take a later flight because of the kids and he was able to accommodate. They also gave us vouchers for 3 meals and a night at the Holiday Inn. Having a delayed flight is never fun but the AA staff was amazing throughout."
Cons: "This flight transfer was totally ridiculous, and required me to exit security, take a bus, get through security again, take another bus, and then wait in a crappy gate with one single terrible food option. Whoever thinks this is a reasonable transfer ought to be subjected to it themselves before booking it for others."
