Starting on January 26, all travelers (including US citizens and transit passenger) must present a negative COVID-19 viral or antigen test result issued 72 hours prior to departure or have an evidence of having contracted and recovered from COVID-19 prior to boarding the plane.
US citizens and permanent residents arriving from the UK must present a medical certificate with a negative COVID-19 PCR or antigen test result issued within 72 hours prior to departure.
Travelers returning to the US are advised to stay home as much as possible, avoid being around people and consider getting tested for COVID-19 after returning from travel and participated in higher risk activities.

I asked him if he would ruin his bag and put it there and he said "well, you don't know me." What? I had to worry the whole flight about putting my foot on that gooey mess. What did I get for my extra money? Aggravation."

On our flight to our destination we were given the wrong gate and terminal. We actually were supposed to go from terminal E to B at opposite ends of the airport. We missed our connectio and had to be teschuled 6 hrs later. Then that flight was cancelled and we had to pay for a hotel and missed a whole day of our trip. These connections were paired by United no by individual choice. IAH is a very difficult airport to travel through. I won't fly United again!"

They should pay us a cancellation fee like they charge us when we cancel. Incurred additional expense getting to Manchester, NH. Not happy with United."

Attendant even went as far as saying "This is why I prefer working with first class" to his co worker, making reference about a passenger. And even went as far as saying "I really need a drink after this one" when the passenger overhead his first comment and asked him why he's being so rude to her family and no one else. Also didn't bring us or the passenger behind us any water when we asked, and when asked again, he rudely said "You will have to wait, can't you see I only have two hands. I haven't gotten to your row yet" which he had, and passed, which is why the man behind us mumbled to us, and we made a request too."

The seats were tiny and I had to wait about 20mins after we unloaded for my stroller. Traveling with a small child is hard as it is but the circumstances made it even harder"
