Service was superb, great gang Ya's have out of Prince George, BC.

The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

The process and flight were both smooth and trouble free

everything was fine expect massive delays - not the airline’s fault

Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.

Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.

Staff were courteous and helpful. The only negative was the flight delays (which are usually unavoidable) and the high baggage price.

Could not fly out of Canada. Called airlines on Monday, July 14th. Tried to cancel the flight 7 days away, but they said I could not cancel and there would be no refund.

A little disorganized but overall good. The Delta flights were great though

Air Canada decided to go on strike less then 24 hours before our travel and we had to cancel finding flights elsewhere.

Just the stress of possible cancellations on flights from Air Canada, but all went as planned and everything was perfect! Thank you

Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help

The food on this 5 hour flight was a cookie or pretzels.

Not happy with Air Canada’s frequent flights cancellation and delays.

There was no food other than pretzels or a single cookie for a 4.5 hour flight. The in-flight entertainment system was not available on the back of the seat - instead I had to use my cell phone and the plane's wifi - which drained my battery even though my phone was plugged into the seat ahead of me and should have been charging - it did not. Very irritating.
