More people for check in and boarding. I almost missed my flight because I showed up 50 mins before boarding not 60 mins. Pretty stressful.
It was really good. Excellent communication and care. I will definitely be flying Pacific Coastal again!

Overall good experience. The wait for baggage at our destination was quite long, but other than that everything was good as expected
Got home 30 min earlier than anticipated. A welcome result when you're tired from a long day of travel. Customs and bags were quick and we were home in no time.
Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
The experience was good just the upcharge of over a hundred dollars was not cool.

Our flight schedule was changed over six times, ultimately leaving us with a layover much shorter than we originally booked, which meant a panicked run through the airport. And the entertainment screen didn't function. As I've come to expect with Delta, a very mediocre and not customer-focused experience. This is on top of an outbound flight that was so delayed by mechanical issues, we had to spend the night at our layover city.
The on-board entertainment system was horrible - we gave up watching because it just kept glitching.
I wish Air Canada would provide a meal on the 5 hrs or more time flight to the passengers.
Flight was great. Meal was really good. Boarding was terrible. Too many people in a small boarding lounge, zones not clearly marked.
Crew was making faces when asked for extra water. They can really use a smile while giving services. Other Than that they were good. Lots of turbulence. Also while landing it was not smooth. The tire made a loud noise. They need to make those better. Other than that everything was good.
Board from the back of the plane to the front - it just makes sense. Try it.
Air Canada decided to go on strike less then 24 hours before our travel and we had to cancel finding flights elsewhere.
Just the stress of possible cancellations on flights from Air Canada, but all went as planned and everything was perfect! Thank you

Terrible, it’s a mess with the strike. Couldn’t do the Smithers flight because my flight to Vanvouver was cancelled and there is no customer service help to get refund or help
