Orderly boarding; engaged, attentive and detailed flight crew. Late out of the gate but time recovered during flight; super landing and deplaning.
Although delayed an hour, the gate attendants kept us notified and the rest of the trip went off with no issues.
All airlines should board planes back to front, instead of catering to higher priced tickets. The boarding groups are inefficient and delay takeoff time
Liked the attention and speed when getting wheelchair..........Was assured by phone that my needs would be taken care of and they were with my name.

Sitting on the ground for 2 hours waiting for a gate wasn't fun.
The crew was great! Passengers were nice. Just an fyi that I heard several of them complain that the snack was not gluten free. Many people got handed the snack and then promptly gave it back to the flight attendant. Might be good to look into another option as such a high percentage of people in CO and WA are gf. Cheers!
First time flying with Alaska, and it went great. Thank you for a great experience flying to PDX.
I was pleasantly surprised to discover that Alaskan Airlines allows normal leg space in the economy class cabin, offers free movies and other entertainment programs via WiFi. The staff was friendly and worked hard to make this long flight enjoyable.
We have always flown with Alaska when we can. As they have great customer service. This trip we had to transfer to Air LINGUS in Denver to go to Dublin. That’s where things went bad! Our checked luggage didn’t arrive. The process to make a claim was way more complicated than it should be. It took 5 days to recover our luggage. The whole time we couldn’t talk to a real person who could tell us anything. The whole time Alaska blamed Air lingus and vis a versa. No one seemed want to help us. That was the worst part.
Boarding was smooth and efficient. The only food was some pretzels, but it was a short flight. Not much to order if you were hungry.
They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.
We Left Calgary 1/2 hour late and that made for a tight connection in Denver. After arriving everything was done to help us make our connection. That was a great effort. Thank You United

Would be nice if you didn’t charge so much for seats, the only reasonable price were middle seats. Also makes it hard to sit with your partner. The movie selection and sound is very poor.
Because there were games on the TV on the back of my chair, the person behind kept hitting the screen for hours and there was nothing I could do about it

Do not fly on WestJet if you have a connection. It failed to integrate with my connecting Delta flight and I almost missed it.
There was a man who was very rude at boarding. On the other hand personal bag measuring box is too small compared to USA airlines,

Technology issues at the bag-check counter caused a delay, and we were unable to check out our bags, ultimately missing our flight. They offered no assistance other than telling us to book another flight out of Calgary. We arrived with plenty of time; if there hadn't been an issue with the kiosk and the length of the lines due to the technical issues, we could have made it home.
Seat back entertainment monitors would be nice. We did enjoy the In-Flight WiFi.
I did not noticed baggage was separate - I had assumed international flights included luggage, so it surprised me I had to pay to check a bag.
flight landed late almost 1.00hr and we 4 passengers missed our connected flight to indianapolis, we need to get the hotel and taxi for the next day flight to home in indianapolis, cost us $ 300 more
The only issues I have are the seats are very small and so is the overhead storage. You should mention that while booking flights. I had plenty of knee room but I am wider than my seat, and I am not fat at all. The Mitsubishi 900 models need to be upgraded to western size people. I do not know how a 300 pound woman fit into those seats. I had to continuously lean away from the aisle to keep people and flight crew from bumping into my shoulder. 3 hour flight so no entertainment or food, just snacks and a drink, which was no big deal. The buttery/garlic pretzels were pretty tasty.
Constant delays worked out in our favor but definitely extended our travel day
Economy seats were surprisingly comfortable, and snacks not too bad. Checked luggage arrived at destination without problems. It was annoying to wait until last to board as lowest-tier seats but understand it’s difficult to gauge when loading a full plane At least checked carryon luggage seemed to come off first. Annoying to have to use app to order food/drink when wifi availability didn’t allow time for it. Advance communication would have helped Food on menu seemed highly processed and unpalatable, overpriced and over packaged. So maybe a good thing to have missed chance to order
The staff were kind and friendly. It was smooth going and coming back even though coming back with holiday traffic.
The per bag fee for checked luggage was $40.50, higher than the $25 for most US airlines. Complimentary refreshment for the 3 hour non-stop flight was only soft drinks or coffee/tea. It would have been nice to have at least a cookie! However, the flight and baggage handling went smoothly with no glitches.
Friendly staff, good exit row legroom. No wifi. No way to connect to entertainment sound with bluetooth device.
United changed my booking for no reason since there was room on the same flight and then cancelled the flight! This has been a week of cancellations and challenging united scheduling. The staff has been friendly, so maybe it's just the admin that needs to get their act together.
Nice to fly on a smaller jet- more leg room, clean bathroom, smooth flight, nice staff!
