Both of our Business Class seats were broken. I'm sure they didn't just break before we boarded but were broken prior. They would not recline. We could sit up straight or lie down, nothing that would allow us to sit back and relax on a 12 hour flight. Totally unacceptable. Very expensive and a waste or money.

Turkish Airlines is a solid airline. They use the less trustworthy Boeing airplanes on this route (VCE-IST) so the flights more bumpy then when I have flown on Airbus planes, but it was okay. The service good. They seem to offer a reasonable selection if movies, although no way to listen to them as they didn't provide me earpieces. The food was surprisingly good. The day was uncomfortable. The flight was on time.

Poor connecting flight logistics and ground transportation for such enormous airport. Airline does not consider time required to complete the security check or transition from one to gate to another

had to wait 1 hour once boarded. so we were 1 hour late arriving.

They are absolutely impossible to get hold of. A death in the family caused us to delay our departure. They are impossible to get through to and after waiting 41/2 hours I was told they would not consider helping us. They cancelled our return flight and have not reimbursed anything. I strongly urge readers to consider a different airline.

We had requested a wheel chair assist for my husband who has Parkinson’s. The first seat we came to we got off the plane was staffed by 3 men-one was on his cell phone, one was sleeping and the fellow we spoke with was rude and seemed as if he didn’t care that we had a plane to catch in one hour. A person with a wheel chair came and took us to the center area for wheelchairs. Here we waited for 20-25 minutes while our flight went to “boarding.” Finally a woman came with a cart and we zipped through the airport.

It was a pleasant experience. In flight entertainment could have been better

The crew checked the immigration laws very quickly for Russian citizenship and confirmed our FVTF for Singapore for 96 hrs. Thank you.
