Quick flight.

The crew in Newark forced me to gate check my bag even though there were several empty overhead bins. I had 5 people in my party and we had only 2 bags. Absolutely STUPID.

Getting to San Francisco flight was canceled, make a line for 3.30 hours to let us know what they were going to do with us, they give the place to go at 3 a.m with not directions were to take a bus , later someone come and told us the bus stop running at that time and I have to go upstairs to take a taxi, I was alone and not use to be alone at that time never in my live I had to pretend I was afraid. Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all

3.5 hour delay leaving and 2 hour delay coming home. Leaving we boarded at 10:45 am and did not take off until 3:15pm arriving to Aruba 4:15 hour flight at 8:08pm Coming home flight scheduled for 5:30pm arriving at 10pm we boarded at 7:15 and arrived at midnight

The crew made the best out fo the terrible situation.

Right after we boarded the plane our flight was delayed because of thunder. Instead of keeping us from boarding until our flight was clear to go. We stayed on the airplane at the gate for over 3 hours. In those 3 hours we were served pretzels and one cup of water. When the legal time limit had been reached and they were about make us exit the plane they decided we could take off.

Flight was delayed by an hour. The new departure time was moved twice after we were already invited for boarding. Attendants failed to communicate new times or make any announcements absolutely whatsoever. Just stood in line to board for almost an hour.

The crew was friendly.

Far and away the most uncomfortable and worst value-for-money international flight I've experienced. This plane is so old it should be put in a museum. The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again.

Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai.

2-hour delay causes me to almost miss my connection. I know some passengers had to be transferred to different flights which they almost missed.

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

I appreciated dual boarding at Long Beach airport through the front and rear doors of the plane, making the process much quicker.

Headphones were not complimentary, and entertainment system was somewhat outdated.

First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

JetBlue delays empty flights until Full to Pomce or From Ponce. Dice people who usually travel are old person is easily managed to feed them with mechanical problems or some other excuse. This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+

Woman next to me with crying baby didn’t care that her baby’s head and arms where pretty much in my seat the whole flight. And the girl in front of me was wildly dancing the whole flight in her seat with headphones on and she get pushing back in her seat hitting my knees And every announcement the flight attendant made during the flight sounded like he was stoned and obviously didn’t care what he was saying

Excellent crew

I ordered food for my son and they had no record so he had some snacks only during a 10 hour flight. The cabin temperature was freezing, everyone was shivering but despite requests it stayed cold.

I was flying from CDG to LGD and my bag was lost, yet the baggage claim system showed it arrived...... Thankful I packed some essentials in my carry on. The bigger issue will be dealing with my medical insurance company to get medications replaced that were in the checked bag.

great food, friendly crew

no entertainment at every seat - was traveling with my little kids and this was the first time they could not play games or watch movies at the screen on the seat before them - there were couple screens for the whole plane but they showed La La Land two times and other shows my kids were not interested in; also, when we boarded, my kids were not assigned to sit right next to me (4 and 7 years old) so I had to ask 2 people to switch seats so that my kids could be next to me

The crew was friendly.

Far and away the most uncomfortable and worst value-for-money international flight I've experienced. This plane is so old it should be put in a museum. The warm food was terrible and the non-hot food was completely frozen so even if I wanted to eat it, this wouldn't be possible. Individual seat in-flight entertainment screens have been the norm for many years, yet this plane had the community-style in-flight entertainment. Half of the time, the screens weren't working, which just made matters worse. The total lack of legroom and chair ergonomics made getting comfortable nearly impossible. I was literally in pain sitting in these seats. I live in Prague and visit family in the US often. This was my first experience with American Airlines' newer direct flight option from Prague to Philadelphia; based on the extreme discomfort of the inflight features and to top it off it was the highest price I've paid for a flight back home...(total lack of value for the money! )I would go out of my way to make sure I never take this route again.

I appreciated dual boarding at Long Beach airport through the front and rear doors of the plane, making the process much quicker.

Headphones were not complimentary, and entertainment system was somewhat outdated.

JetBlue delays empty flights until Full to Pomce or From Ponce. Dice people who usually travel are old person is easily managed to feed them with mechanical problems or some other excuse. This route back or forth only works on time in high season, which usually are the common holidays of the year, other than this skip it, the delays turns flight into a nightmare pushing the wait, and travel, as a direct flight to Los Angles leaving form San Juan or a total hour of 10+

Snacks had a good variety. Bathrooms were clean and not stinky. Good leg room.

Screen wasn't working well when the flight took off. Mid-way though the flight it turned off. Later, the music stations stopped working too. Seat had trouble staying in the upright position.

Flew premium economy/delta comfort + and was a great flying experience. A taste of business without the $3000+ ticket price. Food was excellent, a huge step above economy. Extra comfort with wider seats. And priority boarding as well. This was more like premium economy that you get with European airlines. For long haul flights, well worth the cost. Flight was delayed 2 hours, but Delta had their own special route in Shanghai airport to bypass a lot of the crowds either transferring or checking in for fight. I wouldn’t have made my connecting flight if they hadn’t. Plus my checked bags went straight thru to my final destination in china,n instead of having to pick up and re-check them in Shanghai.

2-hour delay causes me to almost miss my connection. I know some passengers had to be transferred to different flights which they almost missed.

I understand Mother Nature causes issues tkayakhat no one can control but when I'm receiving updates from the 3rd party travel app that isn't the airline before receiving any information directly from the airline via the gate agent or Deltas travel app and the gate agent not being able to verify the 3rd party travel app something is wrong.

The flight was three hours late!!!!!!! I had to get on and get off the plane with all my stuff. This has financial implications on the ground later that evening in Uber Cost and I had to pay for the additional day for my car because I was not able to pick it up at the originally scheduled time. I contacted United and have not heard ANYTHING!!!!! Please help me get my money back!!!

Getting to San Francisco flight was canceled, make a line for 3.30 hours to let us know what they were going to do with us, they give the place to go at 3 a.m with not directions were to take a bus , later someone come and told us the bus stop running at that time and I have to go upstairs to take a taxi, I was alone and not use to be alone at that time never in my live I had to pretend I was afraid. Of course the hotel only take you until 12pm so I spend so many hours in the airport waiting for re ticketing they told us to be at 6pm we wait and I got my ticket leaving at 9.45pm but the crew come one hour and half late. From Panama to Lima flight was late . I had a conference very important to be Saturday morning, I lost my investment and relationships with the company I was going to start a business there excuse was they couldn’t relay on my punctuality, honestly. I got there more than a day and half LATE. If you ask me how was my trip I will tell you horrible and I can’t recommend anybody, this company doesn’t have any personality at all

First off I’m a Diabetic and some of my diabetic medication and or supplies are with me and some in my LOST checked luggage. I currently say lost because it Day 3 in Ibiza and the luggage never left Newark with my flight originally and is supposedly in Barcelona while I’m here. Called everyday for updates on my bag and they give you very little useful info. Oh and the 7:45 departure last Thursday didn’t leave until 2:30am, then they kicked us out of our economy plus seats picked for comfort and tossed us in middle aisle seats some place else which were ridiculously uncomfortable. There’s no entertainment except in first class and this is a 777 huge jet. Filing a claim, sending a letter to their ceo, a letter to he DOT, and grabbing a good lawyer friend for counsel on this because it’s a disaster. I had to buy everything I needed which isn’t enough and I’m also running out of diabetic supplies since the rest I’d my lost / delayed luggage. So delayed flight by 6hrs, kicked out of original seats, lost and delayed luggage, airlines seems to refuse to send it to my hotel through other carriers, 3days and no luggage and wondering if they are going to send it to Ibiza while I’m heading back to Barcelona today. No one calls me or emails or updates me on any status changes of where my bag is and what’s going on. Their customer service sucks and it’s some guy or girl in another country who gives no fks about your situation. I will never fly with United again

Bit tight betweeen seats. Fortunately had three seats for two of us. Slight mechanical issue caused small delay that pilot tried to make up. Better food and amenities on Delta.

The crew made the best out fo the terrible situation.

Right after we boarded the plane our flight was delayed because of thunder. Instead of keeping us from boarding until our flight was clear to go. We stayed on the airplane at the gate for over 3 hours. In those 3 hours we were served pretzels and one cup of water. When the legal time limit had been reached and they were about make us exit the plane they decided we could take off.
