Pros: The crew was very friendly, the seats were uncomfortable and the air cabin was very cold.

Cons: The flight was delayed, cancelled then on again. Communication regarding the flight changes were very confusing and had guest running though the airport not knowing what to do. My suitcase was busted and destroyed.There were not enough blankets for everyone in the cold plane. Horrible experience.

Cons: Departing on time and securing seats for my new connecting flights.

Cons: Cramped seats, no a/c on tarmac for extended period because of technical issue, ancient entertainment system. Old plane with minimal overhead bin space, delayed flight

Cons: Clumsy boarding process. After a 2.5 hour delay on tarmac before takeoff there was almost no food on board for a 6-hour flight

Cons: Flight cancelled with no reasonable alternative. Ended up driving.

Pros: The views on this flight are good. The crew was just ok and they should explain where the restroom is.

Cons: The flight is relatively short so they do not offer a beverage service. However if I fly the same route on Alaska they do.

Cons: They were delayed. They wouldn't let us keep our checked sized bags which slowed us down even more. Our next flight left without us while we were waiting for a gate to open so we could get off the plane. There were no more flights so we had to fly to an alternate city and rent a car to get home.

Cons: Flight was cancelled and rebooking was poorly handled. Might get bumped from rebooked flight as well.

Cons: In this day and age Wi-Fi should be provided always. Unfortunately it wasn't on the flight from Tokyo back to Los Angeles.

Cons: Paid for particular seat within 2-3 rows of back galley as unaccompanied minor for my son. For his comfort, he chose an aisle seat. Flight attendants onboard moved him to farthest back row in window seat and he was not able to get out to use the lavatory easily.
