Cons: "On this A320 craft, old style, the First class seats are a joke. I had seat 2B. The pitch is apparently less than in the Comfort+ rows. The passengers in 1A and 1B started reclining even before departure, and during the whole flight. For me and my neighbor, with that seat on our chest, it was impossible to reach down to the seat-back pocket, not to mention to the bag stowed under the seat in front. To get out of the seat, I almost could not get my legs through the 5-in. interval between the back of the front seat and the irremovable armrest. I shook the passenger sleeping in 1B rather violently a couple times. The lady in seat 2B apologized, but she had to climb and put her feet on my seat to get out of hers, there was really no other way. Delta needs to address this ridiculous situation of their First Class seats urgently."

Our flight was from NYC to PR 5hour long and in between those hours she let a couple sit together on the other empty rows while I was feeling supper sick. Other passengers notice and had told me that they felt sorry for me. I was Embarressed. I was debating on venting on Twitter just yet and also on this review because what difference does it make. What matters the most is that we all got to our destination safely."

Maybe instead of focusing your website on getting customers to upgrade their seats you should focus on getting them a seat first. Secondly make sure tickets can't be purchased unless a seat is assigned first. Who would want to buy standby tickets 3 months in advance? I'm guessing not many people."

Cons: "I didn't like that this was my longest flight of 3 heading to Anchorage (13 hrs total for the trip home) and we were on one of the smallest planes in their fleet, ridiculous. The overhead bins were too small to fit my carry-on. The seats were 2, aisle, 2. Very cramped. No entertainment available, no monitors even on the plane. For over 3 hr flights it should be a more comfortable, bigger plane and definitely have free entertainment, especially considering we pay extra for baggage these days. It's like anymore, airlines try to nickel and dime u to death, before you know it your $250 flight is now close to $350... (I bought all one way flights) Also, I'm not sure if flight attendants check the bathrooms, but all of my delta flights the bathrooms were tiny and there was urine all over the floor. This flight in particular, the bathroom smelled worse than half outhouses I've used in Alaska."

Cons: "I tried to reschedule due to a death in the family and due to the "small print" this was not possible. Then when I did travel, it turned out I didn't have the right for a piece luggage (again "small print"). I paid for the extra piece and I was double-charged (same amount withdrawn twice). Now I have opened a complained with Austrian and they haven't responded so far."

Cons: "I am writing to you because of the poor service that I experienced with your Operations Manager in Vienna, Paola Contestabile. I travel internationally four to five times a year for the past decade and I have never had such awful service as for my Lufthansa Flight 2329 on Jun 14th under confirmation #62RZK3. I was on my return flight to the US with the exact same carry on baggage that I had left the US with a week earlier- a roller carry on and a backpack for my laptop. This is my standard everywhere in the world that I travel and have never had an issue. I bought a painting on my trip and checked it in. With regards to my carry on, Ms. Contestabile was insistent that I could only have one piece for carry on. I told her to get the baggage rules and I would read them to her. I am a trained lawyer and value the meaning of words and rules. I explained that I am allowed one carry on and a personal item. She argued that my backback is not a personal item and that only a "laptop" is a personal item. I again explained that my personal item was my laptop bag, the same way a purse is a personal item for a lady. She finally relented and allowed me to pass through security and passport check. I assumed that this was the end of her confusion. Little did I expect that while sitting by the gate waiting to board the plane, Ms. Contestabile would emerge again and declare in front of all of the passengers that I would not be allowed to board the flight if I did not check my backpack. I told her this is unacceptable, since she had already cleared me. She said she had changed her mind. I found this response to be ridiculous. When I asked to speak with her manager, she refused to allow it, stating "I am the manager today." Ms. Contestabile even went to the pilot of the plane and convinced him that I was a "safety concern" because I wasn't following her ridiculous interpretation of the rules. This is a pure abuse of power and a threat to true safety when a ground crew member can make such a false and baseless accusation. Luckily, a woman passenger overhearing Ms. Contestabile told me that she could not believe the way she was treating me and offered to carry my bag for me. I am requesting a formal investigation into her actions and appropriate disciplinary procedures to ensure Ms. Contestabile is not allowed to threaten another passenger again."

We were the last to board and all very stressed out. The staff seemed not to care the least in our troubles."

Similarly, some of the "elderly" passengers who claim to need pre-boarding on departure spring to their feet and dash down the aisle on arrival. Air Canada boards Business Class first on this same route; I'm going to migrate back to them, as virtually everything else on the two flights is comparable."

Then, if you have to make a connection from one terminal to the other, as we did, you rush to a bus that drives you all the way across the airport. At that point you rush to find yourself faced with going through security yet again. All this made us miss our flight and turned what should have been a 10 hour trip into a 24 hour trip. That is British Airways fault for leaving so little time to connect. When you book your flights, be sure to have an hour and a half at the very least - preferably 2 hours."

Good thing there were bathrooms in there - oh no wait - there weren't. Good long wait with kids before we could board."

Even if our plane had arrived to Munich on time it would have been nearly impossible to make our connecting website. Flight pairings with this short of a layover should not be suggested at this airport when travelers are required to go through passport control."

Still have not located my other 2 bags. Very stressful expirence. Will not fly united again. Staff at my lay over was poorly trained at handling the situation and my luggage issue is taking a very long time to correct."

This is not just this flight- but a signature of United. Maybe it is time to stop staffing international flights based on seniority, and let someone with more passion for customers come in, or swap staff with Singapore airlines."

He told me to “wake up” and go run after my flight then while going after my flight he yells at me to come back. He apologized a few minutes later and then proceeds to yell at me again. My flight was canceled and reset for a later time. I have prior medical conditions that Edwin Rodriguez agitated through consistently harassing me at the help desk and am now in distress. I’m being relocated due to active duty military service and this is how you treat military veterans and their families."

Cons: "We each had one bag- a backpack for him and an incredibly small roll bag for me. We were told we absolutely had to check the roll bag as space was limited. There were 3 off duty flight attendants sitting next to me and each had 2 large bags. Multiple other people had multiple oversized bags they were allowed to carry on. This infuriates me. I brought one bag, and a smaller than regulation one at that and I had to check it because other people were allowed to bring multiple bags. If you know a flight will be a tight squeeZe, limit people to one bag each."

Cons: "I am almost always cold. Not so on this flight. The temperature on the plane was so miserably hot that I had sweat pouring down my face. Everyone around me was trying to open their air vents to get more cool air and/or fanning themselves. I asked the flight attendant about it and he said that the plane was just old and it would cool off eventually. It did, about 20 minutes before they cut the air down again for landing. By the time I got off the plane I was nauseated from the heat and stale air. It will be a long time before I fly United again if this is any indication of the condition of their planes."

With the price of airline tickets I think this should be the new norm, flights are boring and uncomfortable give us something to take our minds off that aspect. They have the normal snacks and food that other airlines offer on a longer flight. The crew was very engaging and professional."
Cons: "I don't like the new seats. There is a curvature that doesn't work so well for my short 5'2'' frame. My partner who is taller did like the seats. The person next to me was about 6 feet tall and when the passenger in front of him reclined the chair was pressed up against his knees the entire flight."
