Flight was on time and the flight crew was very friendly and they were able to answer questions in English very easily. My bag came out fast in stockholm.

First they postponed the departure from 20.20 to 02.05 - almost 6 hours. Then all communication stopped. At app. 23.30 all info boards confirmed that the plane was finally cancelled. And after a sleepless night I realised that two contradicting messages had been received: At 01.59 passengers were directed to board - at the opposite end of CPH Airport - as the plane would take-off at 02.05 and at 02.42 CPH Airport Authority (official traffic information) confirmed that plane was again-again cancelled. Irreparable image!
It's fine if you don't want to give free water or anything, but don't try to sell the food in first class like there is a chef that actively made the food from the finest local ingredients. Its still plane food and the chef hasn't been near that food for quite some time
I was very disappointed because a special assistance wasn’t given to me and water was given to me in 50 min after I asked about it.Poor service,
Smooth flight. Surprisingly good and inexpensive food choices. Clean cabin. The plane is not equipped with the entertainment system.

The airline ran late and I almost missed this connecting flight to LGW. The airline didn't act very sympathetic to my situation. I wished that didn't happen as my experience I'm sure would've been much different.

Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class
Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.
The flight itself was pleasant and on time. Crew was very good. However, breakfast food was barely acceptable. Unfortunately this satisfies the recent industry standards. I asked for a sandwich with ham (another choice was cheese), but received a sandwich with roast beef.

I had issue with my boarding pass. When I arrived in London Gatwick Airport. My e-ticket wasn't scanning and had to do a lot of back and forth with Air Transit I order to board my flight, which I almost missed as a result of this.
Everything was good except that they didn’t give us seat for our connecting flight in Istanbul from Cairo. This created a panic situation. Hopefully they give all customers connecting flights seats right from the start.

The airport staff never announced that boarding has started. Both at iad or Islamabad or Istanbul.

The worst experience I have ever been in, they canceled my ticket the very last minute although it was Booked since October! They claimed it was not possible to change the schedule till January 11, 2026 and all my plans were screwed! My wife paid cash upfront a down payment for a surgery she was going to perform on dec 27th, and all these money lost! I’m considering seriously to get support
it was like a banya -so hot... They did provide a great experience with special food. one toilet broke midflight In general it was a peaceful and relaxing flight - for business class it was good.
nice and clean plane but the seats and the comfort was not what i expected. i expected more based on all the ads and reviews that i've read. I guess you get what you pay for in economy.

Food is very turkish. No regard for other natinalities taste and preference. The entertainment can be improved- it was the same menu on 10/8/25 and 10/25/25. The boarding is the worst in the airline industry- I suggest you ask your staff to and watch how other airlines do it.
Moderate carrier , one of the flight attendant crashed my leg with the food table and never bothered to apologia but give you a lecture about how to sit in your seat.
If the flight was full I would have been more uncomfortable as the space was small. The seat in front of me was very close, I wear transition lenses and it was too close for a comfortable viewing experience. The foot room was not the best either. The row was empty so I had shoulder width space. The foot space in my opinion could be better, I am just 6ft tall, medium built and found the space mediocre. The AC on the flight could have been cooler. We were delaed on the tarmac and the air con was warm. Even in the air, it could have been cooler. Apart from that excellent service crew, we were delayed on the tarmac and water was offered to us which was of good temperature. The snacks offered were acceptable. Boarding from T3 is a nightmare for the transfer to the aircraft.

The timing for this flight is really odd.. at 4.45AM If it was 1AM or 8AM it would be great. I guess its probably for European connecting flights with Emirates? Anyway, for a budget airline, the business class product in FlyDubai is quite decent. You even get Champagne, although 4AM is an off time to have it. The Throne seat for me while is great for privacy, sleeping isn't great for the foot extension. This flight is great for me due to its direct nature but if Emirates did it, I would choose that.

The Plane was very small.. domestic route will perfect not international
If I have a choice I would not use this airline. They moved by booking to Smart Wings, an airline they code share with. Changing terminals in buses and dealing with some of the staff associated with it is not the best experience. Having stated that I must share that the crew of Smart Wings airlines was polite.
Consider serving food to all passengers regardless of food reservation status during booking.
