Excellent service from LOT!!! The entire experience was smooth and comfortable. The staff were friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the journey. Everything was well organized, and the service was excellent from start to finish. I would definitely fly with LOT again and highly recommend it!

I have flown over 2million miles. Great flight but bizarre boarding process. They must have paged half the passengers to the desk for documentation check before boarding anyone. Overall great value.

Flight WAW-ORD flight attendants were really rude, no smile at all. Except one young girl working in aft part of the cabin. They were talking only in Polish. After 4th/5th time asking in english, they were answering in english. Not the best approach to the pax.
All good! But sandwiches for breakfast need to be warm!!!!! Not cold!!! You do not want anything cold in your stomach in the morning!… think about it!
All good. Didn’t get the seats I booked online. Luckily, copassanger cooperated! Mistake- I failed to verify connecting flight seats details at Mumbai. Staff at Mumbai airport to be blamed equally!
Delay everywhere,5 hours,24 hours,missing all connection flights,terrible trip..
Catastrophic experience the gate selected customers were picked up to.pay 70 eur for overweight 1-2 kg. While some others were let to board without chcking their carry on bags. Unecessaey drama by Lufthansa that brings nothing just hating them by customers.

The plane was late and had not been cleaned prior to our flight from Frankfurt to LA, so we had to use bathrooms that were completely filthy and stank like hell. One of them eventually was even closed early on during the flight. It was a horrific experience.
I was expecting better from Lufthansa. I’ll think twice before I book Lufthansa again. This trip was the worst ever… in my 70 years of traveling.
The flight crew was outstanding. Small children running around and constantly crying was extremely annoying.
More room would have made things better as would a better gate waiting area and some complementary food (like a breakfast sandwich) and some complementary juice. It was 6:30 AM after all. Our connecting flight from FRA was delayed causing us to miss our connecting flight in Chicago, which was further delayed, thereby getting us home 5 hours late. Frankfurt airport is a bad airport in my view. They should study MSP.
Horrible they wouldn’t let my wife and daughter board the plane. They stated there was an issue with her visa when she clearly showed them how to look it up online. This resulted in her missing her flight and having to buy a different airline ticket for the same day in which clearly there was no problem.
Another excellent flight and overall experience with Lufthansa. Short flight in a serene atmosphere. Slept throughout the flight. Thank you to the very nice crew.
I like everything in general. Except the business seat is too narrow.
