Pros: Allegiant knows how to get people off and back on the plane ASAP. The last few flights I have taken we left early and arrived earlier than planned because of this. Crew was friendly. I like the fact the flights are direct and no layovers at airports.

Cons: Checked bag did not arrive. This happened because the crew was 30 minutes late receiving the SLC to DEN flight. What should have been a 60 minute layover became 30 and the bags did not make it to the connecting flight. This also prevented us from buying food in Denver for the final leg.

Pros: We were delayed due to inbound flight being late. Then weather set in, which delayed all flights outbound in ORD. The flight crew went above and beyond to make up for your delay.

Cons: Gate D60 is the gate from hell. I was told to go to a different number gate 3 times, and no direction board to reference. Worst airport ever. The staff are rude and could not understand most overhead announcements because their accents and talking super fast.

Pros: I find airline seats to be getting smaller, even though I have lost 5% of my mass. Perhaps it is my age. My chair at home is a prototype airline seat, designed by a Scandinavian.

Cons: Entertainment on airlines is "meh" at best, but I prefer old movies. So I bring a book. Then the airline comes up with novel locations for the light switch. Airlines should remember that travelers have just had the "TSA experience."

Cons: The seat in Economy Comfort was awful. Not enough padding and no place to put my feet because of a very large entertainment control box on the floor.

Cons: Ear buds that allow me to hear the movies clearly; better equalization of the treble, bass and volume. I had to constantly turn volume up and down because of fluctuations in the movie sound track.
