The rest of us got these sad bag of pretzels and cheesey snacks. So sad. Why wouldn't Delta offer the same snacks to everyone? Seems like such a small additional cost compared to such an offensive action. The money you save is certainly lost in bad publicity."

They were not terribly busy at the time and I politely asked as I was unsure which line to be in. The flight attendants (only from ORF to Detroit) also were unfriendly with an attitude. Just simple stuff. I asked for extra ice, she thought I said no ice. Simple mistake, no big deal but when I explained that I actually wanted extra ice she was perturbed!"

They are so strict with liquids that all baby foods had to put in a separate bin and we had to go to another security point for clearance. It took 2.5 hours to go through all that, that is with wheelchair priority! Boarding was horrible at the gate."

Cons: "My father passed away so I had to get a quick flight, and I paid 800 bucks to go from Atlanta to Detroit. It wasn't until I got to the airport and check the departures board that I thought I could've got the same flight from Southwest for 340. I didn't even think to check other airlines. I called Delta afterwords but they couldn't help. So although I like Delta, don't make them your automatic go to airline because you may pay."

There was no organization to get vouchers passed out. The hotel ran out of rooms for passengers. The whole trip was 16 hrs delayed and no customer service provided."

Cons: "Check in staff was unprepared for volume of people. When asking an American Airlines agent if I could use the priority check in because I had priority seating I was told no. I was informed by a customer going that way that I indeed could. When I got in line for the priority check in, the agent looked over and very loudly said that I was in the wrong check in area. Given the volume at which it was said to me I felt embarrassed, and was upset at the fact that I then had to respond that I indeed was in the correct location."

NO Emails, not calls, no messages, no voice mesagges left by the company! -called the client service, located in Philipine apparently, the lady confirms that all our flights were canceled (3), then she hangs off the phone. -called the second time, another lady is rebooking me on a different flight, but she informs me that my husband is not on the same reservation as me, so basically he is in another flight. Eventualy she is changing his reservation as well and puts him on the same flight as me. -waiting for the confirmation email, of course the reservation is just for me, no husband anywere. -called the third time, a nice canadian gentelman informs us that the second flights was canceled so he will redirect us via NJ instead of Washington. -we are rushing to the Richmond airport to catch the NY flight, at the counter they let us know that this flights was canceled and we are back on the DC flight. -when ready to board in the DC flight they are announcing the this flights is delayed from 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm due to weather conditions. -waiting in the line to be rebooked in another flight, after 3 h of waiting they decide they can fly to DC at 4:45 pm, with about 15 people on board."

Cons: "The seats were hardest, most uncomfortable airline seats yet. No padding whatso ever. They now have 4 boarding classes plus the 'special' folks. If you drag your bag to the gate , which slows down boarding, you get it checked for free, if you check it yourself at the counter you get to pay 25$ ... Since older people generally do not want to be carrying luggage up the 'stairs and through the Chicago airport', it means they get to pay extra! I think it is age discrimination that all the airlines are doing. Only the young can fly the cheapest."

Cons: "Flights were significanly delayed that resulted in missing connecting flights. During my return trip I ran to make my connecting flight just barely on time and once boarded we sat on the plan for an hour before taking off. Flight to get to Richmond on united was a major problem. I work up with a notification that my flight time had been moved up 2.5 hours ( a problem as I live 2.5 hours away from the airport) I called and they said it was a mistake that I was good to take the origional flight. A few hours later I get a phone call from united asking if I could be at the airport 2.5 hours early. I said unfortunately no because I had already spoken to someone from united and they had reassumed me that the origional flight was still good. She then said if I couldn't make it early it was no problem. So I get to the airport at the origional time after speaking to two different agents who told me this was ok to find the plane delayed and causing me to miss my missed connection."

Cons: "Both of my flights either did not have a working faucet or water to wash your hands in the restroom. On my outbound flight, no water would come out of the faucet. On my return flight, there was a large sticky note on the faucet indicating that it dd not work and a few sani-wipes in a box in the sink. Very disappointing."

Cons: "United rerouted us and added another leg to our trip. We never flew Richmond to Denver. We ended up going Richmond -> Chicago -> Denver -> Santa Barbara. This caused us to miss a post-wedding brunch with family that we're only able to see about once every three years. All this after changing our flight out to the east coast the day of the flight (my 8:55pm flight was changed to 5:23pm, and I was notified after 3pm - meaning I had to run out of work early, costing me money, run home to pack, and rush to the airport, only to wait 3 hours for a now delayed flight). The also added another leg to that trip as well (at 3pm, day of). This was a red-eye flight and the last thing we wanted to do was get on and off the plane all night. I will not be flying with United after this trip."

Cons: "Delays are never fun and unfortunately our flight was delayed, but more importantly the pre-boarding staff and crew were rediculously rude. They yelled at one lady bc she didn't speak English. They were stressed I am sure with delays and working the gate that has like 5 flights leaving at once, but they could be a bit better at their job by being polite to us the customers! They were so frazzled bc of what was going on that they acted like it was our fault, which of course it isn't! Additionally, our flight was overbooked by 6 people! And had standby of 4 and the staff kept announcing they were going to kick 6 people off and we wouldn't know until we were boarding and it was going to be by whoever paid the lowest price per ticket which btw is not the policy. The United policy says that it goes by class of ticket, which probably goes hand in hand, but hey really need to get thier staff on board with the policies. It makes you feel pretty crappy sitting there waiting to see if just bc you bought your ticket on a Tuesday at a good rate that you are not going to make it home to see your family! Pros: "I like that I was put on another plane and went from Richmond to Chicago. It was a very small plane but mine was overbooked."

Cons: "My seat didn't recline My arm rest wouldn't raise My flight was delayed for hours There wasn't another available flight I could switch to I lost a whole day of work from getting in at 1:00 AM"

Cons: "when i purchased my flight ut was for 6am. After paying for my tickets my flight time was changed to 9am. Then 24 hours prior to my flight it wad changed to 11am due to technical difficulties. This caused me to have to take a later flight out of Chicago O'Hare."

Pros: "Convenient, cheap, best route"
Cons: "Incredibly uncomfortable seats on the express jets - we joked that we need to bring stadium cushions next time. For a full day of traveling, I would consider a more expensive route with another airline than tolerating the hard seating they offer."

Cons: "Had to sit on runway for over 2 hours causing me to miss connecting flight in Chicago. Then no more flights to Little Rock so had to spend the nite in airport very uncomfortable!! Kept changing gate numbers causing me to walk all over airport while having severe knee pain!! Very upsetting and painful"

Pros: "The entertainment on the app for movies is pretty cool but everything else sucks!!!"
Cons: "Never never never ontime. I can't trust your flights to get me where I need to go. 3 weeks in a row your 5:20pm out of Richmond, VA was late due to waiting on an aircraft. How can that be? You didn't fix the problem the first time? I won't be flying United unless something changes. You lost a customer for life"
