Cons: Lots of turbulence, but well-handled by the pilot. All lights in cabin were left on from takeoff to cruising, which made two infants cry that entire hour.

Pros: Wonderful crew, Shefan provided excellent service. This was my first time flying first class and my expectations were exceeded.

Pros: It was a small jet but the first class section was extremely nice.

Cons: Small jets have limited overhead space and most roller bags have to be gate checked for pickup when you exit the plane. My roller bag is small to fit under a seat, and it fit in the overhead.

Pros: Nothing

Cons: Not have 6 hour delays after people have already boarded the plane.

Pros: Very professional, courteous, and helpful crew. Especially the 2nd flight.

Cons: Another pre- wrapped snack later on.

Pros: Meal provided was excellent
