Cons: "We had a 2.5 hour delay because there was someone missing in the crew. It sounded like it hadn’t been properly planned for the flight so it was frustrating. However, once that person showed up, everything was great and the crew was very sweet"

She evidently was afraid to fly and wanted to get off the plane. The attendants were very kind to her, spent time with her and informed the pilot. The pilot made several comments using her name making sure she knew every time we were about to run into some turbulence. I thought that was very kind."

Spoke to the travel agents (justfly.com) and requested meal was not properly recorded. I requested, two kids meal and a Hindu meal, when meal came it was told I had Muslim meal. How on earth did it make any sense, I am not even muslim? I did not even mention about muslim. Those dumbass at justfly.com do not have any level of professionalism. I tried to contact china southern airlines, they are always busy, after several attempts, finally somebody on the phone talking chinese shitty accents that only understood a few english. Chinese passenger crowded and with the shitty attitudes. One of the old guy drop the heavy coffee cup on my son's head and hurt real bad when he pulled his bag immediately after the land when he is not supposed to. I have a return ticket to deal with again with pain in a few days. then I will never fly with this shitty airlines. At Gongzhau, kids are hungry in transit, tried to buy food, told they only take Yuan. there was no ATM in transit. had to exchange Yuan and thats the only option there if you want to buy something. Airport wi-fi sucks, no connectivity even after logging into the shitty local advertisers websites. Finally, crew were to manage some kind of food, but did not like it at all. shitty shitty. do no fly this airlines of chinese route at all."

Cons: "Plane was diverted back to Toronto from LaGuardia airport as we were told due to "weather", landed late at night and were told that due to not being able to control weather WestJet could not assist with accommodations, leaving everyone stranded and scrambling to find a room in alreday booked up hotels. When speaking on phone with agent, I was told it wasn't due to weather but incident at LaGuardia where plane went off runway. I paid $130.00 for 5 hours in a hotel, due to pilot error, not weather. La Guardia opened it's other runway immediately after and other airports in NewYork were running fine. Completely unacceptable and extremely bad customer service as CSR simply told us "sorry we can't help". Will never book with West Jet again."

AA rebooked me without my consent and assumed i would be ok taking a later flight 24hrs later. After hassle, i thought i received a perfect flight which would get me to my destination A WEDDING at that in time. However, i have been rebooked over 5x in under 24hrs and still at the airport from 9hrs later! They do not compensate you and do not even extend the offer!"

Cons: "Being rescheduled from an 0830 departure to a 0530 departure, which meant I had to get up at 0300 to get to RIC by 0400 for TSA and check-in. As originally planned I would have arisen at 0500, still early, but not nearly 0300. The equipment had no individual entertainment screens. So we were stuck with whatever was on the common screen...which was bad."

I didn't realize when I was booking the flights that American lets you bring a carryon no charge, but United does not. You have to be a "Special" customer with them in order to be allowed a carryon, so we ended up paying an additional $50!!!"

Pros: "Solo que a la 1:10pm le comunique al sobrecargo del vuelo Avianca #928 Lima _ salvador 1010 1: 20 pm hora local me di cuenta que se quedo el anillo de matrimonio en el paso de migración en la bandeja, el sobrecargo me di una instrucción que debía hablar con el encargado del Salvador la Srta Geaninia Gomez indica que como no es pérdida dentro del avión no se hacen responsables, lo que no estoy de acuerdo que me digan eso ya que es trayecto del vuelo que estaba realizando voy a tomar medidas para presentar un reclamo ya que es un valor sentimental ya que ni me dejaron ir a ver estando casi 40 minutos y sentí que no me ayudaron por los menos con una llamada en el departamento."

Didn't comp us for a hotel, had to stay in Jersey out of pocket, Jersey is busy, dirty, smelly, and overcrowded. Not enough infrastructure for the people. We were lucky we got there 2 hours prior to flight time and had TSA Pre Check."

How is it that you can buy a car worth thousands, and be allowed to return it under the Lemon Law. When a company called can make billions of dollars doing this, it's just taking advantage of the little people."

I was told I would miss my flight first thing this morning but the agent was able to get me on and I arrived in CR only 1. Hour late. Thank you for the great service. It has to be hard picking up the pieces after the hurricane."

Cons: "Spirit airlines tries every way to get money out of people. The price adds up as the other airlines with all its hidden fees. The airline employees at the airport were very unpleasant and unhelpful. I will never fly spirit again."

Pros: "The second leg of my flight was in a newer aircraft and the legroom was more substantial than in the older Airbus models. The seats were moderately comfortable and the crew was helpful, courteous and professional."

Pros: "300lb plus man sitting in middle seat, I was on the isle and had to put feet and most of body in isle. Attendant kept getting on to me about being in isle, and even when I fell asleep, insisted on running in to my head and over my fear. Then laughed about it when I said somethin."

Cons: "The flight was extremely late. The crew did not get us on the plane in a timely manner. Lights were left on even though it was a red eye flight."

Pros: "The flight was delayed due to mechanical problems and overall we were not pleased with Spirit and we do not plan on using them anymore! Aside from the delay, 40 lbs at 52/bag each way more than makes up for the discounted fair and creates more headaches than it's worth. A business model that will initially generate allot of revenues, but will eventually faill!!!! 1st and last time customer."

Pros: "The flight we were on as a replacement flight was fine. The problem was, we had to wait 2 additional days to get any other flight."
Cons: "Flight was cancelled at the last minute due to weather in Dallas, which is funny, since all of the other planes in Dallas seemed to be flying out. Spirit told us all of the flights the next day were booked, so we had to wait until 2 days later to get on another flight. Terrible service, but what can you expect from Spirit."

Cons: "Spirit airlines claims it has the lowest fares. I had to pay more for this flight than my Delta flight. I was not impressed with the fact that you have to pay for your seats ($10) if you want to know where you're seated when you check in. That doesn't even make sense. Then you have to pay even for water! For goodness sake on a two hour flight that was already delayed by an hour they had nothing complimentary to give us. I was freezing the entire time back to Chicago. In fact I was very uncomfortable because I don't think that the seats even went back. I felt like I was hustled by Spirit airlines and will choose not to take them ever again."

Cons: "this could not have been more terrible in any way, awful food crew service. flight delayed 4 hours and then we say on the plane at the gate for an additional 2 hours before take off. no explanation was given for the delay at any time. baggage fees we not advertised anywhere at any point prior to arriving at the airport. had i know about the bag fees flying literally any other airline would have been cheaper than this bogus "discount" airline."
