Very nice as always. Not that it’s anyone’s fault really but for some reason the seat (16C) was really hard…. Not typical for your planes… dunno what or why… maybe it was just me ?, The flight was great otherwise
My experience was great with Alaska Airlines. They were very helpful when I was checking in. The flight crew was very helpful with our needs.
Crew members were friendly, but I wouldn’t use “entertaining” to describe them. Exact step by step instructions on getting wi-fi on the phone would be helpful.
I'm so glad that Alaska still keeps this little "puddle-jumper" route going between SEA>ALW; my daughter lives on Walla Walla, and it's so much quicker to be able to fly right in to Walla Walla than to have to fly into Tri-Cities and then make her drive 40 minutes each way. This flight is usually only 50%-75% full when I fly it, but that's because it doesn't get in to ALW until MIDNIGHT! But thanks for continuing to service the Walla Walla area, Alaska!
Same crew flew with us from Palm Springs to Bellingham, so they were great! Friendly and kind from start to finish. Great experience!
The crew the employees were friendly and excellent. There was a problem with the plane and they had workers there immediately working on it. They made sure the people that had immediate connects knew what gates they had to get to and had them leave the plane first. Very thoughtful.
Flight was about 30 minutes delayed. All staff were friendly and professional while keeping us updated.

Made us check our carry on,even though there was plenty of room because they didn't check with the flight crew. Also boarding was 40min late, due to the plane being on the wrong side of the airport. Also their app didn't record my tsa precheck
I had a great travel experience with Alaska. The agents and cabin crew were all so pleasant and helpful. The plane was clean and comfortable. The connecting flights went smoothly even with some minor delays. All in all, it was nice not to be upset with the journey. I say that because over the last few years all my travel has been on Delta and American, and always involved cranky employees and flight issues. I wish Alaska flew everywhere I need to go. Will definitely fly Alaska every time I have a choice. Thanks for helping me look forward to traveling again.
The flight was supposed to leave at 7:30pm, but departed 10:50pm. They kept moving departure time out every half hour. It was a 45 minute flight from n Sunday night with great weather.
The crew was great! It was nice to have a pillow and blanket... It gets cold on those flights. I paid extra money to sit where I thought was extra comfort seating, but it wasn't,... So, I was mad a bit about that. I'm hoping our flight home will be better.
Flight got delayed and it was very inconvenient . Had to come with another carrier. Had to spend one more night in San Francisco.
Logging into next flight was an issue as I never received a confirmation code

I could not check in ahead of time. Kayak did not give me a proper confirmation number to check in.
I loved flying Hawaiian Air! We didn’t pay to sit together, but we were able to anyway. They had usb charging ports and even outlets in some seats. They served a hot sandwich that was not very good, but we were still pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice. The seats really made my booty hurt but maybe I’m just not used to sitting so long. Also, the AC was really cold even though I was wearing pants, a hoodie, and a light blanket.
The crew was great, the food is decent for airline food, and we flew economy but the seats are comfortable and had plenty of room for my 15 year old son and myself. Would fly Hawaiian Airlines again for a long haul flight in a heartbeat.
A second drink service on a 6 hour flight would have been helpful.
The steward staff was particularly friendly and helpful. They smiled a lot and seemed anxious to be sure we enjoyed the flight.
