Truly, everything was professional, and extremely friendly with lots of smiles from all the staff. My only complaint is that both coming and going from San Francisco to Seattle and back the public announcement system on the airplane when I was sitting in the exit row was so loud that it hurt my ears, and I was not the only one I did report it to one of the stewardesses who thanked me and apologized, but truly Alaska Airlines is my favorite domestic Airlines by a far shot

Cheeseburger was good, but other sides were awful. Attendents were great! Flight was good, except for changing gates 4 times and flight being delayed over an hour..

Boarded a little late as they fixed a toilet, but still landed on time. Alaska drop bags process is a little like a cattle drive or bus process in Seattle, but the rest of the travel experience was great.

Flight was early and boarding the plane was flawless. The temperature on the flight was warm and my vent didnt work for air blowing. I only had a biscuit as a snack.

Alaska did a great job of accommodating my needs and treating me fairly. I appreciate their willingness to smile and be caring.

The plane was late arriving at the airport which in turn we left late. I had to literally run to my next gate to catch my connecting flight and my luggage did not show up at my final destination.

Flights were on time and everything went well thank you

I really like the wifi movie option. Watching a funny movie made the long flight go by faster.
