Good in general, but i think the chair is not comfortable for traveling more than 2 hours ..
Krakow airport is very disorganized. nice seats. friendly crew. long legs had screens. short leg did not
Horrible communication, flight boarded then we sat on plane for almost 5 hours as the runway was barely covered in snow with no plows in sight and the as we tried to taxi there was a major equipment failure due to poor push off technique causing all passengers to be taken off the flight to ultimately have the flight cancelled. There was barely any communication to passengers as to what was happening or what to do next to get placed on another flight. Arriving to my final destination a whole day later having to take a connecting flight through Lisbon to ultimately end up in New York instead of a direct flight as none available for the next day. Never flying LOT airlines again!
Smooth flight, excellent crew and good food. Not enough space; sitting are too small.
Flight was delayed for a hour from Warsaw, not sure why. When we landed in Chicago, plane was still on the runway for about half a hour. Took a while to get off.
No WiFi and ok comfort in business class. Home safe I guess that’s all that really matters.
Crew was excellent. Business class was poor on the short flight and mediocre at best on the international flight.
Very poor. Seats like economy class, food unbeatable, no charging, no entertainment, no WiFi, boarding by bus - no justification for calling and pricing this as business class
Boarding was delayed for an unknown reason for more than an hour. While the airplane was at the gate, the boarding time was moved by 10-20 minutes every 15 minutes. No entertainment on the plane.

This is by far my worse experience with airline. The Lufthansa crew at the airport was rude, inefficient and not customer oriented. I am not counting the 1 hour delay, as safety comes first and it is understandable to prioritize it, but I had to take three flights to my final destination and I am flying frequently cross Atlantic trips since 2011, so I can confidently say that this flight operated by Lufthansa (flight from Athens to Munich LH1753 , was my worse experience.
The crew and especially Patrick were amazing. Very helpful, kind and accommodating. I’d be happy to fly with this crew for all my Europe trips!
I was asked at the gate to put my carry-on luggage into the metal size-checking unit and it scratched my luggage. I suggest lining it with a cloth to prevent damage to passengers’ luggage.
Trip was smooth, good drew, average meal, almost cold coffee. Excellent landing. Did not enjoy going down the stairs, walking to the gate, walking up the stairs, going a long walk to the exchange gate, and going down the stairs again to be bussed all the way where we originally landed to take our next flight! Over all an average experience. Thank you.
I booked extra leg room, due to seat neighbor i now consider extra shoulder and arm room as well. Seems like the seats shrink in width now The crew was very friendly and professional ( 100%). Food was good not great, breakfast was bad, a dry slice of bread would have been better. Facilities clean.
in athens they helped me with my dogs and they solved all my issues excellent service outstanding
We had the best help ever from the airport workers who helped us check in and get our luggage through even though the checkout was closed. We had gotten so lost that a 90 minute drive became 3 hours. They were fast and courteous and even helped with our rental car. Thank you to them!
Size of economy seats great. Food well not bad for airline food. Staff friendly, helpful, professional. Very impressed
Be aware that your carry on is no longer a carryon. They go by the weight not just the size. Because we were forced to check them we missed our connection. Waiting over half hour at the luggage carrosol. Also, this added inconvenience happened because they "kayak" changed our itinerary knowing our connection was almost impossible, they wouldn't make different flights. Will never book the flight through KAYAK. USE the carrier for direct.
