Pros: "Nothing to like truely. Please save yourself and never fly royal air moroc. You will end up spending more money than saving on their cheap fare."
Cons: "After arriving to Malaga airport to go home at the business class check in desk we were informed that the flight from Casablanca to jfk was canceled so they won’t let us on the Malaga Casablanca flight. I was very surprised as I didn’t get any alerts and I called the airline and everything seems to be on time and not canceled. We went to customer service of air moroc and after hour long investigation we found that that the flight wasn’t canceled but the airline didn’t want us in Casablanca to get on that flight because they gave our business class seats to other people. we called and complained but there was nothing we could do because we were blocked from flying and they wouldn’t board us. The computer system didn’t allow them. We asked if we were on the flight the next day and they couldn’t confirm. We were told that in 3 days we could get on a flight back to nyc. We bought separate last minute super expensive tickets from another airline and left that evening to Madrid, got a hotel there and left the next morning to Atlanta and then jfk. No one from the airline wanna help us and rebook the tickets. People over the phone were contradicting people at the Malaga airport. It was a nightmare."
Cons: "Everything else"
Pros: "Overall, a decent flying experience. Food and entertainment were decent, crew and comfort of cabin were both excellent."
Cons: "Boarding could probably be improved."
Pros: "Efficient boarding, however a little disorganized at the calling of gates. Plane seemed newer."
Cons: "In-air service not on par with Emirates, Qatar and Turkish airlines. Even in coach they offer hot towels before meals. I pushed service button for water a few times which went unanswered. The attendants were very nice and when you finally got their attention, they were helpful. A better in-air service strategy should be considered."
Pros: "Nothing. Food sucks, rude crew members"
Cons: "Everything. Supposed “hotel” is more like a refugee camp. Very uncomfortable. Bathroom is nothing to talk about. Smells like hell. Very rude crew members!"
Cons: "their calmness"
Pros: "The food was good and the seats were not too tiny."
Cons: "Boarding was chaotic for no reason."

Cons: "Flight left 4 hours late from DC. Crew on ground in DC were not helpful and provided no info. I missed my flight to Malaga on Sunday and could not get a flight anywhere else in Spain that day. Got the runaround from crew in Casablanca. Kept sending me to different people after waiting in long lines. Put us in seedy hotel in bad part of Casablanca. It was a very stressful experience."
Pros: "A few extra seats...."
Cons: "Which were needed since multiple tv screens didn't work, floors were wet from cleaning etc. when you ask for water, they tell you to get it yourself. We taxied for over 40 minutes. Really rough landing!!!!!"
Cons: "Baggage was slow, chaotic (didn't specify the flight number on the carousel screen)."
Pros: "Lost luggage and no help."
Cons: "Lost luggage and no help."

Cons: "They say they provide people with a lounge (salon) to rest in while in transit but the place has no clean toilets, and not Bligh seats to relax and be comfortable. The planes have no entertainment and I feel as though I was targeted and asked to move my seat 3 times before take off! Will not be flying Air Maroc anytime soon."
