Pros: Crew was pleasant, flight was excellent, boarding was smooth, LOVED water upon arrival on plane

Cons: Seats were uncomfortable, provide herbal/decaf hot tea, dried fruit snacks, BETTER SEATS, More plush maybe lumbar support, peanut butter & jelly sandwiches, minimal air circulation

Cons: They forgot our vegetarian meal requests on both flights. Few drinks. Old movies.

Pros: Great aisle seat on a modern plane.I was in the middle seat on an older plane for the trip there (close to 8 hours), and it wasn’t as comfortable. The trip from Reykjavík to Seattle was great: comfortable seat and more room, though they were both in the same fare class.

Cons: If the flight actually left! It was canceled for a reason that was not given. I was rebooked the next day on another airline. Lost a whole day.

Pros: Premium class is good value on the A380 but not quite to par on the older 777s

Cons: I made a mistake in my daughter's surname while booking online, BA refused ro change it at check-in and forced me to buy a new ticket for her.

Pros: All flights were on time. Boarding was well organized.

Cons: Seats seem more cramped than comparable airlines. Food quality was poor. For one meal they didn't honor my special meal request (they did for the other meal, so they got the request). Flight attendants didn't check back in comfort of passengers.

Cons: Food trays left for 45 mins. This was premium economy Check in took forever even though I checked in 3 hours before departure. Didn't seem to be any staff near self serve check in screens to advise passengers.

Cons: Cabin crew makes way too much noise on an overnight flight. On these flights, the focus should be on letting passengers rest, and limiting announcements, even if that seems to take away from the perceived level of service.

Crew outside was helpful, i suggest AC have some men to lift suitcases from scale to belt and not have these women who r checking ppl in have to struggle to life suitcases frim scale ti belt-why aren’t men there to assist? AC need to provide some assistance in this regard. in-fight crew was plain and ordinary, nothing to write home about. Not friendly, just do what “we are here to do” period!

Cons: Not enough leg room. Flights are costly enough and it just seems wrong to upcharge passengers for more legroom. Legroom should be standard outside of first /business class.

Pros: Good seats. Crew was not very hospitable. They went by with water and didn’t give us any. We upgraded for the complementary cocktails and my husband didn’t even get a chance to get one.

Cons: More attention especially for the upgraded seats that offer complementary things. We got better service in our economy seats on the way to LA. I wouldn’t pay extra to upgrade again.

Cons: My biggest issue was that my seat didn't recline. 30C. It was quite unpleasant for a 5 hour flight with a large man pushing his seat farther back than it goes, in front of me. The other issue was that one gentleman flight attendant had terrible body odor. He mostly smelled like he'd been sweating, but his uniform was in desparate need of laundering ... particularly the pants. I started to mention to it with the friend that I was traveling with, and she knew what I was going to describe before I said it, despite us not talking during the flight (seats were split apart). I'd also mention - although there may not be anything that can be done - but boarding was a nightmare. A large Chicago flight had a boarding line crossing in front of our gate as we were called to get in line (no zones or row numbers). It was quite slow to be standing for 50 minutes and the entire plane settling into all rows at once.

Cons: Flight was delayed once we had boarded, so we had to sit at the gate for about 2 hours, which was not the crew's fault of course, however, they could have offered drinks. Once we finally got in the air, they only offered purchasable snacks in a way that was confusing--and did not even come through the cabin with complimentary drinks. Given the circumstances, and the fact the time in our seats was extended by over two hours, there could have been some better service from the actual flight attendants. It should have been clearly stated at the beginning of the flight, and once more when we were in the air, that no complimentary drinks were going to be handed out, and if we wanted anything, we would need to purchase it. I wouldn't have minded purchasing if I had known that was my only option.

Cons: The check in in the web site was not working the previous day. The check in at the airport in rome was hoorible... 1 hour and 20 minutes on line to be able to check in. Only two clercks workig in a very croded space .

Cons: Boarding was really uncomfortable - line starts at one floor and then you have to slowly climb the stairs one step at a time while holding your carry on bag. Line move slowly because of required security questioning at the gate. It’s an absolutely normal procedure and staff was really nice, but stairs - that’s what make your experience unpleasant.

Pros: Business class lay flat seats allow sleep. Staff tries to pamper you with good service. Smooth long flight 10hrs40min and flight left 30 min late and still arrived early 40 min.

Cons: Online checkin requires passport check at airport so you try but cannot print boarding pass. Online would not let me order gluten free vegetarian meal for daughter, but staff at terminal said oh it is too late now, you need 24 hrs notice... on flight though they figured it out and brought her foods she could eat so it worked out ok.

Pros: the seat configuration is 2/4/2 so if you get a seat by the window, you have your significant other or friend next to you and no one else which is nice. Food was decent.

Pros: Price is lower than other airlines. Cabin crew service is usually good.

Cons: If you have a seat at the front of the economy class cabin you have to go all the way aft to get to the toilets and galley, but at some point in the flight I was barred by a cabin crew member and told to go up front through the first class cabin. It would have been nice to know that option was available or required.

Pros: Everything was very good except that it would be nice to include a small free snack with the drink, ie. Pretzels.

Cons: The worst part was that we waited an hour for our luggage afterwards. This caused us to almost miss our ferry connection (last one of the day). Also when we finally got our luggage it was soaking wet (I had a backpack and my clothes inside was wet!) so clearly the luggage had been standing out in the rain for quite some time.

Cons: First they good have actually kept the flight. Instead I was rebooted on a flight that will get me home over three hours later than originally scheduled. And it could be even later since my connection is already delayed.

Pros: I’m a fan of Icelandair. We have only done the Saga Upgrade so I cannot speak to economy. Food is great, seats are comfy, and entertainment is great.

Cons: I don’t really know what happened but it was over an hour for us to get our bags afterward at SFO which caused us to miss our connecting flight to LAX, so we had to wait until next day to fly. This was also the busiest travel day of the year and storms everywhere so likely out of their control. Not the hugest deal but was harder to get on connecting flight since Icelandair doesn’t have a ticket counter at SFO. Would never prevent me from flying with them again, I always have issues at SFO so avoid that airport altogether anyways- will try to go around going through there on our next iceland trip!
