Pros: "The flight attendant from IAD to MSP called Bernadette was wonderful!"
Pros: "Super comfortable seats. Lots of movie options."

Pros: "How does one describe spending 10+ hours in a metal tube approximately 18 feet wide at 30,000 feet with 300 of your closest friends breathing the same air while having the seat in front of you pushed back so you cannot adequately see the passenger monitor because it's too close to focus on as your knees are under your chin? Flying in "steerage" is not comfortable as humans get larger and airplane seats get squeezed smaller. Please unsqueeze! Cabin crew members were excellent. Other than that, Europe was great!"
Cons: "See other side."
Pros: "Crew and entertainment options were great."
Cons: "Cabin was very loud, with jet engine noise. Could not block it out. Seats were not comfortable."
Pros: "Standard Air France flight. My wife and I like the Airbus 380."
Cons: "The flight left two hours late. Apparently this happens a lot with this flight these days because it's an Airbus 380 coming from Paris to Dulles and turning around. The incoming flight was two hours late, so the departure was late. Our arrival in Paris was late. We made the flight, but our luggage didn't. Our return flight from Paris to Dulles was half an hour late because of people from connecting flights. We arrived about 30 minutes late, but no big deal (unless you had a connection)"
Pros: "Fly attenden alwas with a beautiful smile"
Pros: "Nothing particularly stands out. I did arrive safely."
Cons: "First class did not come with lounge access? Drinks were not cold. Bathrooms were falling apart and came with a disgusting odor. Time to retire these aircrafts."
Pros: "Excellent Service."
Pros: "Flight attendants were nice based on the situations beyond their control."
Cons: "Flight was delayed for about three hours, due to mechanical issues with the second engine not starting. We sat on the the plane for over an hour and half. Some people that missed their connection flights were offered hotel stay. Others that had no connection flight was not offered anything for the several hours of delay that occurred."
Pros: "Crew was friendly"
Cons: "Paid extra for Econ Comfort but still got a seat with no in flight entertainment and they provided no food/beverage services."
Pros: "The chekc in person was very helpful."
Cons: "The plane was too hot and the pilot did not accommodate the passengers request. More than just me made the same request."
Pros: "the trip going to cancun was an absolute nitemare.... the phone situation was less than acceptable... call back times horrific incorrect postings of new schedules.... late postings of new schedules...."
Cons: "the trip going to cancun was an absolute nitemare.... the phone situation was less than acceptable... call back times horrific incorrect postings of new schedules.... late postings of new schedules...."
Pros: "Flight home was excellent as there was movies to watch and and snacks twice. Crew was great!"
Cons: "Flight to Cancun was ok, wish there had been a movie on that flight. Crew was great!"
Pros: "That I landed safely"
Cons: "1st class was horrible."
Cons: "I have traveled with my luggage plenty of times through airports and the flight from washington to jacksonville, my luggage came back to me cracked and broken. I was surprised that Delta handling was worse than any of the cheaper flights I normally take and will not be checking any baggage with Delta again."
Pros: "Great and friendly crew"
Cons: "baggage rules, check in with baggage, change fee for flight when it was not customers issue that caused the 5 min delay! Unable to reach reservation desk on line or via phone (neither was the gate agent)"
Cons: "Seeing as I’m still waiting for my flight, more than five hours later I am not inclined to rank it highly. This airport is an embarrassment and I will try my best to never fly Delta again. Weather is no excuse for this."
Pros: "My flight was canceled but Delta rebooked me on a flight leaving at about the same time as my original flight, which arrived just a little later than originally anticipated"
Cons: "My original flight was canceled"
Pros: "My original flight from MSP to Grand Forks had the nicest pilot that went above and beyond his duties on and off aircraft."
Cons: "Switched planes 3 times, Gates 4 times and little communication on what to expect now, and moving forward. Ended up delayed on jetway 90 minutes before returning to gate to be switched on and off planes for 4 hours Also Delta broke my suitcase in 4 spots I will be contacting delta about this horrible experience!!!"
Cons: "Delayed two hours"
Pros: "Got to my placs"
Cons: "Lol put the two fattest people next to each other"
Pros: "The fact that there were no snakes on this plane :-)"
Cons: "Same issue... there were no snakes on the plane :-/"
Pros: "Flight attendants and cookies. That's it."
Cons: "We left DC late because of Delta's inefficient boarding process. We landed in Atlanta late. Our flight to Sioux Falls left early, without us. My pregnant wife and I made it to the gate 4 minutes before the scheduled departure and they told us the plane was already gone and there was no way for us to get on the plane. Our bags did make it to Sioux Falls, so my wife didn't have her prenatal vitamins, , we had no clean clothes and we were forced to spend the night in Atlanta. The saddest part of yet another terrible experience with Delta was that they offered us a "discounted" room at a terrible Howard Johnson for $72. I looked online and the same hotel was $65 to book on Kayak. So basically Delta was trying to scam us after they screwed us. Thanks Delta! Instead we paid $200+ to stay at an airport hotel. Every time I fly Delta I regret it, yet occasionally I get forced to take their awful airline to get somewhere I need to go. It never fails to add another bad Delta experience to my long list of failings from this SAD!!! airline."
Cons: "There delay"
Pros: "Polite and efficient"
Pros: "The crews were very friendly and everything went as planned. It was a nice flight."
Cons: "I didnt like that my flight was canceled and rebooked for no reason. This created me big problem in Athens that they couldnt find my ticket in delta. Also I didnt like that i had to stand and wait for 3 hours in the line because my flight was canceled but no one could let us know if there gonna be any flights within the day. I slept in the airport because i couldnt find a hotel to spend the night close to the airport. They were all full and i had no time to find one since I was waiting there for 3 hours with no informational. I slept on the floor and delta didnt even offer us a blanket. That was my worst trip ever."
Pros: "The flight was smooth and the food selection was surprising delicious. The crew was very attentive."
Cons: "The leg room was much less than the last time I flew Virgin (booked via Delta) and made for an uncomfortable trip. Could not sleep as a result. If you're tall like me you'll need to book a higher seating category."
Pros: "Everything was great"
Cons: "Nothing everything was fine"
Cons: "paying extra for leg room and checked bags"
Pros: "Crew was nice. Free wine. Lots of great entertainment choices."
Cons: "I do not like that when you book through Kayak you cannot choose seats on Delta. Is there anyway to do this?"
Cons: "Being scammed by the Chinese, China Southern"
Cons: "Should have weight limit for people taking up one seat. I was squashed with her hanging over me"
Pros: "I am 6'6" 300 pounds ... So I regularly book first class for trips over 2 hours in length ... Delta remains my #1 choice for both value and overall experience in first class. The difference between Delta and all other domestic carriers is just overwhelming. United and American/US Air could learn a lot from Delta. I could have flown this trip direct on United, but chose to fly through Atlanta on Delta for less money and a better experience from the baggage check to the gate to the in-flight experience."
