The flight was delayed. The aircraft was unclean. Promised seat was not given due to change in Aircraft. Not one crew on ground was in a position to give any response. Amsterdam Airport is AVIODABLE Over crowded. Over Expensive. Poor Services.

It was really nice journey i personally recommend klm flight

The crew were unprofessional with a racist element. I was physically abused as well from one of the crew members

They forgot to serve food and the crew was very unfriendly. Never experienced such a bad KLM flight. Usually fly from Toronto. New York was different.

Over 1 Hr delay. No APU so no AC on ground. Plane was hot during boarding and then they closed the doors over 20 minutes before engine start so interior of plane was steamy hot and stuffy. Could have been helped by opening doors until ready to depart.

My flight was delayed by 6 hours then I missed BOTH of my connecting flights, I then had to stay in the AIRPORT at JFK because soooooo many people also suffered from missing flights and there was no hotels available. I would like to be compensated for this experience! I had to stay in the airport for over 16 hours!

Cabin crew were excellent, very proffesional, polite and friendly, in flight snack was underwhelming, a packet of cheese biscuits, im sure KLM could run to a sandwich!

Transfer at Amsterdam airport is very convenient and the airport is easy to navigate. Boarding was also quick and easy. Cabin crew were excellent and the meals were good, although lacking in options.

Overall a very pleasant flight. No significant issues on either flight. Amsterdam airport is very convenient for connecting

Mostly fine. Minor delays departing and arriving. Quite a cramped plane, not so much as regards legroom but very narrow seats. Quiet nice food. Non-working USB charger. Flight attendants were helpful but not particularly proactive — one had to work to get their attention (but all was fine once they notice you), very Dutch style:)

Flight was short but turbulent giving uneasy feeling :( ; although views were mesmerising ;)

Flight boarding experience with journey was smooth; can describe it as a less to minimal turbulent flight!

No food/drinks included for BOM to BKK I paid 675£ for LHR-BOM-BKK (return) flight.

Just fly from point a to b. rest holds zero stars. And with zero competition, what do you expcect

Flight was delayed and due to this we almost miss the connection flight

The flight was delayed by 3 hours, causing me to miss my connecting international flight. I then had to wait in the airport 18 hours for the next flight. The reason for the delay was a computer issue, not something outside of their control like weather. To add insult to injury, instead of trying to expedite the flight to make up for lost time, they ran a carry-on baggage check to verify every bag onboard belonged to someone on the plane, which took another 20 minutes.

झूठा है इंडिगो फ्लाइट में मील दिया नहीं जब शिकायत किया तो बोला आपको मिल चुका है

It took a lot of time to declare that the flight gonna be cancelled ☹️ very disappointed.

Electronic check in is must these days. Food could be better.

Cleanliness os Seats and surrounding areas. On time Departure and Arrival. No1 Budget Airline in India

Horrible… I was downgraded without notice, had to sit in economy and given my back injury was in pain most of the journey. I expect to be reimbursed for this inconvenience and after my return flight home, I never plan to fly with British Airways again.

I like the crew, very welcoming. Food can be better. The seat arms don’t go up so. I could use the empty seat next to mine to relax better. 3hrs delay 😠

I enjoyed the comfort of Premium Economy. The Purser on London-Nairobi was a little testy, snappish in his tone. I understand stressed, tired, etc but his tone in addressing passengers I found wanting.

The flight was delayed twice and because of that, we missed our connecting flight. British Airways then attempted to put us on the last flight to Milan from London which would have kept us in the airport for 12 hours. We had to speak to several levels of bureaucracy until BA management let us fly on a flight that only kept us in the airport for two hours. If there was an earlier flight, why weren’t we put on that flight from the start? Unacceptable behavior from what was once my favorite carrier.

everything to do with KAYAK was terrible. Your customer facing departments are utterly useless, timewasting and unhelpful.

Nice flight, attentive crew, soft landing by the Pilot,, comfortable seat.

Service was very good. Because I use a cane, I was allowed to use Priority Boarding. Biggest problem was extremely limited leg room in Economy class seats. For airplane food, it was alright.

Great job notifying of 30 minute delay in departure. Fabulous job making up for the time and arriving as scheduled. Air travel is just no fun anymore with the extreme overcrowding, and someone needs to come up with an innovative plan for loading and unloading passengers (load all window seats first, middle seats second, aisle seats last?). Great job getting the luggage on the carousel in record time!

One frustration after another. No gate personnel until very close to departure. Boarding procedure was chaos. Plane was dirty from previous transatlantic flight. Entertainment system not operational. Gate change for connecting flight which required another round of security clearance, almost causing a missed flight. The final blow was lost baggage upon arrival.

Nothing. BA flight was late. Missed connection and lost luggage. A disaster.

I had a camera bag that exceeded the 10kg allowance for hand luggage. I am 67 years old and have been travelling will my cameras and lenses all over the world and have not paid once for the excess weight. Also, even if I wanted to check in the bag, I can’t due to lithium batteries and delicate equipment. Air India should review their policies. Or is it just a cash grab. I had to pay additional 7000 rupees.

Communication was terrible. Flight was delayed for 4-5 hours in DC (on the front end, and also after we boarded, we had to get off - some issue with fueling the old plane correctly). There was little to no information on timing or what was happening. Once we reach Delhi airspace, apparently there was weather that caused us not to land - we were actually near the ground, saw the run way, and lifted back up to the sky after being sooo close. Then we circled for about 30 minutes, and they decided to go to Jaipur to land until the weather cleared and to refuel. Again, once we landed in Jaipur (wrong city), there was little to no information on timing or what was happening. Then we heard that the crew was reaching their 24 hours. We sat on the place, on the tarmac for another 3 HOURS, with no food and not enough water for everyone on the flight. Then, they kicked us off the plane with no plan, in the wrong city. We went thru customs, got our bags (thank goodness), and had to ask a bunch of staff what was happening and what to do. Eventually, their soltuion was to bus people back to Delhi (like 6 hours we were told) but not everyone would fit on the bus, and unknown timing on when it would leave. At this point it was 9PM (we were scheduled to arrive in Delhi at 11AM...). My husband and I decided to risk it and take a cab that we had to pay ourselves (about $200 US dollars) to get to Delhi (about 5 hour drive). We both had terrible trips back to the US as well - almost missed connecting flight, forced to pay for carry-on luggage (a small back pack!) and duty-free goods by the Air India staff last minute. Just terrible experience all around. Never again with AI! The ONLY good thing was the air hostesses were kind and patient - example: they made sure people with food allergies got their correct.

It would have been perfect if there was onboard entertainment.

Food could be better they need a better caterer in DC flight from India always has better food

Having travelled quite a lot in my life -- Air India flight from Washington to New Delhi on November 19, 2023 - I thought was the worst ever - little did I know at that time that the flight back - from Delhi To Washington on December 6 - would be an actual NIGHTMARE for me and for about a dozen of fellow citizens from the United States who were experiencing it with me! Two of the passengers had kids: a baby and a toddler who was sick at the time, three or more elderly people of about 70 years old or more, I also remember a woman of about thirty years old who looked about 10 years older after the ordeal was closer to the end- on the flight from LONDON !!! (they sent us all to London instead of Washington!!! (The transit flight from Kathmandu - to Delhi - also by Air India- was delayed 3! times from 9,50 p.m. to 11.50 - which lead transit passengers to be late not by their fault but by the same Air India fault!!! - at after midnight at the transit counter at Delhi airport we were told there was no room in a hotel, that all we could do "call the center'' --- managers as well as clerks were at minimum rude and ignorant - finally we had nothing other to do than to leave to London at their suggestion at 7 !!! in the morning (the flight was also late for an hour) to later fly from London to Washington! If only you have the slightest choice NEVER DEAL WITH AIR INDIA even if it is the cheapest route!!!

Boarding pass was not printed at the first port & connecting flight didn’t let me go and have wait 10 hours to get next flight.. the reason we pay more money for shorter hold time and get to destination early! Very poor service 😕😕

It was my elderly parents travel with my uncle and aunt who were over 80 yrs So i have boarded all these four passenger and the lady could not give us all four seats together even though i have check in them all at once. Then the wheel chair service was one of its worse kind. The wheel chair service guys left my parents once they reach to security check. And same issued of wheel chair happened at the Delhi airport, No one is there to help them for the wheel chair assistance. It was ridiculous and have to beg to the staff there for the assistance. Its not because of Air India I have booked there ticket but it was because of most of the passengers are Indian and in case they need help some one can help and understand them. It is our Compulsion. Otherwise we would choose different path.

I love air India plane was new and very comfortable seats

Amazing crew and their courteous services made this flight very comfortable for me. Food and seats were good too . Only down is - entertainment system was broken and selection was not good at all.

The whole entertainment system and electronic system was broken - for a long 15 hrs flight there was nothing to do or even call attendants. The crew were cold and brushed you off for even a glass of water
