Delayed flights and food service suck

Seat recline marginally more than in economy, but 2x+ the price. Boarding process for PE abysmal. Food - slapped on a tray.

Not much

The China Southern People in Penang, including the MAB staff that assist, are outstanding. The flight attendants are also wonderful. I am also pleased with the timing of the added flights to and from Penang. The timing is wonderful for my flights to the US. They have become seamless.

They put us up in a hotel

We missed the connection due to airline delays. So the flight they're going to get us into Bangkok will happen the evening of the next day. If they can get us the ticket change.

Crew seemed nice, helpful.

It's a budget flight so can't expect much, yet aircraft was small cold and not comfortable for such long internatianal flight

The plane was clean and the boarding process was very smooth. The crew was professional. The selection of movies was outstanding.

There was not as much legroom as I would have liked. We had Asian Veg meals which were a little bit too much the same each time.

The a330 is showing its age and the food on board was not good. Otherwise it would have been an excellent flight
