This issue should be resolved, especially between such an established airline and such an established travel website. The entertainment is poor. The music available only caters for certain tastes (either it is ultra modern or classical) and the selection is markedly inferior to that of other airlines. The film selection is very limited."

Even more shocking, the service people told use that our entire itinerary (AKA our return flight) was cancelled as a result of this. You can imagine our frustration as we had tickets in hand looking at the door to the plane that we would have been allowed to walk through had security taken 5 minutes less. In the states, if airport security is holding you from missing your flight, this is communicated with the airline and proper arrangements are made. Unfortunately, this was not the case, forcing us to buy a new (last minute) ticket and losing a lot of money."

I felt irate at such response from a flight attendant and responded that I will never fly Iberia again. I wanted the attendant to talk to the parents and ask them to control their kid from abusing the adjacent passengers.I felt the impulse to talk to the crew chief but decided against it simply because I would do them a favor if they listened. Truthfully I think carriers with such attitudes deserve to go bankrupt and I hope they do."

We had little time between flights, and had to empty water bottles at Security before boarding but forgot to refill them, so we really noticed the lack of beverages."
Cons: "My flight was cancelled and I had to wait in the Madrid airport for seven hours before getting a new flight and retrieving my luggage (five for the new booking, 2 for luggage). It's understandable that flights get cancelled due to weather, but the handling of re-accomodations should be much faster. Iberia did not have enough people to handle it and made no effort to bring in more help. Instead, workers were continually leaving. By the end, there were only two people helping the line of dozens of stranded travelers. I was very disappointed."

Pros: "The in flight movie selection was great. They were generous with providing us wine and complementary in flight entertainment . Didn't have to pay extra to check our bags."
Cons: "The food wasn't very good. But at least they provided us with some. We paid extra foe exit row seats and they allowed someone to sir across from my husband in the flight attendant seat they use during landing and take off. He sat there the entire flight. He was tall with long legs and took away from my husbands leg room which is why we paid extra for the exit row seats. Not sure if he worked for the airline as he was dressed in regular street clothes but annoying all the same."

I found this to be very helpful, since on the trip over I was in the wrong side had to bother people to move so I could get to the correct side of the aircraft. Cons: "The aircraft was so small there was not enough room for even most standard size carry-ons. The crew were not patient and gave passengers attitude for trying to bring their carry-ons onboard. On the way back from Toronto, we were sitting on the runway for more than one hour waiting for "de-icing". If this is a recurring thing, why not time the arrivals and departures better to avoid making people sit there, disconnected from everything and waiting? Also the screen on my "entertainment center" was broken but thankfully I had my own book to read. Air Canada has not had the most welcoming crew or most up to date fleet in my experience; I fly with them mostly because of their cheap fares. I guess "there ain't no such thing as a free lunch"."
Cons: "Signed up for txt notifications, but not informed of flight dep delays; told repeatedly of 'full flights at del gate but not the case, lots of empty seats; delayed again on arrival, waiting for 'assigned' berthing to open up, which was assigned to another plane; had to walk 'miles' to get to security once inside terminal - why doesn't AirCanada get decent treatment in assigned berthing at Pearson, especially after midnight when there must be hardly any flights arriving..."

Cons: "The check-in person said my baggage (oversized, and a keyboard) would make it through to my final destination even though I had another flight on a separate reservation. I specifically asked because I wanted to know if I needed to pick it up when I landed after the first leg in Toronto. He said I'd only have to go through customs and my bag will make it all the way home to Vancouver. Well, I felt weird about it and when I got off in Toronto I noticed that my baggage receipt said Toronto on it (not Vancouver). I decided to forego the connections gate because I was unsure. Lucky that I did because lo and behold, my keyboard bag was waiting for me at baggage claim. Had I trusted the check-in guy, I would've possibly lost over $1000 worth of equipment. That's not something that can easily be forgiven."

Cons: "the cabin of the plane on the return flight didn't have any air conditioning running during boarding and it was uncomfortably hot because it was about 85F outside. the crew only bothered to inform us of the issue when a poor hungover guy behind me asked about it because he was suffering... as were we all. plane didn't get comfortable until over 30 minutes in, at which point we were beginning our descent anyway."

Cons: "I do and have been in the customer service field for well over 25yrs and the service from the desk reps (EXCEPT from the ladies when leaving Hamilton, Bermuda), flight attendant were lack luster to say the least...the energy and behavior was professional but no enthusiasm from the employees. Almost everyone's personality seemed like a flat lined and when I asked if I can have a whole can of ginger ale, the response was as if I asked to commit a crime. That was on way to Hamilton so I did same thing again on way back to see if I'd get same response and ironically, I did get same type of response as if I was doing or asking something wrong. However, the Air Canada employees in Bermuda at the counter were beyond wonderful, enthusiastic and great energy."

Since I go to Canada only rarely, I ended up essentially losing the money I spent for train fare and having to pay another $145 for the rental car. Got to Quebec at 11:30 p.m. instead of 3:55 p.m. Not happy."
Pros: "1) Skycap service for boarding at Reagan National was exceptional. I requested wheelchair assistance for this return flight and the attendant gave 100% service, getting me through security and on to the boarding gate lounge area in short order. He was very pleasant and very helpful. 2) The pilots did a good job of flying, The flight was smooth as was the landing. We left Reagan a few minutes late but arrived at Pearson 16 minutes early. I liked that!"
Cons: "1) I paid extra money for a "preferred seat" because my recent hip replacement surgery required that I have ample leg room while sitting. Leg room for the first row econonomy seat I got was barely adequate. I felt cheated out of the $15 I paid for the seat (which should have been complimentary, in my opinion 2) Food service was terrible. For a 1 o'clock flight, having to get to the airport 2-3 hours ahead of departure, meant that I was in need of some serious food, not the tiny package of pretzels and the cup of tea I got. Even a couple of cookies or a muffin would have been a better offering. 3) The wheelchair assistance that I requested did not materialize for me on arrival at Pearson. I felt so cramped from sitting that I was eager to get up and try to walk, no matter how slowly, the distance to Customs and through to the exit gate to wait for my ride home. That's what I did, and I never saw a wheelchair attendant coming with a wheelchair as I exited. That is poor service! I am comparing this to the excellent service I got with American Airlines on the first leg of my trip from Toronto to DC."
