$320 Find cheap flights from Reagan Washington National Airport to Honolulu

I’m a first time mom and traveled with my 18mo old boy and it was not a great experience with the flight attendants. They were not friendly or helpful at all. It’s hard enough traveling with a toddler and have people be rude and unkind does not help.

Loved the gate agent and flight attendants. All were extremely helpful.

There were no gluten free snacks and it wasn’t clear how to access entertainment.

watching out the window as the loaders bounced the luggage onto the carts as it was deplaned made me understand why some of my bags have been destroyed on the airline.

My flights went about as good as they could be. I’ll always take Alaska when possible.

The pilot and crew did everything they possibly could on an airline flight to make everyone comfortable and fed and informed and both flights to and from were flawless and safe and I couldn't imagine flying on another airline when I visit the Hawaiian islands

The flight was so empty that some us up forward (in upgraded seats) had to be moved to the back of the plane. The crews handled this situation as well as could be, and I got a row to myself (but it was at the very back of the plane).

The flight diverted to SJC first, so about 3.5 hours delay arriving at LIH, 1:30am, I had to pay extra hundreds dollars to rent car.

Early arrival was welcome. Better selection of food and onboard entertainment would have made it better.

Checking in at the airport the agent only booked the first keg of my trip and had my checked luggage going to the airport with a layover! Never was issued a boarding pass for the second leg or received sticker fir my checked bag. All was well in the end! Delta agents helped to resolve the situation!!!

Delayed due to an ill passenger after loading. Not preventable on Delta's part. Was in first class. The seats are becoming worn and detaching from their velcro attachments. Only got snacks on flight. The attendant was not the friendliest.

I would fly again the whole experience was great. The only feed back I can give that they don't do that American Airlines does is the crew there is more humorous with boarding and thank their passengers. It makes it more fun to fly with them. I would however fly Delta again.

From Atlanta to Cabo I would have hoped on a plane that size I would have been able to breathe and wiggle my feet a little! The leg room in that plane is non existent and I am only 5”4’. And the air vent either wasn’t working very well or just could not blow air from the ceiling to the seat area as I was suffocating through the entire flight! And please don’t say I would have been more comfortable in first class because I cannot afford those rates and have always travelled Main Cabin without issues !

The pilots were good. Disappointing when planes don't have electrical ports

I liked the piloting of the aircraft. Very disappointed about lack of electrical ports. Also, although a short flight. there was enough time to hand out snacks to comfort + seats as was done for first class.

I had a wonderful experience flying with delta. The gentleman taking care of us on our flight was so nice, accommodating, and attentive. He always was smiling and giving pins to the kids which made me smile. The flight was quick too and without turbulence. Thank you for the great flying experience.

Delta is one of the best airlines I have flown

I always fly with Delta. My friends tell me their horror stories of flying with other airlines. I just smile and say, “You should fly Delta”

This flight was delayed approximately 4 hours due to bad weather in HNL.

The plane is extremely loud and there’s no place to charge devices.

Safety record impeccable and important since flying many hours and thousands of miles over ocean.

Seats on second leg from Hawaii to Tokyo would not recline. 9 hrs is long in total upright position.

Apparently the computer systems were down, so I wasn’t able to check in 24 hours in advance, despite multiple times on the app, the website, and by calling. Then I arrived at the airport and wasn’t assigned a seat right away. I had to wait until I was at the gate and waited about another hour for an agent. She was nice to give me a “free upgrade.“.

The crew worked to help us find standby seats and we were able to arrive at our destination early which was great. Only drawback is airport at Kona which is in need of update - waiting at gate passengers exposed to jet fumes, there’s only one restaurant with minimal choices, etc

Increased effort to keep family members (purchasing multiple tickets in the same transaction) sitting together. Additionally, when faced with choosing seats at the automated check-in kiosk, only exit row seats charging an additional $9 were available, but if you decline to choose seats, it picks seats that are NOT exit row. How does that work, Hawaiian?

It was wonderful. I have never flown Hawaiian Airlines, but I would definitely do it again. They were wonderful.

I finished with my medical appointment early on Oahu and the Hawaiian airlines staff helped me get an earlier flight back to the big island. It was a great experience. There was no food or entertainment that is why I gave it a good

Terrible! The plane was old and you are required to connect your own device to their Wi-Fi rather than have entertainment options in the back of the seat in front of you. The Wi-Fi went out during the flight and there was only one plug for the devices every two seats. Three out of five surrounding my family did not work. The seats and spaces under them were so small I could not fit my backpack, which I’ve always brought on flights and fit before no problem. The crew were unpleasant and patronizing.

The plane was delayed 2 hours. The wifi did not work. The seat in first class was not comfortable because the bottom felt like it lost all of its padding. And I did not like when the flight attendant made me wait at my seat to use the bathroom and didn't tell me why. If there were too many people using the 1st Class bathroom, she should have told me to go in the back, coach bathrooms. I guess I have to feel fortunate that they found 2 local pilots to still fly the plane tonight after the original pilots ended up at an airport 60 miles away due to high winds.

The crew were really great, but the 4 hour delay in small chunks was the worst.

The leg space between me and the seat in front of me was excellent.

Crew was nice and helped. But they placed my checkin suitcase on the wrong airplane so I didn’t have my CPAP machine to use for 1 night. The United attendant at HNL informed me that it’s on the next flight from SFO to HNL and ETA is 8:18PM and that they will deliver it tonight. At 9:30 PM, I saw conflicting reports , one saying it’s on the way from the airport and the other saying it’ll be delivered after 6:45 am tomorrow. So I called UA Zbaggage Resolution Center and the agent says it’ll be delivered tomorrow by nighttime At latest.

Just a crappy airline. The same every time. You feel you are a cow on a farm. You are being being whipped and pulled.

Wasn’t very crowded. Seamless processes. No issues traveling with two little kids.

Overall the flights pretty good. The snacks we’re good and they were plenty of them. Both boarding and deplaning went quickly.

Crew were attentive and friendly. Flight was smooth and early! I enjoyed the less crowded plane. Thank you!

Delayed abs delayed Gate crew giving poor info - we are definitely leaving at —- Ultimately to cancel flight after 4+ hours of delays Just cancel it earlier

The flight was scheduled to depart DCA at 12:30 pm but was delayed twice on the ground so that we were finally scheduled to depart at around 4:00 pm. Once we boarded, it was announced that takeoff would be delayed again to fix a hydraulic problem which delayed our eventual takeoff until around 5:00 pm. Once we departed, it was a smooth flight back to ORD. We did not get any explanation about what caused the original significant delay. In my experience, this happens frequently with AA.

Lots of weather delays that were poorly communicated and managed. I get there are weather delays but they didn’t make it clear what was happening or comfortable on the plane

Everything was on time; the flight attendants and the gate personnel were very pleasant and helpful.

Our second leg to Jackson WY was unable to land due to weather. We were flown back to Dallas after stopping in SLC. We were given hotel rooms and vouchers. We were told that we would be back on the same plane in the morning. Instead we were given a different flight with different seats. Not a good experience. No one knew what was going on.

Being back games on the in-flight entertainment. Also your flight attendants need a break, raise, or overall attitude adjustment.

Awful! The flight was delayed and we sat on the plane in DCA for an hour because fuel was out in the wrong part of the plane and would not be accessible during flight. So the plane had to be refueled in correct tank. They also allowed someone to get off of the plane. This delayed my six hour flight by an hour and made me miss my connecting flight. I ran to new gate and American Airlines agents new about the delay and even knew that I was trying to make the connection. They knew thru communication with my friend while in flight that I was in the airport and running to the new gate and they still closed the gate and refused to let me on the new flight despite plane still being at the gate. It was horrible and I had to be rebooked on a flight for 24 hours later. This has been a nightmare and if American Airlines can cause customers to be delayed and then have zero empathy as having an on time flight was more important to them than helping a customer who was delayed by no fault of her own, then it's seems that it's not a company that I want to continue to give my loyalty to. I'm so disgusted.
