Pros: "Deplaning was seamless and our luggage was where it was supposed to be and on time."
Cons: "I lost count of the number of gate changes and delays in Seattle. It was ridiculous. We were in boarding group C and when they finally called group C they immediately called group D to also board at the same time. Getting off our flight from DC was no picnic either. Overall a bad experience flying Alaska today."

Cons: "I wasn't able to fly Alaska Airlines due to storm in Washington DC. My first flight American Airlines from Charlotte to Washington DC was cancelled. The second flight Alaska Airlines from Washington DC to Portland was delayed, but I never flew. I got a direct flight from American Airlines from Charlotte to Portland instead."

Cons: "Didn't realize the seat I selected didn't recline because it was in front of the exit row. I sat straight up for 5 hours and 10 minutes. I wish I would have known this at the time of booking. That was extremely uncomfortable. When I asked the crew about it, they said "yup sorry year seat doesn't recline because it's near an exit row." No apologies, no concern, no trying to find an alternate solution. I couldn't figure out how to work the Wi-Fi and so I asked a crew member and she was less concerned about trying to help me figure it out and was more concerned about trying to get me to rent an iPad."

The experience of flying today is mostly like being shoved into a subway train in Japan with no genuine gratitude for my patronage. Not with Delta - they really do go above and beyond and it is not lost on me."

While I understand there are some delays sometimes, this was the ONLY flight to Greensboro out of DCA, and the times kept changing throughout the day, even though the gate agents knew that the issue was that the crew was delayed. There should be backup crew available and when there are delays, the passengers should be kept informed. There should be other flight options available when this happens. I never received an apology from anyone I encountered throughout the process, and some personnel were rude even though I was polite."

Soon after we were told of a gate change, the marquee then said the flight would not arrive until 11 pm it is a one hour flight, so we actually arrived at 10 pm."

Cons: "The Washington airport is horrible. The gate we left from was not a gate but a series of doors that buses came to. This wouldn't be so bad if they were able to handle it in an orderly way, but the airport showed complete incompetence in organizing anything and there were people everywhere trying to find the right door which kept changing on them, and the times kept changing...it was a mess. Then, when we finally got on the plane and were about to take off, the air traffic control tower called and said that their flight path was incorrect and to not take off...but didn't give them a new flight path for nearly two hours as we sat on the runway. Nationalize the airports in DC, fire the whole lot and start fresh, I'd say."

I know most of the airlines do it but now that you are making a profit I think it's time to give back to the customer when weather complicates their travel. But most of all, please just give us the decency of the truth -- it sucks-- but we can handle it. Yes there will always be those out of control customers that scream and yell, but most of us, as what I witnessed-when it all breaks down--are chill and understand. Complimentary drinks. Coupons for a later flight. All hands on deck with crazy knowledge of the routes you fly to ease rebooking. I realize we as a people can't stop flying, whether it be for work or family needs, but you can't keep treating us like stupid cattle. Thank you whoever reads this for letting me express my frustration and thank you AA ultimately for getting me to my destination."

Yet at every stage the flight crew and gate staff did an outstanding job communicating and seeking to alleviate passenger woes. With delays, we missed connections, and yet AA worked wonderfully to find alternatives. At the end of the day, we arrived at our destination, and even our luggage made the trip successfully! Wonderful courtesy, adaptability, and determination to serve. Thank you."

Pros: "The on-time arrival"
Cons: "Having to check our bags due to lack of overhead space which was announced before anyone boarded the aircraft. Had they provided our bags to us when we exited the plane, or told us in advance that there would be no space and they would be offering free bag check, that would have mitigated the situation. Instead they wait till the last minute costing us valuable time. In the future, they should pay us the 25 dollar bag fee when they arbitrarily make this decision."

Pros: "It was a bit more roomy than my last flight"
Cons: "None"

Cons: "Flight was cancelled which I accept, but couldn't get me on another flight for 24 hours???? (When at least 15 flights, some with empty seats, went to Chicago in that time!!!). That's bull United."

Cons: "The offer me 2 redeyes flights instead and 7 hours wait in SF !!!!"

Cons: "Always quality service, food and plane! My fav!"

Cons: "We were delayed because the crew wasn't smart enough to ask people to put their purses beneath the seats. A number of us had to get off to check our bags and while we were checking them, a guy flying first class had a bag and while we are checking our luggage the pilot comes out and says "first class? Oh we will make room on the plane for you sir." And as a result of all of this, we missed our spot in the takeoff line, delayed the flight, and we almost missed our connection. Lastly, they overbooked the flight by TEN people. TEN."

Cons: "I had delay of 1.5 hours, no one take responsibility on the connection It's was not comfy at all Bad service"

Cons: "There was a lack of information the whole trip. We couldn't hear the announcements of the crew or pilot so we didn't know what was going on. When. The landing gear malfunctioned it took a very long time to hear what was going on. Then, upon deplaning, there was only one single gate agent waiting to help the flight. Very poor service!"

Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Alerted Flight Attendant and Gate Agent and United at 31,000 feet that there was toxic black mold in the plane and I was choking. Advised Customer Service at ORD and they handed me a brochure to call 1-800."

Pros: "United hires good people. Flight was comfortable and on-time."

Pros: "United comfortable classy convenient. Ordered on time staff was friendly beverages are free and plenty of legroom thank you I will book again"

Cons: "Plane was late and we almost missed our connection in Newark"

Cons: "Wi-fi didn't work (3rd flight this trip). Ran out of cheese plate in the 2nd row... Really? Late departure caused missed connection. Then the customer service agents - if you can call them that -- were downright pathetic, absolutely no effort to deal with the crowds of people who needed help. Finally had to call UA while in line and got booked on another connecting flight to a connecting flight :( and they freaking gave me the wrong gate!"

Pros: "Timely departure. No delay."
Cons: "Seats were small. No wifi on this flight."

Cons: "The boarding process is ridiculous. Takes forever because it is totally irrational and driven by favoritism. Plus they don't enforce the baggage size rules."

Pros: "Susan Smith at check in counter Reagan National was very helpful, kind and service-oriented. I hope you recognize the gem you have."
Cons: "Flight was delayed and gate agents appeared tired, agitated, and unhelpful."

Pros: "Evening flight. Crew wasn't the nicest but they were professional nonetheless. Flight itself was smooth but a bit of a bumpy landing (I think it was a bit windy so not surprised. It is Ch). Not the best flight but certainly not the worst either."
Cons: "DirecTV in-flight entertainment. You pay or you're subjected to constant ads and/or snippets of shows. I'd rather watch one free movie that I can't choose rather than pay to watch bad TV."

Pros: "Great flight! comfortable seats even for me being a big guy. The wifi made the flight go by great! The price on the wifi seemed a little excessive but a great convince none the less. I had a sandwich during the flight (like I said I am a big guy) it was better than expected for sure. Crew did there jobs but didn't seem to be happy about it. Overall great flight."

Cons: "A 6:30 pm flight that leaves at 8:15? What is there to like?"

Cons: "Boarding process is better than some, but stinks compared to Southwest."

Cons: "They ran out of meals and snacks, both paid and free. We all pay a price, yet seats and class determine whether you will get your moneys worth. I guess the point is that I at least made it home."

Cons: "There was a malfunction of ventilation system leaving the plane at unsafe temperature on tarmac. Pilot literally screamed at passenger who was inquiring appropriately about allowing us to Deborah the plane."

Cons: "they canceled my flight and couldn't reschedule. I had to pay for a rental car and drive to my destination which has ended up costing me more money and the flight was already very expensive to begin with."

Cons: "It was behind schedule. Cut it very close on making my connection to Dublin."

Pros: "The arrival flight that was to be our departure aircraft was late, thus our craft to Chicago arrived late. The arrival gate was miles away from my connecting flight, As a result, I missed boarding and was rebooked with a 5 hour wait in Chicago."
Cons: "See my comments. Furthermore, the gate agent at the flight I missed and rebooked me was rude, aggressive and obviously not suited to human contact. He may have been a better PR employee used in loading luggage into the belly of the plane, thus not having any human contact."
