Cons: "No power outlets at my seat. No free chat. Wifi should come as part of the ticket price. I feel nickel and dimed and I am tired of it."
Pros: "They had blankets waiting on our seats for us, which was really nice!"
Cons: "The seats were horribly uncomfortable and hardly budged when "reclined". It made for a miserable red eye experience."
Cons: "we provided our own movies since there are no longer provided; Please bring back the movie screens & headphone jacks!"
Pros: "Quick and friendly staff"
Cons: "Uncomfortable seating"
Pros: "Attention + comfy seats"
Cons: "My friend and I have taken our hiking packs to Alaska, California, Washington, and all along the East coast. Never have we been asked to check our packs. I was mostly surprised, at first. Once I was seated a man in front of me had his hiking pack and two ukuleles in their cases, neither of which could fit under his seat. That's when I became frustrated. O This plane sucks: our knees were slammed into the seat in front of us because the chairs are so close together. No USB plugs. Plane was dirty, scuff marks on the wall and ceiling. There was paper in the pouch that looked like a mouse had chewed on it."
Pros: "And it was actually terrific. United employees were top shelf at every stop, on every plane. (I did seven flights total.)"
Cons: "Shitty service ,...."
Pros: "It was great!"
Cons: "Cacelled then delayed twice. United workers are also very rude. I give them a big ol"
Cons: "The Stewadess obviously had a horrible cold or laryngitis. It was horrible to hear her on speaker. Also makes us Concerned that we might catch what she had!"
Pros: "Effort by Seattle team to find alternate routes"
Cons: "The seating was the worst I've ever had in my life and I've traveled my whole life. After I finish this trip I will never take United again. Everything else was wonderful"
Cons: "The gang stalkers that Kayak and United let sit next to me."
Pros: "Rhe food"
Cons: "Custmer Service"
Pros: "On time."
Cons: "New looking plane but the TVs behind all the chairs were locked without a credit card. The new chairs looked great until you sat in them. I'm 5'10" and my knees were already brushing up against the seatback in front of me. If you push the recline button on the armrest, the chair doesn't go back (of course it doesn't, the person's legs behind me are probably up against my chair anyway). Multiple people around me were also asking around if the chairs recline. I have a mild back injury and sitting up at 90 degrees the entire way was very uncomfortable."
Pros: "Changed my seat to a better one"
Cons: "Plane an hour late taking off"
Pros: "More important than the trip home last Wednesday was the reason for the trip. We attended my granddaughter's wedding. Everything else was secondary. Even if the trip had been in a one wheeled barrow, it would have been good. To get to what you want which is the mechanics of the trip. The two people who attended to the aisle chair, most teams were competent. Some hadn't done many passengers so they were fumbling with the straps. I've learned that I almost alway have to ask for one at the gate where they check or issue, (what's it called, loading permits, some kind of pass, not landing pass. loading pass. I can't remember and my wife has gone to bed.) Well, they have to come up with an aisle chair because I've only got 1 1/2 legs. I always make it to the seat on the plane, but the competency of the various crews is uneen. Sorry my answer is so nonspecific but I don't remember one airline from another. Great people all, get the job done."
Cons: "Not much I don't like. They get us there That is the main thing. Sometimes when the plane stops after it has pulled away from the Jet Way, the pilot gives an explanation that I find unfulfilling, not enough details. I suppose if they explained more, other fliers would find the explanation too verbose. I can live with it. Again this is about all flights and airlines. Nothing stands out, such as, " this awful thing happened when we left San Francisco.""
Pros: "Getting off the plane"
Cons: "Everything was cramped- not enough space to move. They completely ran out of overhead space. Completely crazy"
Cons: "Gate attendant recommended we check bags because overheads were full, but there were multiple empty overheads when we entered. This caused us an extra delay when we landed."
Pros: "I learned to stop flying Air Canada or United affiliated partners"
Cons: "Just about everything else"
Pros: "I was pleased with the timely departure."
Cons: "I could not put my coat in the overhead compartment."
Cons: "great service & was on time & we landed early too!"
Pros: "The temperature inside the plane was nice. The stewardists did well."
Cons: "Why are planes loaded so erratically it should go first class then back of the plane to front of the plane. I had to check my bag cause everyone is put on the plane randomly the over head compartment filled up and I had to check my bag. I specifically packed to only have a carry on not a check bag. Carley"
Pros: "Boarding, on time and luggage handling were all smooth with no glitches"
Cons: "Snacks. Really, why bother."
Pros: "Blonde in front of me :)"
Cons: "There is no plug in"
Pros: "My seat"
Cons: "Snacks weren't very good"
Pros: "Nothing at all. Delta is the best I've been with."
Cons: "The attendant were the wrort I've ever. Continue to hit arms s d was very rude to passenger. One didn't close the over head bin while in sever tubulance."
Pros: "Download the United App (before takeoff! Or you'll have to pay). The App has some good movies and you can watch them free of charge."
Pros: "Seat itself was comfortable."
Cons: "Out of several beverage options. TV was not working at my seat. Seats also a little cramped. Boarding seemed disorganized."
Pros: "I am 5'2" and this was the least amount of personal space I hVe ever had..."
Cons: "Space issue!"
Pros: "I'm never traveling with United again."
Pros: "Literally the only saving grace was an employee named David R at the Chicago desk on the morning of July 22. He helped my friend and I, calmed us down, and dos his job quickly and competently. He made me feel like a human instead of an insignificant part of the herd of cattle. Thank God for that man."
Cons: "I do not have time to fill out this box. I could write about everything shitty that happened, but then I would die typing on my phone instead of doing something amazing like bungee jumping or outrunning a grizzly bear."
Cons: "Tight seats - and I'm a small person!"
Pros: "It was delayed a few minutes but they did whatever possible to get it back on schedule."
Cons: "A long layover"
Pros: "overall the trip was pleasant, i dont like my 1 carryon be selected to not go in the overhead when groups like couples or families get to take on a few - but i did receive my carryon in a timely fashion considering we were not let off board after 15 min of landing"
Pros: "Can't sleep sitting up. Pretty funny watching everyone try..."
Cons: "Being stuck in DC"
Pros: "I'm jewish, I was given PORK after asking twice to make sure it wasn't. Not happy at all"
Cons: "I was served pork. This was a horrible experience for me. It is against my religion to eat this, I asked twice to make sure. .... very dissatisfied"
Cons: "They lost my piece of luggage."
Pros: "Blankets were provided"
Cons: "There wasn't any food or entrainment for me to rate."
Cons: "The worst part was the new seats are the smallest ever. I could not sit without my knees jammed into the seat in front of me, and on both legs, Ithe seats were narrow that the people next to me and I were overlapping shoulders - that was a first. Unless its flights in the future are significantly advantageous, United's losing my business. It's not worth saving a few bucks to me to be so uncomfortable."
Cons: "Could not get seat assignment 24 hrs in advance. Website said see desk. Phone call to United said pay more $ get a seat. Had to check in twice, once with bags...still no seat...wait in line again at gate for seat."
Pros: "Both flights were early, which was nice for a change."
