Pros: Never made it onto the plane due to flight departing early and my flight landed in Dublin late. So there was no experience for me on this flight

Cons: The flight to Madrid left with about 15 passengers waiting to leave the flight from Chicago. We landed before our flight to Madrid was to depart. But by time we walked out we all missed our flight and had to rebook. I’m sure the flight to Madrid could’ve waited for the 15 of us. But they didn’t.

Pros: Nothing.....never made the flight....due to multiple flights delayed. My family and I had to be rerouted which caused us to miss our flight home from LAX.

Pros: The entertainment was great and the crew, for the most part, was pleasant.

Cons: Leaving on time and the consideration of connection flights and how it inconveniences your customers when this happens.

Pros: The crew provided the best service I think I’ve ever gotten on a flight. Attentive and friendly!

Cons: Arrangenents for wheel chairs at London were poor compared to Chicago which was excellent .

Cons: 90 minutes delay for departure from Brussels to Washington...

Cons: Flight was delayed. Connecting gate was on the other side of the airport. We were running from one side of the airport to another. They should have provided a shuttle service for all of those passengers.

Pros: The chairs were comfortable the staff was very attentive and nice

Cons: I cant really say anything bad except for the fact that my luggage was broken but i did go to the counter and the person was very nice and handled the issue very proffesionally

Cons: Definitely customer service. Staff needs to know the definition of hospitality and customer service and then apply it with joy and passion for their jobs.

Pros: Pilot was good, Dreamliner comfy and the flight was smooth despite some bad weather. But the flight attendants on this airline are terrible. A flight attendant dropped something in a passenger's lap not once, but twice. Seemed annoyed when I asked the for things. Horrible you charge for water, also

Pros: Reasonably a lot of room for economy class. I was very comfortable on a long-haul flight.

Cons: The boarding process in Norway is a bit of a mess, but not the fault of the airline. We had a delay arriving at the airport and they could have done a bit better communicating what was going on.

Pros: Crew was good.

Cons: Better if they give at least snacks and drinks. Other airlines give you food. Luggage was way expensive 90$ per person? Too much. Other airlines they only charge 60$.

Pros: Seat was comfortable and the extra care package and warm towels were a plus. The food was good too.

Pros: The flight was empty-ish in the back of the plane, & I was allowed to lie down across 4 seats. I liked that they allowed boarding from the back of the plane (along w/ front). I also liked that most of the food was vegetarian (& the crew pointed out what to avoid). I always forget to special order.

Cons: The boarding announcements were not audible where I was sitting in the airport, so that should be better.

Cons: The boarding process could have been better organized. For example by seat number like other airlines do. Having everyone board at once was a bit disoriented.

Pros: The personnel AFTER passport control was wonderful, both airport and United. Passport control workers failed to recognize or help move us through to be able to board in time while they allowed other passengers to go ahead who had same departure. Plane waited 30 mins past take off for us.

Cons: Brussels airport staff at pass control needed to acknowledge departure concerns to prevent plane delay of takeoff. Many passengers missed their connection in Chicago because of our delay boarding due to pass control wait and lack of help.

Pros: All was planned, no surprises, on time and no hassles

Cons: Keep it as it is. No need to fix what is not broken. Just reduce the very expensive prices that Brussels Airlines charge for its economy class tickets

Pros: The crew was amazing. Brand new airplane and service was excellent. Bathrooms were kept clean.

Pros: 3-3-3 layout in economy on the United 777 I was on meant I wasn't cramped for space. WiFi worked well for a significant amount of the time I used it.

Cons: The seats are really uncomfortable, they provide you a pillow and a blanket, but with the limited space you can't even use them, there is even less space than on domestic planes. For an overseas flight this is really bad. Also, you cannot sleep, very long time for dinner and announcements.

Cons: They lost our luggage and we can't reach anyone who can help us find it. The customer service people are very unhelpful

Cons: The United airlines business class seats were too crowded with no privacy. You have to climb over your neighbor to to use the rest room.

Cons: My luggage was delayed and did not arrive to Madrid 2 days later after I had already left the city. I tried to contacted the Aer Lingus but their contact office was at oversea (not in Madrid). It cost me so much $$$ to make international phone call to locate my luggage. But, still without success...

Pros: Good seats. Friendly crew. They were late serving the breakfast snack, must have not been watching the time, but it made me chuckle.

Cons: The check-in at Washington Dulles was understaffed. Boarding was chaotic.

Cons: Three hour delay. Shifted all our plans and reservations. Upsetting. Made short seven hour flight a ten hour flight with sitting and waiting for three hours. We were hungry and tired and stuck. Kept getting mixed signals: to wait longer.

Pros: The seats in Norwegian Premium Economy are excellent for the price. The service on board is excellent.

Cons: The food is just OK, and the in-flight entertainment system is pretty nominal, not offering much choice. The boarding in Paris was a fiasco! There was not enough room in the boarding area, at least 40% of the people were either standing or sitting on the floor.

Cons: The plane is very old and dirty. They need to overhaul their planes to make them worth flying. Some seats recline way to far, some don’t recline at all, entire plane smells like stale cigarettes.
