Ran across the entire terminal to get there and they would not let me on. Last Flight of the night to Bismarck. Missed my uncle's 90th birthday party. Would not give me food voucher. Delta gate agent told me she would lose her job if she did not close the doors 8 minutes prior. However the Minneapolis flight waited for 15 minutes for people to board that plane. How does that compute? Why would they not wait 3 minutes for me rather than pay the money to put me up in a hotel?"

The interesting thing is that all the other passengers around us receive snacks and bottled water except us. When we were leaving the plane after it landed my mom had to stay behind while I went to the front of the plane a good wheelchair assistance. The same stewardess said why did your son leave you and my mother had to correct her and say that he went to the front to get wheelchair assistance. The lady was very rude and didn't know proper manners."

Once we are on airplane, they are still shuffling seats around, so ppl cannot move forward. Just standing there for 10mins waiting for things to settle. Flight attendants did not give us a headphone. (I have a headphone for iPhone X so I could not connect it to their entertaiment system.)"

Delta sold me a 1st class flight because of their delays and overbooking their flights. This was because they could not fulfill the ticket I had. This was Delta's solution to their problem caused by them. I still have no idea why the flights were delayed. On top of all this, I overheard a walk-on pilot ask if there was room for him to catch a lift home. The flight attendant responded with "absolutely this flight is not full at all, you can sit right here". Wait I had to pay 200 bucks extra for an overbooked flight and you are having your Delta representatives say different. This was my first and last trip with Delta. I spent 1000 dollars for round trip ticket from Seattle to Spokane WA. No way is that OK or acceptable under any circumstances to treat your customers like this. The best part about all of this is, I have sent feedback and called customer service to talk to a manager to hear the blame put on back on me. Perception is reality Delta. Awful service, awful prices, awful care, awful communication, and awful value for the money."

No stipend was given for toiletries or food delivery. Very unimpressed."

It was extremely disappointing but not shocking with all the scandals that have occurred this year with American Airlines. I do not recommend flying with them."

I'm an easy passenger. I didn't ring for service outside the scheduled ones once... E.V.E.R. Food was the same sweet sour chicken that I had on every one of my flights with American Airlines in the last few years. Come on. Mix it up a little. The flight is expensive enough. A tiny bit more pampering would just make the difference. And flight attendants with a pleasant and patient attitude would make things a lot easier."

I'm 5'10" and my knees were already brushing up against the seatback in front of me. If you push the recline button on the armrest, the chair doesn't go back (of course it doesn't, the person's legs behind me are probably up against my chair anyway). Multiple people around me were also asking around if the chairs recline. I have a mild back injury and sitting up at 90 degrees the entire way was very uncomfortable."

Pros: "More important than the trip home last Wednesday was the reason for the trip. We attended my granddaughter's wedding. Everything else was secondary. Even if the trip had been in a one wheeled barrow, it would have been good. To get to what you want which is the mechanics of the trip. The two people who attended to the aisle chair, most teams were competent. Some hadn't done many passengers so they were fumbling with the straps. I've learned that I almost alway have to ask for one at the gate where they check or issue, (what's it called, loading permits, some kind of pass, not landing pass. loading pass. I can't remember and my wife has gone to bed.) Well, they have to come up with an aisle chair because I've only got 1 1/2 legs. I always make it to the seat on the plane, but the competency of the various crews is uneen. Sorry my answer is so nonspecific but I don't remember one airline from another. Great people all, get the job done."
Cons: "Not much I don't like. They get us there That is the main thing. Sometimes when the plane stops after it has pulled away from the Jet Way, the pilot gives an explanation that I find unfulfilling, not enough details. I suppose if they explained more, other fliers would find the explanation too verbose. I can live with it. Again this is about all flights and airlines. Nothing stands out, such as, " this awful thing happened when we left San Francisco.""
Cons: "Sitting on runway for almost an hour bc of ground stop in San Francisco"
Cons: "Being stuck in plane on tarmac was horrifying. Knowing I was going to miss my connection and that I couldn't do anything was awful. May never use United Airlines again."

Cons: "No space for even one carryon and I was told that the luggage space is not associated with my seat. People have more than 2 can bring them on board yet I have to check in and my valuable items were inside"
Cons: "Over an hour late in the middle of the night early morning after Rabbi from Houston to Fort Lauderdale and uncomfortable seats hard to sleep in for a redeye maybe good for regular day flying by too tight too cramped and the boarding process was so chaotic because they had too many suitcases and they had to take them out and then that made a stand in line waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting and a poor man on crutches was waiting forever and we were smelling the exhaust fumes"

I had to check my bag cause everyone is put on the plane randomly the over head compartment filled up and I had to check my bag. I specifically packed to only have a carry on not a check bag. Carley"

I could not sit without my knees jammed into the seat in front of me, and on both legs, Ithe seats were narrow that the people next to me and I were overlapping shoulders - that was a first. Unless its flights in the future are significantly advantageous, United's losing my business. It's not worth saving a few bucks to me to be so uncomfortable."
