Pros: "It was stunningly cold in both the departure and arrival cities, yet the flight was delayed less than an hour. I'm not being sarcastic at all. Very happy to arrive safe and pretty much on time despite the terrible weather. Thank you Westjet!"

Cons: "I didn't like in a middle seat and being told that in order to move to an aisle seat I would have to pay $13.50. Normally with Westjet it was always free to change seats at Check in. It's frustrating when things change and you only find out at the time of check in rather than at time of booking."

Cons: "The discontinued the tablets in plus after booking without notifying us. Not too impressed that we flew 9 hours plus time change and got breakfast followed by breakfast. On the way home we get dinner followed by dinner I guess"

Pros: "Pleasant and helpful stewardess. When they found out how stressful our day was with delays and being bumped around they offered us a free drink. Nothing crazy but it was kind of them."
Cons: "When our flights were delayed then changed we were left with no options other then being left with a 19 hr layover in Vancouver and missing the wedding. No apologies or vouchers offered. Air Canada gave $200 for a two hour delay to our friends, we were screwed over and offered nothing. So disappointed. We ended up flying to Vegas and renting a car and driving through the night to be on time. So sad!!"

Cons: "Unable to upgrade delta flight because it was a westjet code share flight, westjet unable to upgrade delta flight because it was to be done on delta servers. I was finally able to upgrade at the delta check-in counter for a higher fee than usual (ontop of the perfered seat upgrade I already paid for). I waited 1.5hrs after takeoff before I called staff for a drink. Over 2hrs before they officially started serving main cabin drinks and snacks. There was some turbulence but they could have served people by hand without the cart. They had no problem serving first class before, during and after takeoff."

Cons: "WestJet has lost its Chutzpah. No longer knows it’s identity. Food choices were terrible for a 5.5 hour flight, and the couple of okay choices they were out of very quickly. Crew was friendly enough but no sparkle."

Cons: "Wifi capability to watch movies was weak. I in fact paid for wifi on the way to Canada on June 28, but was not able to use the wifi at all. It could have been my laptops browser issue. All and all, great flight."

Pros: "I'm trying real hard not to give WestJet a hard time but my seatmate had genuine mobility issues and the walk to the gate AND out to the plane which was unusually far from the terminal...little help here folks!"

Cons: "I had to travel with a wedding dress. Westjet does will NOT replace lost Wedding dresses therefore they MUST be carried onto the plane. once on the plane there is no where to hang the wedding dress. The flight attendant was kind enough to take it from me and STUFF it in the over head compartment :( I was furious!"

Pros: "I always use Kayak to book my flights! The website is user friendly and the prices you see are round trip. WestJet is fantastic! Service is great, the seating is spacious for the price. Always seems to be on time or early arrival."

Red eye flight and jerk behind me left his light on the whole flight and giy beside me kept rib checking me, preventing me from sleep. By the time plane landed I had been up 23 hours."

Cons: "Connection in Toronto was tight. The flight to bos boarded late so we didn’t miss it but we cleared security and customs to US and ended up there 5 min after scheduled pre boarding time."

Cons: "Last minute seat changes at loading time. Seats must have been randomly selected because couples previously seated together and on the same locator number were now separated. Many of the couples and family members were left to work with other travellers who were facing the same situation. Families with children?"

Pros: "The seats were vinyl, not fabric - I prefer vinyl. It feels 'cleaner'."
Cons: "1.I did not like the flight crew announcing how great they (the crew) were at the start of announcements before take-off ---- If you are great, don't tell us, act like it - I found both crew members hardly engaging, one was sullen. 2. PA system was a little hard to understand anyway. Crew member should have put volume up and made sure was loud enough , but just seemed like wanted to use a 'cute' half french/half english accent to speak in. 3. Also this flight 3535 on Dec 21 Mtl- Toronto made me nervous although I fly often. Most nervous I have been because pilot took time to gain altitude after take off, and when landing had to accelerate then decelerate a number of times. Landing was (with 2 km/hr winds i.e. not much wind) almost on one wheel. 4. Food does not have to be so cheap e.g. sweet snack bar? Please bring back an assortment of nuts as they are at least nutritious. Thank you for reading."

Pros: "The crew, as always, was warm, welcoming and very attentive from check-in to the plane. I also enjoyed the snacks that were served."

Cons: "The cabin was freezing. I fly often and I always pack a sweater and a blanket but even that couldn’t keep me warm because the cabin was so cold Also, my meal that I purchased on the flight was frozen all the way through. It was literally like biting into a popsicle. My teeth hurt for the rest of the flight after just one bite. I asked for another sandwich which took a while because they were busy with other passengers. My replacement sandwich felt just as cold but it wasn’t frozen solid like the first one. It seems like a minor inconvenience but it became quite frustrating."

Cons: "Left late and I arrived 35 min late had to go through customs and didn't make it from international to domestic. Rebooked a flight 3 hours later for $75."
