A surprise for us was being asked if we would like to move seats from the back of the aircraft to Comfort Economy (we think it was to do with weight balance! but appreciated very much none the less). The flight attendants were very professional and helpful, as you would hope all attendants on all airlines would be. We'd gladly fly Delta again anytime."

After several hours of flying, there was trash in the aisles and on the toilet floor. The toilets were dirty and not cleaned. Finally, the toilets ran out of paper towels and tissues with 3 hours to go in the flight, and they were never refilled. The flight attendants put a roll of toilet paper next the sink to use for your hands."

They would skip us along the way while serving others, or even drop ice on us, and never said sorry once (instead, they would say it's only ice, or if I want 2 since they skipped me already twice when serving tea unlike the passengers around me on both sides). We paid nearly $6k for the 3 of us, but the crew made us feel as if we paid nothing. The entertainment system did not work well, and most of the time the movies refused to play. We were always suggested to restart, and were not even given free access to internet as an alternative. No one ever apologized for anything in the entire flight, it felt like this flight was a favor."

Apparently one of the computer racks wouldn't switch on, so they changed some other computer racks, and then the delay was two hours so he decided we could go flying without the broken bit. No doubt they'll be having another attempt to fix it during the next delayed turn around, or he'll phone up tech support and do a factory reset."

Cons: "Delay with departure. Very poor crew attitude"

Cons: "We were not able to print our boarding passes for our connecting flight in Berlin and thus were forced to check in again for our flight to Rome. The system did not have the update and we were forced to wait over an hour with the agent. We nearly missed our flight."

Pros: "Same, food and crew were very good."
Cons: "Alitalia website/system was messed up, gave inaccurate information(boarding time, flight duration, landing time). Flight was delayed dramatically, boarding was an hour before takeoff. Reasonably comfortable but not clean, plane seemed old. Arrived very late to Tel Aviv, bag was ripped at baggage claim."

Cons: "The boarding was chaos in both Munich and Rome. Apparently Al Italia had instituted a new computer system and the workers did not know how to use it. I spent hours on line getting a boarding pass in Munich, and then again another in Rome (in Munich no one was given boarding passes for connecting flights). I spend hours again in lines to get a boarding pass for a flight to Palermo, missing my connection and only getting a much later flight to Palermo. It was utter confusion. Shame on Al Italia."

Pros: "Can't think of anything."
Cons: "The seats were the most uncomfortable my husband and I have ever experienced. The huge headrest forced us to sit bent in a C shape with our heads bent down, no way to sit normally and relax. It was pretty close to torture for a long flight. I just wanted to rip the thing off the back of the seat. I will never fly on a B777 again if I can help it. Its particularly rich when the captain comes on the address system and tells us to sit back and ENJOY the flight. Additionally, boarding started a full hour before scheduled departure, then the flight was delayed an additional 45 minutes while they waited for somebody's luggage. If you boarded early, you got to enjoy sitting there nearly 10 hours for an 8 hour flight."

Cons: "Staff was overwhelmed and not helpful. They don't seem to want to make sure flights are on time or that passengers are taken care of."

Cons: "The flight crew was very rude, never answered call bells, were drinking and socializing in the back of the plane. Worst airline I've flown by far and I'm an avid traveler."

Cons: "impossible to accommodate for a kosher meal even though I have tried 48h before the flight. the ground team were rude the crew were ok but nothing more"

Pros: "The flight was delayed, we had to wait on the plane until it was ready to go. My head phone pin was broken, so I can't listen anything. Beside this, next to me was a big big man that occupied 1/4 of my sit, it was really uncorfortable for both of us."
