SBP to PDX 2/17/2026. One person ahead of us at the counter. One ahead of is at TSA. First to board. First row, first class. First to be served. Food and service very good. First off the aircraft. Flight was nice other than some moderately hard bumps on climb out (please find a way to control that!). Air Force landing (none of that Navy slam you to the deck stuff). Wheel chair at the bottom of the ramp waiting for my wife. Luggage out quickly, walked right up to the parking shuttle bus. First stop on the bus. I like the EMB 175 aircraft. This was as close to a perfect flight as I will ever see. Bravo!

Everything was fine. The snacks are a little on the tiny side.

Flight cancelled and deplaned. Rescheduled 8 hours later at a different airport. Ended up at destination but late.

The seats are very small. I’m 5’ 3”, so don’t think I should notice. The food selection was non existent and very disappointing. 5 hour flight plus TSA, etc. I would have appreciated a small salad, crudités. Something fresher not just chips.

We appreciated that the flight attendant came through 3 times with drinks or water on the long flight..I was also glad that they were separating out recycling! I would have liked a 12oz sofa can instead of 7oz, but that's a minor quibble. The knee space in economy was also better than most of Alaska's competitors.

I liked the free snacks and drink. I liked the onboard entertainment. I did not like the WiFi cutting out in middle of my movie.

Flight from LAX to STS das excellent. Flight from DCA to LAX was troubled by the previous flight returning to the one DCA gate putting our flight in jeopardy. However another gate was arranged and that flight was a bit late, but was handled exceptionally.

Boarding process was poorly handled by the gate crew and the onboard crew. No effort was made to provide equal treatment to passengers with overhead bin space. Crew seemed disengaged and unfriendly.

Awesome. Great flight. Super nice people and I like the extra space

Flight was hours late, unable to sit next to spouse, I have had so much better experiences. Substantially better, only saving grace was that it was a short flight.

An entire day of delays. Cost lots of money. Meals and a hotel.

The WiFi and crew on the plane were good, however, the boarding experience was awful. I paid for the Choice Preferred and was boarded in group 5 so all overhead storage was full. They found room for our luggage, but further back making getting off the plane a nightmare. Also, we were in row 6 and the seats were extremely uncomfortable. Both my daughter and I had no leg room and couldn’t wait to get off the plane.

The charges were ridiculous for an hour flight and the turbulence was very scary.

Still need to work out the kinks on the new assigned seating boarding process. Otherwise, a very good flight.

WiFi did not work. Boarding with the new seating assignments took too long. The temperature in the terminal was obnoxious. +/- 80°

The seats are now more narrow. I paid for front row the seats in the front are even more narrow than before.

Only downside was the legroom and seat width, which is always a problem unless I spend more for a premium seat.

My flight from Denver to Minneapolis was excellent. My flight from Minneapolis to Denver was one of the worst I flights I have ever experienced. I had a window seat, the gentleman in the middle seat was morbidly obese and SW should have made him purchase two seats. His elbow dug into my arm most of the way even after I asked to please be careful. I was literally squashed between the him and the window with no wiggle room. The plane was full so it was not possible to ask for a different seat. I realize I should have complained to the flight attendant but I didn't feel anything could be done to rectify the situation. I fly SW often, I will continue to do so as this was my first negative experience.

I was assigned seat 7E, yet my boarding was Group 5, which caused me to have to put my luggage in the back of the plance above `19 or 20 aisle, as passengers who had boarded earlier took the overhead bins in the front. SW needs to monitor bin space and ensure that bin space above the seat are aligned to those sitting near their seats. Also the seating assignments needs to align with group number. Maybe board those last first and so on? Having said the ALL the passengers on the plane were gracious enough to allow me and other passengers in this dilema to retrieve our luggage and helped us along the way. I always love the flight staff, as always their fantastic and I can't rave about them enough!

Flight was delayed by 3-hours and their fix was… complimentary pretzels.

Flight was delayed due to crew being not on time

Flight crew issues delayed my flight by 2 1/2 hours. Causing me to miss my connection.

The staff on board and gate was nice - a welcome change from the usual. We also arrived early, which was a great benefit, given that it takes 30 minutes plus to get bags at SRQ.

The staff was frielndly. The plane was terrible, it was too small and should be decommissioned. There were no back seat screens at all. The only beverages we had a choice from was coffee, tea or water. The only bathroom in the back was behind the flight attendant's jump seat and wasn't working. And I literally felt like I was sitting on top of the guy next to me. It was terribly hot in the plane and we had to sit on the tarmac in Chicago for 1/2 hour due to congestion in Mpls. Wouldn't they have know that before they even boarded us so that we could have sat in comfort in the terminal?

Never got on it. Was re-routed through Detroit and am still in airports 12 hours later waiting for my connecting plane to arrive.

Delta has too many delays now days. It is 1:06 am now. I was supposed to land in Norfolk at 10:30 pm. I got re-booked through Detroit and I’m still in Detroit. I hope to be landed in Norfolk by 3am. I’ve been in airports for 12 hours as of right now. There is a weather delay now but most delays lately have been maintenance.

Very Very late. Subsequent flights left an hour before ours

This is my worse experience with Delta. My colleagues and I were traveling to ICT for work. Usually we connect in Dallas, but this year we decided to book with Delta and connect in Atlanta. We were excited to fly with Delta because we hear great things and Delta is one of my top choices when choosing an airline for travel. On the connecting flights to and from Wichita/Atlanta - it felt hot and uncomfortable on the plane. The plane to ICT was smaller and older and did not have any wi-fi or entertainment. The most terrible experience was at boarding in Atlanta both times traveling to Wichita and then back to Tampa. First on our flight from ATL to ICT - the attendant scanning our boarding pass made us go back to the line when we went up to scan our passes to wait. After a few minutes, she allowed us to come back up to scan but then she asked what boarding zone we were. We told her zone 5, and since we were standing on the wrong side of the small rope partition, she made us go back to stand on the right side. There was another gentleman that came up to board and scan his pass, and she mentioned he was also on the wrong side but she let him go through. Our group had to walk back and forth for no reason, causing an unnecessary delay to board the plane. We have never experienced anything like this, especially when the boarding area was completely empty and everyone already boarded since boarding was earlier than the original boarding time. On our flight from ATL to TPA, the attendants scanning our boarding passes had us scan our passes twice, not explaining to us what was going on. They automatically started tagging our carry on bags and did not explain to us or tell us what was going on and why this was happening. Obviously we knew our bags were being forced to check in but with no reason. There was no announcement or mention and I have never had anyone force me to check in my bag before boarding the plane. We assumed the overhead bins were full but when we boarded the plane, there was a lot of empty bins and a lot of spaces to put our bags. We all were disappointed and frustrated with Delta and will be hesitant to fly Delta again or anytime soon.

Boarding and crew were fantastic, but I paid for a window seat with no window. Seat 11D on a CRJ-900 apparently does not have a window. Lesson learned.

Wifi took a while to kick in and we had a maintenance issue that took over 40 mins at the gate in Washington before pulling back

Very good. Because of the delays with my previous flight, I missed my connection, but I was able to book another flight through the United app easily.

Was happy we finally got upgraded in 1st class. The seat getting old. The cushiness need some improvement.

Ineffective communication with United resulted in lost baggage. Their Baggage Tracing counter at MUC was shut down from 11:00-14:15 on my arrival. Undertrained, underinformed staff had me Running all over MUC to find someone to help me to no avail. Staff was rude, unhelpful, and unable to effectively use the systems they did have operational. They refused to contact United in any way or provide any accommodation or other resources while I waited for my luggage. This has destroyed my downstream itinerary. If they had even the slightest visibility I may have been able to reschedule/plan, but again, their staff provided nothing, and did nothing more than their website, which doesn’t even work on a standard phone browser. Miserable failure at all levels that weren’t associated with the operation of the aircraft.

Sat next to a one year old. She crawled all over the place and made me laugh.

The Crew and the food was the worst I ever had in Business Class. First they told us there were no space for carry on. It was plenty of space over our 2 row seats, we had to ask to let us travel with it which was accepted. They were aware that we had to run for the connection due to the previous flight delay. Have us one hour waiting for more customers and not even offer a glass of water. Then started the service and they started to serve other passengers drinks in business and did not offer any drinks until they serve our pre ordered meal and I ask for something to drink. I had to wait until they finished to serve all passengers until Inget something. The crew was the worts I ever had for Business Class in my life.

Not great experience - we were super late boarding due to issues with aircraft. Then when we finally all got onboard and seated and they started taxiing out to the runway they just stopped then turned around and went back to the airport. Apparently the crew “ran out of time” to legally fly us. They mentioned that they were about 2 minutes away from taking off. I understand the rules and safety but kinda wonder why they would have bothered boarding us in the first place? Had to go all the way back and de plane and then wait in a HUGE line to get a hotel (this is somewhere around 2:30am) finally got to hotel by Uber (no shuttle after 20min so gave up) and they ended up putting us all back on the same aircraft at 10am next morning so got about 2.5 hours sleep. They did give us. $250 credit, but it was a São Paulo Brazil flight out of Dulles. The flight and everything was fine.

Starlink wifi on the Embraer E175 is an excellent experience. I was able to connect and work from IAD all the way to approach into BTV.

7 hours delayed due to operational issues on United’s end. Basically laziness.

Short flight but an "eager to help" crew made the journey more enjoyable!

Gate not determined until I got to the airport - hard to plan the trip to the airport.

Our flight was canceled. I will never use Kayak nor Frontier for travel again. The entire experience was a headache.

Frontier.. nickel and dime add-ons. Flight late, on time, late again, last minute gate change, arrival gate required a shuttle to the terminal. They sure keep you guessing.. if you like a little chaos and airport anxiety, this is the airline for you!

This is my second time flying with Frontier. My current experience was very favorable. The staff from the gate to the plane was friendly, warm and professional. The food options lacked in my opinion. This area needs some attention in my opinion.

There was no food and no entertainment, so I'm not sure why these are even in the survey, as my understanding is frontier does not ever offer food without a few, not even a snack, and there are no screens so unless the flight safety talk is our entertainment why ask how we liked it?. One of the flight attendants say in the back of the plane as people filed in to their seats, yelling orders about where to put baggage and telling people to hurry up. It was the least professional experience I've ever had on a flight.

Very well recently! Frontier is improving and less harrassing customer on luggages! Positive!

Good for a budget airline! It was easy to get on, staff was really nice. Can’t say anything about the food or entertainment because it wasn’t available, which is fine.

I am writing to express my disappointment with my recent Frontier Airlines flight. I was charged $99 at the gate because my bag was said to be too large, yet once onboard there was no available overhead bin space, and I was required to place the bag under the seat in front of me anyway. This made the charge feel unnecessary and unfair. Additionally, before the flight even took off, I was asked to move from the seat I paid for into a middle seat so another passenger and her cat could have my seat to themselves. I was not offered compensation or an explanation for being moved from a paid seat. Between the unexpected bag fee and being forced to give up my seat, this experience fell well below acceptable customer service standards. I would appreciate a review of this situation and appropriate compensation.

It was costly and difficult to check in. $85 to take a small suitcase with me, carry on or checked and $75 on the return trip, Plus $25 if I didn't check my self in check in $25, because I couldn't do it on the kiosk. Small very uncomfortable seats, waited on the runway for near an hour each way. It was my worst flight to date.

It was ok. It was expensive to check 2 bags ($75.00 per bag), and then it took a long time to wait for shuttle to take us from one terminal to the terminal where the plane was taking off at LAX. And all of this for a flight where we had to pay for any food or drink that was not water.
