Cons: "The crew was overly aggressive with mask policy enforcement. They patrolled the aisles and routine pointed at passengers directing them in a hostile manner to keep their masks on their faces, even when they were trying to eat or drink. They also threatened customers by stating it was a federal law several times. It was very uncomfortable to say the least. I will not fly delta again by choice."

Then of course there's all the stepping over those who already boarded which seems to slow the process overall. It would be better to ask these questions when making your reservation. Then, the zones would be appropriate based on how you made your reservation to begin with."

Pros: "Our flight from ATL to PVD Was canceled after a 3 hour delay and we were left to make our own reservations to PVD.The time was approximately 12 noon (we had been st ATL now for over 4 hours) and without help from Delta we went gate to gate .We happened on a flight to BOS depg 1:50PM (actual dep 3:30PM. We got no help on where our luggage (2 suitcases)was but told it would follow. Landed BOS approx 5:45PM,no luggage! Trained to PVD hoped bags were on a 10:30PM Delta flight. They were but bags were wet and so were some dresses and ladies slacks. Advised luggage person but she was so busy with others looking for their lost bags.Deltahad no control over Wx, but we deserved better service and assistance to make things no so exasperating."

Cons: "This flight was on Canadian Air under the auspices of United. I was not allowed into the United Club lounge despite the fact that I had business class ticket. I was informed that a business class ticket isn't sufficient for using the lounge when flying domestic. It is only good when flying international. They call that customer service. I generally avoid domestic airlines because of the customer service. The flight attendants were not happy to serve you. It's a small flight but they didn't even offer a snack -- you had to ask for it. And then they brought over a small basket with nuts, chips, candy bars, and a muffin. I took a muffin and it stuck to the roof of my mouth -- very poor quality. When I asked for a snack the flight attendant replied cocktail or soft drink never saying whether or not a snack was available.. She said this a couple of times before I could repeat that I wanted a snack to which she replied you want something to drink with that. I've been on many short flights in Asia and they will deliver a full meal and you don't have to ask for it. There was no entertainment but United did send an email explaining how I could purchase entertainment to play on my own device."

We therefore had to take a shuttle to Reagan international Airport, fly on a different airline to Hartford Connecticut, rent a car and drive 2 hours to finally reach our destination in Albany."

Cons: "My husband, sister, brother-in-law and myself flew into STL. We thought we had booked the same flight but when we got there found out our departure flight was different. We asked about moving them to our floght but it was over booked so we asked if we could move to there flight. They had 15 open seats. They told us no. There would be a charge of 500 dollars if we wanted to change. We decided to just fly out first and meet them there. We stood by the counter to speak about meeting. As we did we could hear them telling the next couple that they would have to move to the later flight. It was a huge problem for them as they would miss there connection. We then offered again to take the later flight so they could take our place on the over booked flight and make there connection. They where unwilling. Then we get on the flight and the plane was nasty and dirty. We put out tray table down and there was drink and dirt all over it. When asked if they could be cleaned we got an attitude. They never came back to do it. Luckily I had a wet wipe to do it. The plan smelled like urine. Same was true for our return flight. The plane was very old and not taken care of. This is not the first problem is we have had with United. We will not be flying with them any longer."

Frontier staff is outrageous and rude!
Had to pay $99 at the gate for a laptop bag I had flown with on Frontier at least a dozen times previously with no problem

The flight was delayed for a full hour after everyone had boarded with very little information on what was going on. Only 1 announcement was made, that came over 30 minutes after we were expected to leave. It's almost expected with Frontier that things will be delayed. On our inbound flight we were delayed for 90 minutes on the plane upon arrival in Orlando, nobody to get the bridge over and then nobody to open the terminal door. Whether that's the Airport's fault or Frontier, it doesn't really matter. People are now expected to put up with the complete and utter disregard for people's time. In no other industry would this be accepted. And in other countries I've lived (Japan for example), this would never be tolerated. The airline should be ashamed to put this sort of product out there. Further, the lack of complimentary snacks and drinks aside from water, the firmness on baggage being 40lbs or less, the lack of a free carryon, all makes the experience utterly intolerable for me, a longtime traveler.
I caught the COVID19 virus. Had to cancel. Frontier charged an $80 cancellation fee per ticket. Could not have been worse! Everywhere else I have flown in the last 30 days (even with non-refundable tickets) gave a full change or voucher. HD8IPQ is my reference code.
The only thing I liked was the care of the flight crew. One of us is a disabled passenger and they didn't give special consideration for someone who is disabled and couldn't walk to the gate nor to the seat. Our seats were in the REAR of the plane. That's no place for a disabled person. Not even a window seat. Lack of communication to the special service assistants for a request of an aisle wheelchair to get to the seat. The flight was delayed and we were sitting in the plane for over an hour to wait to exit the plane. We were informed there was lack of staff at Orlando International Airport for Frontier Airlines, and we had to wait for other staff to come from another gate to get us off the plane and get bags to baggage claim. We were waiting in Baggage Claim to retrieve our bags for over 30 minutes.

Cons: "Social distancing guidelines should be applied on plane. Rather than leave 20+ seats empty, and cram everyone 6 to a row. Flight was over 2 hours delayed due to not having maintenance staff available. And then I was crammed in next to an oversized individual where we couldn’t even keep the armrest down."

Cons: "This time the attendant still wouldn’t let anyone in rows 2 & 3 place the carry on they had paid extra for in the overhead bins, but she didn’t make me put it under the seat in front of me (this losing the extra leg room we paid for), so I put it in a bin behind me. The plane was late, but the pilot made up most of the time, but then it took 55 minutes to get our luggage."

Cons: "Seat was awfully uncomfortable. I’m only a slim built 5’9” woman and my knees were indenting the next seatback. And the aisle was too busy for me but that could have been fixed with paying for a window. I do not recommend flying in these economy seats for any longer than 2.5 hours."

Cons: "To whom it may concern, Today I am arriving back to my home state of Rhode Island from Florida. My trip was absolutely beautiful, however my only complaint is my flight with frontier airlines. On my flight there, my flight was delayed almost an hour, it was a late flight and the late arrival threw my sleep schedule off for the beginning of the trip, however, this delay was not the worst from frontier airlines. Thats right, my flight home was delayed even further. I was on flight 1182 from MCO to PVD and my flight was delayed more than an hour. This completely disrupted my homecoming as my ride home was on a tight schedule and was forced to cancel picking me up because it inconvenienced her. My flight was expensive, costing me $114, and didn’t even include my checked bags! I am upset that my travel plans were disrupted so much by your airline failures, and will be forced to choose other airlines over you if I am not compromised for this. Sincerely, Stephen Murphy"
Cons: "One hour delay due to broken armrest. Seats were uncomfortable. Last week we had a 4 hour delay and had to stay in an airport hotel as the car rental was closed when we landed at 2 am. There were no updates from the airline."
Pros: "My daughter forgot to mention I have a disability when booking flight. I went to boarding desk and they got me on flight right away!! I will fly frontier as much as possible in the future."
Cons: "Space a little tight but my flight was only 2 hours so I could live with that. Would love option of an entrainment unit on seat backs but I understand that with cheap flights it wouldn’t be cost effective for frontier. Flight delayed but that happens a lot with other airlines. Gave regular updates at desk and reason for the delay. Staff wonderful. Plane spotless"

Cons: "Flight from sju to mco was delay 3 times. Lost my mco to pvd flight. And then i was send from mco to raleigh and another delay. Then raleigh to pvd with one more delay and loss bags. All frontier gave me was $50voucher when i lost hundreds in hotel and car and taxi and my time. The depart time for the sju flight was 3am i have to be in the airport 2hrs before so this was a allmost 24hrs flight for me because i reach my destination at 4pm. I expect comunication from you."
Cons: "They delayed us 12 hours. I missed the whole reason I was going to fly North, arrived late at night to say hi to family, sleep, and wake up for my early morning flight that was luckily not delayed at all."
Pros: "I had never used Frontier till today and I have to say for being a discount Airline I was impressed. The flight boarding was quick, the seats were the same size as a normal airline in coach.....while I did not pay for a reclining seat I was comfortable for the 1.5 hour flight. I packed a bag that met the personal item size maximum and was not hit with any other fees. I actually found that the service was good and other passengers were friendly......probably because everyone was so happy that they didn’t overpay for the flight. I’ll definitely book again!"

Cons: "The flight was delayed several times: 11:30 pm to 2:07 am to 3:17 to 4:20, but we eventually did take off at 3:00 am. Gates were also changed a few times. No one I spoke with received the same information on the delay - I was told environmental issues, others were told mechanical, crew or no idea. People on a number of other Frontier flights appeared to have the same issues - two flights were directed to our original gate before we were moved, a bunch of unhappy travelers. No other carriers seemed to be having delay issues."

Cons: "Obviously we had that boarding delay issue. Ultimately it took less time than my cynical self expected, but it was still annoying."

Cons: "By the time you add bags, etc you are right around the price of a typical ticket without any of the extras we still get to enjoy, such as wifi, complimentary items, or comfortable seats. Baggage is always late as are the flights."

Cons: "Thry nickle and dime you. My bag was 1lb over and they tried to charge me $75 on top of the $40 i already paid. I took a sweater out and they tried to tell me i wasnt allowed to do that. They then tried to charge me for my carry on when other people in my party took their carry on for free. They seats are so close together and uncomfortable that it makes for a very long flight. No wifi, no way to charge electronics."

Cons: "The line to check bags was the longest line I have ever seen in an airport. There were no lines at any other airline and people were panicking about making their flights. I got to the airport two hours early and I was very close to missing mine. I don’t know what is so different about their process but never again. Also the seats were very close together."
Cons: "I have flown Frontier on and off for the past five years. Today really deterred me from wanting to fly them ever again. Two separate kiosk issues with my friend's ticket, unable to use the website either, waited in line for seat assignment and finally, off to the races, but we were too late after all of these setbacks. Missed flight. Disappointed."

Cons: "The complete dismissiveness of the in-airport staff. The desk person failed to issue me a proper boarding pass, instead leaving me with only a receipt, causing me to be sent back to check-in and causing me to nearly miss take-off. This might have been forgivable has the second person at the desk not shown me every bit the disdain the first one did. And $45 for one checked bag? Being hectored by flight attendants to sign up for a credit card while I was obviously trying to sleep? This airlines needs to either improve or simply disband. Nothing good at all to recommend about this pituful, aggressively ramshackle operation."

Pros: "It was my mother's 1st time flying alone with an airline I had never flown. I was nervous because she needed a lot of assistance, but the Frontier guys who took care of her went above and beyond to make sure she would be taken care of. They walked her onto the plane, and made sure she was taken to her seat. The little things matter. And it's the only airline that flies direct from MIA to PVD:)"
Cons: "The additional charges added on make this airfare comparable with others. Initially, I only went with it because it was the only airline that flew direct to PVD. If Frontier is going to be comparable in price to others, make sure the service is also on the same standards. Also, the flight leaving earlier than the scheduled time can be a hassle for someone cutting it close."
Cons: "Worst airline ever. Not trained. Unbelievably desorganized. Both times I flew frontier were the same. 1 hor delay in both flights. Extremely long lines with no organization what so ever."

Cons: "Well my plane was supposed to board at 8:25 a.m. and leave at 9:10 a.m., however it had not arrived yet. After the plane arrived, it took the crew quite some time to get all of the passengers off. When we did get on the plane, there was another long wait because they were short on bag rampers. After all of the delays, my plane exited Denver at or around 10:50 a.m. Throughout all of this the stewardesses were quiet and didn't explain the delays. It wasn't until quite some time that I requested as to why we hadn't left yet. There were more issues when the flight arrived in Indianapolis. It took approximately 10-12 minutes until the jetway was even connected to the plane. Finally, I'm off the plane and I get to the baggage claim and I was there waiting for my bags for about 30 minutes. It's the first time that I've had any of these issues as a flyer and it's also the first time that I've used Frontier. This flight isn't one of my first flights either as the military has had me flying all over the US in recent months. Looking at this experience, I think that has more to do with the company itself rather than a random flight experience."
